zoeys relationship with royce is odd, tbh.

royce and zoey absolutely do not get along but exist fine as long as they don’t interact. they will fight a lot

however, when dredge is harming himself and she runs out of ideas/options, zoey will find royce in a panic and after a while of royce getting pissed off at zoey bothering her, royce realizes that zoey is not acting normal nor smiling, which means dredge is doing something bad to himself; and they both team up to help him, which is.. not like them. they still dont get along but they will get together to help him by any means necessary when he feels so bad he tries harming himself.

they both love him and their hatred of each other is neutralized when helping him. (he does not use this to make them try to be friends, thatd be stupid)

"THERE you are, the fuck have y..you..been..." Royce drooped a little as he saw what she thought she saw in his eyes. She aww'd a bit and put on some PJs, going up to cuddle against him. She kissed his cheek and he sniffled, pushing his face into her cheek.

She rubbed his cheek and leaned back so she could see his face, smiling before she leaned into kiss him; And he melted into it, as usual. Despite his teeth, and HER fangs sticking out, they always had.. They liked kissing, okay. Royce sighed a bit as she broke her kiss with Dredge as Kin walked out the shower.
