Wrinkles and pilling aside with this dress, I have dropped 10lbs in the past 3 weeks. It’s still difficult looking into the mirror and not recognizing myself but I am starting to get results which is keeping me going.
I plan to be back down to 140-150lbs for a start and see if I want to drop lower. Maybe 160-170lbs if I decide I really want this BBL.
Over the past month I have cut out excessive sugars and fat, cut all junk food/sodas/processed foods, decreased carbs, and increased my amount of raw veggies. Where I’m lacking in is exercise- I’ve spent the last week and a half in bed bingeing Mind Hunter. Lol- not.
I’m strapping on my Apple Watch and connecting it to My Fitness Pal. Since I have Apple Fitness+ I will get in some Pilates and yoga in the evenings after my 10k steps. Ideally I’ll go back to the gym before work Monday-Friday but baby steps.
