if your first thought after watching a whole two episodes of the new superman show is to ask when batman is going to appear i am shooting you with a spray bottle like a naughty cat

#nothing against s*perb*t shippers bc i enjoy the ship too but #we are finally getting superman content that is cute and fun and has mainstream appeal #can we please not make it about batman #to be clear i am not talking about people posting hcs or making fancontent with maws clark & bruce #i'm talking about the fact that i have seen people (esp on twitter) insisting that bruce HAS to appear #when i doubt people's first reaction to a new batman cartoon would be 'when is superman going to appear???' #(also i just personally think batman would feel very out of place with the show's tone but maybe that's just me)
