Also, sitting at the computer for hours on end fucks my back up in a way that didn’t happen when I was 28
I found a patch that would enable Civilization II to run on modern windows systems, and I was mad excited to play my favorite game again for the first time in over a decade. After an hour or so, however, I realized that my passion for the game is no longer what it was. Back in my twenties I used to be just fine with all day sessions of playing PC games, but as I’ve gotten older and more aware of just how finite my time is, I find that there are other things I’d rather be doing. I suppose this constitutes some sort of maturation.
