She giggled for a moment, then her eyes popped open. "Whoops? Why would you... say that?" She asked.

She stepped back a bit, smiling though still eyeing the boy warily. "Well, I was hoping to get a teaching job here... I heard the other teacher is having some troubles keeping up, so I decided to help!" She explained.

She jumped a bit in surprise at the large whited gloved hand in her face. Seeing the young, what seemed to be, puppy she gave a warm smile. "Why, hello little, uh, boy! what's your name?" She asked in her usual calm voice.

The younger teacher waves enthusiastically to get Ms. Keane's attention. "Hey there! How've you been managing these past few weeks?"

"Oh, hello Mr. Green. I've been doing lovely. I just finished grading some spelling tests." She said with a bright smile, happy to see another teacher so cheerful about his work.

"Oh has he? Oh that is positively wonderful to hear!" I haven't been able to hear from him in a while, I'm glad he's working hard." She responded, folding her arms behind her back and still giving a wide grin.

The girls nodded in unison, idly floating in the air. “Yeah! We’ve been making lots and lots of new friends~!”

“And kickin’ tons of bad guy butt, too!”

“Yes, a few people have turned out to be a little…unfriendly. Oh! But we did run into Mr. Green~! He seems to be working really hard with his teaching, from what he’s told us.”

The middle aged woman turned her attention to the little girls and gave them a smile in return. "Hello, girls. How have you been enjoying your weekend?" She asked.
