Ian Bohen via Instagram: Since I was 10 this has been a dream of mine. The @usnavyblueangels @wingsoverhoustonairshow and especially @stephstricklen made this come true. I cannot begin to thank you enough. @navyblueangel7 “Push-Pop” and I turned and burned 7.6 G’s and got close to cracking the sound barrier.

Steph Stricklen via Instagram: Today was a good day. If this guy looks familiar it’s probably because you’re a fan of the show @yellowstone. But @ianbohen’s professional successes were the smallest part of what landed him a flight with the @usnavyblueangels at the @wingsoverhoustonairshow. It’s what he does when the cameras aren’t rolling; dedicating time to volunteer or raise funds for many worthy causes including veteran organizations and children’s hospitals. And somehow, in the past year he and I have been working toward this flight, I can say I’d consider him a friend. He CRUSHED it today. Did better than I expected (and my hopes were high for him). His video will speak for itself but he obliterated 7.6G with NO speed jeans and could have done it all day. We have a lot of content coming out but thank you, Ian, for your patience.. thank you Blues for taking him up.. and thank you Wings Over Houston for hosting him. He’s coming to the show tomorrow to see the maneuvers he flew from the perspective the rest of us have; on the ground.
