4 years ago.... something amazing happened. I had a really great meal of fish & chips after going for a walk with my roommates. Then I went home and opened my shitty Alienware laptop that didn't work unless it was plugged in and launched gmod and eventually HLVRAI was made..

I've never actually played Half-Life 1.. and I found this Playstation 2 copy of the game years ago. So I figured for the 4 year anniversay of HLVRAI I would check out HALF-LIFE 1 ON PS2. The box says it has UNPARALLELED AI (lol) and EXTRAORDINARY REALISM. I think also from what I've heard this version is kinda weird and different (like me LOL 🤪 ahaaaa)

WDWB FANS HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone remember the episode im looking for. There was some email about a freak someone had where aliens came to earth and then they all ran away in the same direction. And they talked about aliens coming to earth and drying up because they needed moisture and Wayne (?) made a joke about throwing an alien in a pool but the chlorine makes it instantly vaporize. Help! It was really funny and I’ve been trying to find it for days. I want to say this bit was at the end of the episode. I think they talked about designing like a house full of things you would want in a house as a kid? I’m not sure. I really remember the aliens bit though.

Oh man been a while since i relistened to the early eps and i have no memory of the alien bit. WDWB heads please help!

A Sample for the Knowing Ones

I realized I hadn't posted an audio sample from this version yet so here you go! This is the Grove (me) voice btw. You can definitely here some Joshua in there which is promising. Hopefully this encourages you to download LyingBard and give it a shot.

Just to recap for those new around here, this TTS is trained on a much smaller dataset and with a much worse model than LyreBird actually used, so it sounds simliar but differentce. One day I'd like to take another crack at this and see if I can get something that sound just like the real deal, but that'll have to wait.
