Adding on this: while there are voice banks that use AI (like the Vocaloid 6 voice banks or some of Synth V's), it's not utilized in the voice synthesis process. Consent is provided for recording by the voice provider, and every syllable that the voice bank has access to is from what was recorded with the consent of the provider.

Instead, AI is used to help connect these syllables in a manner that sounds natural - it's a tool, not something that bypasses the creation itself.

...and you still have to take the effort to tune the voice bank because while AI helps to connect notes and syllables, relying on it entirely still sounds like there's no tuning at all.

Any time this song plays, the volume is raised. I don't care if it's damaging my ear drums, the song is a bop. My only complaint is that it's so short, but that's what the vocal version is for~

Another track that I just don't know how to explain why I adore it. It's just one of those songs that when I first heard it, I fell in love and have grown to adore even more as time has progressed

I will say it's really annoying when your body just straight up skips the "Hey we need the thing but we can manage for now" to "WE ARE MALFUNCTIONING PERFORM THE ACTION NOW"

I've had several days where I never experienced hunger, but I would grow faint and shaky and visibly pale(r than normal) because my blood sugar was just that low without me even realizing it. The same goes for dehydration, though I'll admit I'm chronically dehydrated to the point that I don't think I notice it anymore until I have a headache

As an autistic person with sensory issues, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EXPLAINING WHAT HUNGER FEELS LIKE. You have no idea how difficult it is to get an explanation. Internet didn't help because it's just assumed that EVERYONE knows what it feels like. (Which, like, I get it, but sensory issues isn't just about the five senses! It can also be things like hunger and thirst!) And in RL people for some reason assumed that I wasn't looking for an answer?? BTW, can you explain thirst and tiredness? Please?

Thirst is a little more difficult to pin down. In my experience it can manifest most simply as minor discomfort swallowing, like a stickiness in your throat. Mentally, the cues that you're thirsty can be as simple as the thought of a cool drink suddenly seeming really appealing; as a rule of thumb, if I suddenly start thinking about juice or soda, I drink a full glass of water and then see if I still want the sweet drink too. If you're quite dehydrated, your head might hurt, like a feeling of pressure behind your forehead.

Tiredness can also manifest as a similar headache, but I usually feel tiredness in and behind my eyes as a pressure or ache, or even a stinging if I've been staring at a screen too long.

I will say, it's fun seeing the cat paws on the screen whenever you press the purple button next to people's names, but part of me is curious as to what it looks like on the side of the person being booped... like, does it notify you or something? Do you see if someone pressed the boop button more than once?? Or is it purely relegated to the boop counter???

Okay so it really just depends??

With liquid creamer, I'll pour that in my mug first and then add the coffee.

With powdered creamer, the coffee goes first, and then the creamer/sugar follows.

With tea, I tend to drink it black/plain (I usually don't drink a pure black tea), but sometimes I'll add honey if I oversteeped or if I'm drinking tea to help with a sore throat - in which case, the honey goes after.

Of course, this is on the rare occasion that I actually brew coffee or tea. I don't really need it to wake up - if anything, I drink it in the middle of the day in order to stay awake

So I started replaying Octopath II for the one year anniversary, and while playing through Osvald's chapter 1, I noticed he mentions that the distance between Frigit Isle and Cape Cold is four days by sea. Now, a ship from this period can likely travel 4 knots in an hour in waters like that (seeing as they aren't icy or anything.) Which makes that distance about 442 miles, or 722 kilometers across. So I decided I had no choice but to figure out what the size of Solistia actually is. The answer is... big. Keep in mind that a person can walk *maybe* 33 km in a day if they're experienced and prepared.

Solistia would be, if I'm not stupid, about the size of Eurasia... The Eastern continent alone stretches the distance from Portugal to Kazakhstan.

Now, let's say this ship is moving slower, at more like three knots. Well, then our distance is 540 km, only 75% the initial presumed distance. Then we're looking at Solistia being 8,664 km across, which is still big, but not *as* big. In other words, Octopath Traveler II's full story likely took several years to complete in canon.
