People tend to throw out the phrase "extremely specific kinks" as though that inherently implies something transgressive, but in my experience, the overwhelming majority of extremely specific kinks are so innocuous that you could see them in public and not even clock them. The Iranian Regime is going to execute rapper Toomaj Salehi for supporting protests of Jina Amini’s murder by the regime in his songs.

Iranian activist Elica Le Bon says, “Iranians in the diaspora picked up on the fact that the regime tends not to execute people who become known to the international community. Doxxing myself slightly but here’s some photos I just took at University of Arizona.

The fact that this pro-Palestine rally was happening was very hushed up until the moment it started. There were some people holding Israel flags in opposition nearby but everything is peaceful and intended to remain that way. People are singing and handing out flyers. If you live in the area and want to support, they are hoping to be around the entire day and possibly through the night and could use snacks and water donations if you’re unable to donate money to charity. Reblogs and shares to places like Instagram are requested and appreciated.

The goal is for companies like Raytheon to divest from funding weapons to Israel.
