I'm curious, how do you think Whispangurge (Tangle/Surge/Whisper) date nights would go? Who would try to one up the other? Who would get them banned from the local amusement park and why would it be Surge? Also how do you think Tangle and Whisper's first kiss with Surge would go?

I don't think Surge would be super good at romance stuff, so I can definitely see dates starting out with just Whispangle in mind and Surge tagging along when they feel like it. If Surge is the one coming up with date ideas, it's probably more rage rooms, go karts, or competitive things like bowling or mini golf (but they're a sore loser and the trio usually have to leave early before Surge gets them banned from yet another public place). Anything super exciting and maybe a little destructive that helps blow off some steam.

As for their first kiss? I don't know. I think Whisper would initiate with Surge first just to get them flustered or whatever, but I have no idea about Tangle.

And now for the other crack ship.

Whispurge. Specifically, Whispurgangle OT3.

Like, come on. If Surge wasn’t tripping balls to the wall, she and Whisper would absolutely bond over tragic pasts, betraying father figures, and intense PTSD.

I can see it now. Sonic, Tails and Tangle have forced Surge, Kit and Whisper into group therapy (I will send them to therapy in every AU or die trying,) and as Surge and Whisper talk they realize they’re not so different... and it’s not long before Surge has a crush. Meanwhile, Whisper is just desperately trying not to fall in love after what Surge did, her Wispon is busted and her Wisps are traumatized, get this psycho out of the room... but she’s just bottling up her true developing feelings.

Meanwhile, Tangle, who is already dating Whisper, is checking in on them occasionally and is watching Whisper and Surge dance around each other like idiots, giving a thumbs-up because she’s just waiting for her girlfriend to realize she’s poly.

And pretty soon the ball drops and now Whisper has two chaotic butch GFs. And Tangle is now Surge’s emotional support too. I love them.
