Seriously, there are so many possibilities for the kind of dynamic between these two, from the most healthy and functional to the most toxic and sad. They may be divorced who share custody of the children or have made an agreement never to see each other again and the children stay with Doctor Kang. Duke hates it when Jiwoo plays the selfless hero because it nearly killed him multiple times. When it's for someone in the family, he understands, after all, his mother raised them to always have each other's backsIt turns out. That his mother is also an example of an empathetic, altruistic person with human decency and the one who most pulled and follows this example is Jiwoo.

When Frame makes its attack on the school, Duke was ready to get the hell out of there with his twin, but then that idiot just had to get in and still risk himself for strange people, forcing Duke to get in to protect as much as he could. His thoughts during the fight were that if the two of them, by some miracle, made it out alive, Duke was going to kill Jiwoo this time.

When Jiwoo was about to be crushed, Duke swears his heart stopped beating this time, but then Kayden appeared out of the blue and saved his little brother, for which Duke would always be grateful to the man.

When the fight is over and everyone is safe, you can bet Duke is giving his twin hell.

Duke on the outside: You selfless shit*** idiot! You almost died and you almost took me with you! You damn soft-hearted boy! Why can't you just think of yourself?!

Duke inside: You were going to die and I could only stand and watch. It was horrible. I was so scared of losing you this time. I couldn't face our family if you were dying when I was with you.
