There's many ways to draw it. But here's one VERY SIMPLE way.

You basically make a soft rainbow on a normal layer underneath your highlight and shading layers. You can make it in your color layer too but I recommend doing it in a separate layer so can move the effect around and place it exactly where you want it.

After this you can add whatever else you want to it. More highlights, more shading, more fun overlays. Whatever you feel like. :>
