☯ : what do you love about your language?

uumm.kept trying to think of something like smart or meaningful to say but i dont really know tbh.greek is the language that i and most people around me speak so i never had to think about its importance to me too much bc its just kind of a given like its just how i talk.i guess it being so old is kind of cool bc its crazy to think that i could have been born in the same place more than thousand years ago and id still speak the same language(well an older version of it but yk) i like the sound of it as well?idk in the end of the day its a part of me so i will always love it for that reason alone.if i wasnt greek im not sure that i would be interested in it

honestly if i could speak every single language that is spoken on this planet right now i would but i mean my top priority right now is unfortunately french bc i was tricked into learning it in fifth grade and if i dont achieve fluency in it ill fling myself off a building.other than that the languages im most realistically going to start learning soon are spanish, at least one slavic language i still havent decided which, and turkish.id also really like to learn about different greek dialects like cretan pontic cypriot etc.and i really really want to learn arabic i have since i was little but these are probably my more unrealistic goals
