Dear diary 6/7/23
I've been avoiding this blog because I feel like a failure. Last year, I was really on my weight loss journey and lost Hella weight. I was finally fitting into clothing i liked and felt confident. It was towards the end of the year when my ocd, agoraphobia, and depression took a toll on me and I gained a ton of weight.. 74 lbs to be exact. I feel sick just writing that because I gained this in such a short amount of time. This is the highest I've ever been in my whole life.
Anyways, I'm T I R E D. I don't want to be fat anymore, but the kicker is I can't even do the diets I used to do because my appetite is out of control. So today I took the initiative and bought a lot of weight loss frozen meals. I'm hoping this will help me control my appetite, and then I can start getting into stricter diets.
So for the next 10 days my diet will consist of
Breakfast- green juice + oats
Lunch- frozen meal + small side salad
Dinner- protein shake
Drinks- water + jasmine tea with honey or poppi (trying to get rid of soda addiction)
Calorie intake will fluctuate, but I will stay under 1000 calories.
Anyway, I will post my calorie intake every day because I need to stay accountable. I hope I can lose something 🥲
Ps. Jungkook's potential tour announcement really lit a fire under my butt haha I want to look pretty for it.

New blog for all things weight loss, kpop, and cute things. I would love to make friends 😊 no underage people please. 💕
I have a lot of important events happening in May, so I am going to start a strict diet starting Monday, March 20th. Using this blog to keep me accountable.
I will be alternating between military, soup diet, and IU diet. I know these work well with my body 😉 My calorie intake will vary from 1200 to 315.
Anyways, let's be friends and support each other on our weight loss journey 💗
