Which I regretted eating because I thought I could reduce curry puff to one to maintain the size of my stomach but I failed so my stomach bloat & I was disappointed at myself T^T

Dinner: Mee Sua with Egg Soup As usual the period issue, actually tonight I'm just pretty lazy, my bloat is almost gone so I was just lazy plus I ate early too cause I couldn't wait, not the best move. Supper: Cold oatmeal, since my period pain is almost gone, I just went for it!

Lunch: KFC Fish Fillet Burger
My favourite burger from this chain however they took way to long to prepare my burger this time! I mean about 4-5 customers got their orders before mine! It was an okay lunch I guess? Tea Break: A pear, that I didn't bother cutting, just ate it on its own~

Lunch: Fries donut with curry chicken filling, Curry Puff & A cup of corn I tried making my lunch with a little less fried and tried a cup of corn but was disappointed with the portion size. That is just a total rip off! But damn was that fried donut so crispy on the outside as soft as a cloud on the inside just like how I imagine anime food would taste like! <3 Tea Break: A left over bigger piece of curry puff with sardine filling < maybe I ate too much calories for this session! Sorry!

Menu: Mee Sua with Egg Soup Due to the awful period pain which came back after I ate lunch...ugh...I decided to just go for a simple dish that wouldn't bloat me more like broccoli or pumpkin since it's pretty starchy~ with that said~ yup that's what I had, and around 11pm I had the hit of hunger again! So I took maybe 1 spoonful of chocolate spread < guilty but it felt good! And probably will regret it in the mornin!

Menu: Weirdest tasting BBQ beef meatballs on a stick with marinade sauce + fish dumpling that's been deep fried with layer of spring roll skin.
THANK GOD!! Today, is a day off from work out~  since I cant handle my period pain anymore than this but damn, I regret not doing the laundry & dishes yesterday! Well then after few hours during tea break, I ate hot oatmeal and Im going to take a nap because I really lack sleep from all that suffering this morning~ Goodnight~~

Breakfast : Special cinnamon ginger hot drink which I can’t explain to the name.
I woke up with a terrible period pain this morning I couldn’t even make breakfast for myself so I opted for the fastest possible thing to consume before my morning hunger + period hungry does worse things to my tummy. After that I took my pills as soon as I can, & miraculously it managed to stop the pain temporarily~

Dinner!
Sorry for the late post. Last night, I had fried pumpkin and scrambled eggs for dinner, though during the middle of the night (supper time) I became hungry and had a bowl of mee sua with egg soup since I didn’t have any ginger left. I couldn’t resist the urge to eat because that hungry just kicked me in the face~ so yeah woke up with a fatter face again this morning~ damn it!

Lunch time - !
Lunch: All side dish portions - Fried Bihun, Spinach with corn & Sweet n sour chicken (only 2 pieces) + Medium sized mango juice (lil sweet than usual)
Went out after gym for lunch as per usual, had fried bihun (rice noodle/glass noodle), spinach with corn & sweet n sour chicken (few pieces) as my side dishes portion & as an achievement I managed to resist touching the rice that was sitting right on my plate~ Yay! To compliment my lunch there was the usual mango juice that helped filled up my stomach though I felt it was a little sweeter than usual today~
