ok so i totally went back thru my blog (jfc i have over 10k pages this will take all year) cuz i was trying to drag my own ass but instead i found such innocent things and im just... having a weird soft spot for my past self lmao and also wanting to go back to SOME of the ways i used to be

anyways one post in particular was abt my goals for 2013. this is... years late but ima respond to it cuz this is my blog and i can

Graduate senior year<- yes kiddo, you did it!

Get high grades <- well, you passed via GED, but you did pass with honors so I think this counts?

Pass to at least one university <- oh smol child, you passed to I think 5 or 6 in total along the years? sure most u couldnt attend cuz visa denied but!! you did it kiddo, you did it :’)

Read at least one book <- I’m actually blanking right now but I am fairly sure I read something during these years lmao

Watch at least one anime <- mhmmm we watched a few kiddo

Get better at drawing <- this is a bit debatable! we had some ups and downs, but right now we are quite good at drawing faces imo

Write at least one book (or start it) <- yeah that... did not happen lmao but i do still wanna do it!

One national trip <- national in brazil included many trips to rio and one to POA; national in USA included DC, NYC, and some smaller ones in florida

One international trip <- yeah kiddo, no new countries but it was still really nice!

Get an apartment <- not the apartment u were thinking of back then kiddo, but we are living in a dorm now!

Get fit <- EHHHH. we are still working on that one lmao. but we are not... so bad anymore. we (usually) eat fairly well. we are not looking sick like skin and bones anymore and we are also not truly chubby. plus: u are finally starting to get guns!! and ur legs are actually p decent! we can walk quite a lot now

Kiss someone <- congrats kiddo!! you kissed quite a few rly rly pretty women!! like wow kiddo i was impressed!

Have a romance <- it crashed and burned but, yeah, we did have a romance and finally had intimacy and all that. live and learn kiddo

Meet new people <- oh mannn we met A LOT of people! some came and went yaknow, but such is life! but yeah kid we made new friends :)

Learn a new skill (aka a language or how to play an instrument or game etc) <- HMMMM again debatable. we dabbled in a few languages, ended up giving up on musical instruments, got a bit better at games... it was a bit of a toss up?

Draw at least once a day <- lmao yeah no kiddo we were never able to do that sorry

Take a picture at least once a day <- pfff this one we gave up on even quicker than the drawing one

Go to at least one anime convention <- yeah we went to a few actually! it’s been a while now tho, but i think we should probably go to another one soon. they can be quite refreshing, can’t they?

Keep my bedroom clean <- debatable. most days the (dorm) room is quite clean tho! we even vaccum it regularly, can you believe it?? but somedays, kiddo, somedays mental health is just too much and then it reflects in how the room is looking like. we are making progress tho

Learn how to cook new things <- hmmmMMMM we are still quite shitty at cooking haha but we can feed ourselves and ultimately I think that’s what matters most. tho yeah we should definitely add cooking skills to our repertoire

Keep a diary/journal <- we didn’t do that, but hey kiddo guess what! your new therapist agrees with u and thinks we should do that! or even write letters to ourselves! so maybe i can do it now. maybe i can revisit my old journals and those old blog entries and reply to them via letter while also jotting down my current thoughts
