eddie doesn't even remember asking buck if he was okay. he doesn't remember looking up and seeing his best friend, his beloved, covered with his own blood. he doesn't remember being willing to push his own "searing pain," his own injury, his own death aside just in case buck wasn't okay because he could literally be bleeding out in the back of a fire truck but he'd rally if he needed to for buck. he doesn't remember buck's hand hovering beside his face, he doesn't remember buck's hands on his chest keeping him alive, he doesn't remember buck begging him to stay - not for christopher but for him. but buck ! buck remembers every second of it. lives with every second of it forever and there is something so sick and twisted and insane about the way two people can experience the same event and remember it so very differently. for eddie, he remembers pain. he remembers falling. and yes, he probably remembers reaching for buck. but then it was over. done. he woke up sore and in hospital but for buck. he remembers everything at like a slow crawl. he remembers the hospital. he remembers the shake of his hands, remembers scrubbing blood off of them. remembers the gunshot and the blood and the way it stung his nose. remembers the way every second was a second too long, was the second he was going to lose eddie and feel his heart stop beating underneath his hands and he will always know what it is, what it feels like to carry that. and now eddie does too. because buck died. buck died and there was searing pain. and then he woke up in hospital and it was over. done. but this time eddie was the one left behind screaming, begging him to be okay. eddie was the one with his hands on buck's chest begging him to stay. eddie was the one with chris, eddie was the one who gets to relive over and over again what it feels like to literally feel the love of your life slip away, milisecond by painful milisecond, when for buck the memory is just pain and nothingness, the literal nothingness of death that he pulled eddie from in the back of the truck and just. yeah. yeah. wow. i don't really know what to say about this except wow. what a choice 911 what a hell of a choice

Killugon: They make so much sense as a ship. There's so much subtext there. INSANE.

Labru: I mean. I get it. I don't think them being in a relationship makes sense at all though with MY perception of them.

Protag/Setsu: I'M IN LOVE WITH THEM AND THUS THE PROTAG IS TOO. Not to mention everything we do for them and they do for us...

Ryudate: I'm compelled by Ryuki's fucked up guilt complex and gay feelings combo for Date <3333 I am NOT compelled by the thought of them in a relationship. 0/10

ummm fun fact fashion is one of my special interests 👍 HEOAUE9AHE IN CASE YOU COULDN'T ALREADY TELL anyways i am obsessed with diving deep into headcanons about my blorbos' relationships with fashion and taylor is like. camoflauge camofluage however the fuck yOU SPELL IT IM DYSLEXIC- anyways camo clothing because he's a survivalist with a shit ton of zippers always. but also. he cosplays. and he loves the bright sparkly skirts and shirts and wigs and accessories and everything like that (welcome to: my style)

i think taylor only really knows how to do eyeliner whereas hermie is rather skilled in makeup so in terms of the roomies fics hermie definitely teaches taylor some stuff and helps taylor with his cosplays 😊😊😊😊

i also firmly believe hermie likes using makeup brushes and taylor is like me and ONLY likes using his fingers to do makeup because the brushes feel weird

also idea stolen from happi of taylor having cutesy hairclips and being harajuku fashion-adjacent (my personal style is VERY EXTREMELY decora kei <3333)

anyways i love taylor so much and maybe i'm projecting but i do think he would really be into fashion like that + i hc that he adores idol anime and those outfits are sick as hell !!!!!
