today’s my sister’s birthday. she would have been 28 which is just wild to think about. I remembered this morning just after midnight and was sad but also mostly just very tired. I had forgotten when I woke up and was having a pretty good day until I had to write the date and felt so guilty for forgetting. My other sister and I even spoke this morning but it didn’t come up. I know she didn’t forget. It just feels like I should be more upset and that I don’t react the way I’m Supposed to to grief.
