It’s the same story time after time.
Girl gives a piece of her heart to everyone she meets. Their happiness comes before her own so she does what ever she can to make them happy. Along the way people leave and take parts of her heart with them. Thus causing her heart to get smaller and smaller. No matter what she does people leave but she cannot stop giving away pieces of her heart. She just hopes that there will one day be someone who will love what is left of her heart. Even in pieces, her heart still loves just as much as it did before it was torn.

Types of Theatrical Makeup
via baobella
Theatrical makeup blurs the already fuzzy line between cosmetic makeup and fine art. You’re using your body as the base for a masterpiece, requiring that you treat it both like skin and canvas.

Tutorial: invisible zippers
This tutorial isn’t mine, but it is one that I feel compelled to share because I’ve had the most BEAUTIFUL results from using it!
So, invisible zippers. Until recently I have hated the things with an absolute burning passion. They were a pain to put in, even after I bought a specialised invisible zipper foot for my sewing machine which only seemed to make everything worse somehow. The last time I used it to sew in an invisible zipper, the stitches ended up getting caught up in the zipper teeth and whenever you tried to close the zipper, it got stuck on the garment fabric. No good to anyone!
But then I had to make two skirts with invisible zippers for cosplay this year, and I was determined to figure out how to make them without screwing them up. So I went to Youtube, and it gave me this tutorial by What The Craft, which shows how to insert an invisible zipper using a regular zipper foot instead. The end result? Pretty much perfect and I’ll probably never use an invisible zipper foot again! I was heartbroken that I had to unpick and reposition the first one due to the skirt pattern turning out to be way too big in the waist and the sides not lining up, but neither of those were a problem with the second one and you really can barely tell that there’s a zipper in there! Hooray! :D
Behold the photographic evidence:
Go forth with this knowledge and be happy, dear readers :)

How to Make Homemade Worbla
Obsessive Creative Disorder figured out the recipe and ingredient ratio for Worbla! Mostly good for making small batches, but he does show where he improved on the recipe by using flour for a smoother texture. Go forth and make awesome stuff for cheap!
Here is a photo from his FB page showing some of the test samples he made using different fillers. I believe he is still working on improving the method so be sure to follow his page for more updates.
