Inconclusive isn't a major issue, and the fact that they've said inconclusive and not positive is promising (they released news that a player had tested positive early in the season but it turned out to be a false positive). Inconclusive could mean a bad test batch, poorly done tests, not enough data etc etc. The fact that they've not named the players yet is probably just cos its a recent result and they'd need to let their fams know first. It sounds like its the results of yesterday's test so the results would only have arrived today. So fingers crossed!
