Youth, I call you to be an entrepreneur

It is at that point where business minded people come forth and do business.

"I, as an Author (poetry and non-fictional) ; Entrepreneur (coming soon); motivational speaker; inspirational speaker; business venturer; counsellor, call upon all youth that are business minded to drift down a 5 year business plan and be enterprenuers. Even if it means to provide a painting service, venture into it."

A social call for all business minded youth. The call was never easy, so hard that I didn't even know how to put words together, but finally did it. Finally got the message typed. This call was motivated by my 5year plan starting on the 24.06.2019 to venture into business.

I know that finance is not an easy physical thing to get hold of, but if you have a plan of how to get your hands on it, you will eventually get hold of. Many has said to me "I DON'T HAVE FUNDS FOR OPENING MY BUSINESS OR TO BUY SHARES", yet when asked how to raise funds for it, none is saying "I WILL START BY ASKING FOR FUNDS FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS, THEN START WITH THAT SOMETHING". No, everyone is thinking of seeking for job. The same hour spent on seeking for a job, could be the hour that could be spent on thinking how to get a start and who is capable of helping you. Remember that the support structure is the main amongst them all, the very important one.

You would spend hundreds and thousands of Rands to seek for employment, that would either pass or fail (either be employed or unemployed). That could take you years to either be employed or end up not being employed, that's the facts that I can't shield.

Now let us look it at this angle: take the same R100 (including c.v proccess, transportation, food on the job hurting process) and either save it for one of the resources you will need or use it to buy data and search for your resource while you are at home. When you know what to do with that money, act on it, wisely you should act. Yes, you will feel the pressure that your peers or surroundings are getting one and two, while you don't even a cent, that pressure is painful I know, but that pressure will soon pass you like it was never been in you. This can only be so if you are prepared to be in cruise of success; be warned that it is not easy to be there, a lot can happen and force you to jump off the cruise and decide to work for someone, implement your ideas on someone's business and get neither no share for it, just your monthly income.

Take an instant example, DJ SBU, one of the BEE successful entrepreneurs, a DJ and a lot known by himself and his surroundings. Just imagine what he went through on his musical career, ventured in energy drink industry and others. This guy went through pain, humination, betrayal, but he never jumped off from the cruise of success, he moved away from his surroundings and set on the corner alone and thought of what's next. Successful his thoughts went. He he is now, he has many titles from the universe in large. My point here is not to promote him, no it is not about him at all, my point is about where he comes from with his enterprenuer life, sometimes I would look at his post on twitter and say "SBU, DANKIE BABA WAM", because of what he has been through and never gave up.

Sometimes we should stop depending on someone and create something out of nothing. Most of our time has been wasted on depending, while the only thing that we must do it to create something out of nothing then help will come. Look at this: YOU ARE A SUCCESSFUL ENTERPRENUER AND YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP. HERE COMES A YOUNG MAN WITH A GREAT BUSINESS TO VENTURE IN, ASKING FOR YOUR HELP. YOU ASK MORE ABOUT IT, THE ANSWERS ARE NOT WELL PLANNED. WHEN YOU DEEPLY ON IT, THE YOUNG MAN JUST WANT TO DO BUSINESS AND HAVE CASH. SO WHEN YOU THINK OF WHAT YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM HIM, NOTHING BUT A LOSE OF MONEY AND TIME. This is because the young man never planned his journey well, he just had them saying that and decided to take risk, unnecessary risk. If the young man had done his homework, you would have know about his 5 years plan, where to source in his business needs, his risk on the industry, his support system and you would have be able to see a sample of his service, but then all he have it is just a piece of paper in his carry pack.

Take me as an example: I HAVE BEEN WRITING POETRY FROM YOUNG, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WHAT IN POETRY, I JUST WROTE. MEET A FRIEND OF MINE WHO IS A SONG WRITER/ MUSICIAN AND I STARTED WRITING MUSIC. DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WHAT, BUT I DID WROTE MUSIC. AT MY 1ST HIGH SCHOOL GRADE, I KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT POETRY AND MUSIC, I THEN DECIDED TO FOCUS ON POETRY AN DITCH MUSIC. MANY LOVED MY POETRY, MANY TOLD ME TO DO POETRY, FEW BELIEVED IN ME. I FINISHED MY HIGHEST GRADES IN AN IDEA THAT I WANT TO PUBLISH MY POETRY, THAT WAS BEFORE I POSTED ON FACEBOOK FOR HELP AND GOT IN TOUCH WITH KATLEGO SELOWA, THE OWNER OF KREATIVE THINKING. I PUBLISHED MY 1ST BOOK WITH THE HELP OF MY MOTHER, FOR MANY DOUBTED ME. NOW, AS I AM ABOUT TO RELEASE A SECOND ONE, EVERYONE IS SO PROUD OF ME AND WANT TO HELP ME. THEY WANT TO HELP ME BECAUSE I TOOK THE 1ST STEP ALONE WITH MY MOTHER, AND PROVED TO THEM THAT I AM DAM SERIOUS ABOUT THIS.

May point is that not everything in black and white on the paper will make it happen, some things needs you to be independent first, get out of the comfort zone and do what you got to do. Some minds can think great, yet can't put it in reality, while some they can't think great, but can put it in reality. Even at school, some they are good in theory, some they are good in practical, hence there is what it is called "GROUP WORK", at work environment they call it "TEAM WORK".

Be an entrepreneur with a team behind you. As from little as you are, you can be an entrepreneur. Just make sure you do have a strong support structure and you are willing to go above 5years with it. Youth let us not demotion our purpose in life because of what we have seen, let us use those minds to become enterprenuers and change the world. Business is not easy, but it is worth it.

WE NEED NEW IDEAS IN BUSINESS WORLD. WE NEED NEW MIND ON SET. WE NEED FRESH PRODUCTS TO PRODUCE. WE NEED YOU.
