I tried to count how many people encountered, took pictures, and/or spoke to me about Star Stable, but I honestly lost count sometime after 7, which is amazing ?! Made me so happy to see people recognising the character despite the character design being old.

Yesterday at Närcon I told my friend that "I'm keeping my eye out for a Starstable cosplay that I saw on Tumblr" and right after I said it I saw a little red hood far away on the horizon and my brain went "target locked".

With determined steps I zigzagged and powerwalked through the crowd and caught up with @toadriders!

She was super nice and I love the cosplay! <3

This is Aspen !

She moved to Jorvik to continue pursuing her promising equestrian career, at least that’s what she told her family in order to make them proud.

In reality, Aspen wants to explore new interests that she never got the chance to try in her family’s presence. She loves her horse Coral, but she wants a break from the constant training and actually get to bond with her beloved horse for once.

Surely Jorvik will be the perfect place for Aspen and Coral to get to explore new things together !
