Super Romantic Wenclair Fanfiction Story: "What Wednesday Chose"

Wednesday Addams and Enid Sinclair. They were a duo that shouldn't have worked... but they did... and somehow their relationship resulted in marriage and children. For the last seventeen years of their marriage, life has moved at a breakneck pace for Wednesday and Enid; giving them little time to catch their breath for very long. However, now the two are finally able to take a long vacation... where they may learn new things about one another...

~19 Years Ago:

Teenage Wednesday Addams was laying on her bed in her dorm room at Nevermore Academy. Wednesday was wearing a long black night gown as she lay under her black blanket, with her eyes completely closed. Suddenly outside: loud thunder could be heard, as the light from lightning strikes nearby filled the room for quick moments. On the other side of the room: teenage Enid Sinclair lay awake under a pink blanket while wearing pink underwear, with a scared look in her eyes. As the sound of thunder got louder, Enid got more terrified as she stepped out of her bed. Enid then slowly walked towards Wednesday's bed, and with a frightened tone she said, "Wednesday... is the thunder keeping you up too?" While remaining completely still and keeping her eyes closed, Wednesday only moved her mouth as she said, "Actually, it was helping me sleep more soundly than usual until your nagging voice disrupting the soothing background noise awakened me."

As Enid looked very nervous she said, "I'm sorry. It's just... thunder and lightning have always scared me. I've learned to deal with it better as I've gotten older... but I've never heard thunder this loud before, and I... I know it's childish, but... can I sleep with you tonight?" Wednesday then opened her eyes, and turned her head to give Enid a glaring look as she said, "Enid, I am accustomed to sleeping in total peace as the experience of being completely unconscious is the closest thing I can experience to death while living. However that peace could easily be disrupted if..." Then suddenly the loudest sound of thunder was heard outside. A scared Enid screamed in terror, jumped into Wednesday's bed, and immediately hugged her tightly. Wednesday rolled her eyes and groaned in frustration... but reluctantly remained still... and slowly closed her eyes as she allowed Enid to remain in bed with her.

~Present Day:

Wednesday and Enid were walking up a tall mountain together. Wednesday was wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts, while Enid was wearing a pink t-shirt and white shorts; with both women wearing backpacks. As the two married woman walked beside one another, a smiling Enid said, "Wow. Look at that view around us. Now taking a long hike into the mountains... this is how I wanted us to spend a vacation together." Wednesday kept a straight face as she said, "Agreed. The long amount of walking has caused great strain to my muscles, and is pushing me to a point of near dehydration and exhaustion. It is indeed feels quite wonderful."

Then a smiling Enid held Wednesday's hand as she said, "Well, whatever we do... I'm just glad we're doing it together. Whether we're laying together in bed, or staging a prison riot together... I will always love you Wednesday Addams." Wednesday however said nothing as she continued to walk alongside Enid. Enid then glanced at Wednesday as she said, "And now you're supposed to say something equally romantic to me." Wednesday then glanced at Enid with a deadpan expression while saying, "And I... value your continued existence Enid." Enid sighed a bit, but then smiled as she said, "You're allowed to say I love you back to me. You've said it before Wednesday. It wouldn't kill you to try saying it again."

Then suddenly the two heard the sound of a roaring beast. Emerging from a nearby cave was a huge bear like monster that could stand upright; with razor sharp claws, fangs in it's mouth, red eyes, and dark red fur. The monster ran at the two women, as a smiling Wednesday said, "Finally. Something truly enjoyable." Then End had her wolf claws appear from her hands as she said, "Don't worry Wens. I'll..." Then the bear monster immediately smacked Enid hard, and sent her flying to the ground very hurt. Wednesday meanwhile had a look of confidence in her face as she said, "Prepared yourself creature to be sent to hell." Then Wednesday took out a sword and ran towards the bear monster.

Then just as Wednesday swung her sword, the bear monster surprisingly jumped over Wednesday... and then the bear monster used it's claw to hit Wednesday very hard in the head. Wednesday then fell to the ground, as her head hit a large rock while she landed. As a hurt Enid tried to get up, she immediately saw Wednesday had been knocked out, and that a large deep wound was now exposed on the side of her head, causing blood to pour from it. As Enid tried to crawl towards Wednesday, fear and terror went across her face as she said, "No! Oh God, no! Please don't be dead Wednesday! Oh God, please don't be dead!"

Suddenly an old woman in a white toga ran onto the scene while holding a large white scepter. The old woman then swung her scepter at the bear monster several times, immediately injuring it. The old woman then yelled, "Begone beast!" The hurt bear monster made a growling noise, and then reluctantly ran away. As the old women turned to look at Enid, she said, "The beast is gone for now. Do you require help?" As Enid crawled towards Wednesday, she said, "I'll be okay. But my wife is really hurt. Please help her!"

The old woman then walked over to the hurt Wednesday. As the old woman put her hand over the bloody wound on Wednesday's head, she said, "Your wife has been gravely hurt. The beast has given her a deep wound. The claws penetrated deep into her head, and damaged key portions of her brain." As Enid looked completely scared, she said, "She's suffering from brain damage!? No. No! We have to do something." The old woman then looked at Enid as she said, "Listen. I am a mystic medicine woman. As long as a person is not fully dead, I can heal many wounds modern medicine cannot. However with this type of brain damage, I can only heal a person's wound with someone that is of the same heart as them. If you are indeed her wife: then you two are of the same heart; which means my mystic abilities can use your mind to repair hers. But only with your consent."

A desperate looking Enid then said, "Fine. I consent. Just please save my wife now!" The old mystic woman then put both of her hands on Wednesday and Enid's heads. Suddenly, all three of them began to glow. Then there was a flash... and suddenly Wednesday's wound on her head was completely gone. The old mystic woman stood up and then said, "I have used my mystic abilities and your mind to heal your wife. Now then, I must go. It is my duty to remain on these hills, and help those that are attacked by the beast." The old mystic woman then walked away, while Enid realized Wednesday was breathing... but still wasn't waking up. Enid then got out her phone, dialed a number, and then said, "Hello. Yes, me and my wife were just attacked by a beast on Raven Stone Mountain. We survived with some help, but we still need help. Please, we need an emergency helicopter right away!"

Wednesday laid asleep on a hospital bed (wearing a black hospital gown), while Enid sat by her side in a nearby chair. Wednesday eventually opened her eyes, and began to look around as she said, "What happened?" A relieved and happy Enid then said, "Wednesday, thank God you're okay! Despite being healed by that weird mystic medicine woman, I wasn't sure if you'd ever wake up." Wednesday then slowly sat up as she said, "Come on Enid. I've survived being nearly killed by Laurel Gates, Joseph Crackstone, several demons, cat monsters, a shtriga, an army of lizard creatures and sirens, and a dark alternate universe version of myself. I wasn't about to meet my end from some bear." A happy Enid then said, "Well, I'm glad I'm gonna be able to call the rest of the family now and say you're okay. They'll all be so so happy... especially Ana, since you staying alive longer ensures she gets a bigger inheritance." Then Wednesday laughed loudly, and then smiled as she said, "Oh, Ana. That daughter of ours is such a genius, and such a schmuck at the same time."

Enid suddenly had a confused and freaked out look on her face, as her eyes widened while she said, "Wednesday... you just laughed. I have never heard you laugh... ever. What just caused that!?" Wednesday then casually said, "I don't know. You said something funny, and I just laughed at it. Ooo. Does this hospital serve chocolate ice cream!? I am so having a craving for chocolate ice cream right now. Also, is there anyway I can get out of this hospital gown? I so need to go into town and find something really sexy to wear for our dinner date tonight." Enid suddenly looked terrified as she said, "What is going here!? Were you drinking wine again before you got hurt? Are you an alternate universe version of my wife!? Did you disguise your soul again with an alternate personality because some demon is hunting you!? Explain yourself!" Wednesday however looked confused as she said, "Whoa Enid. Chill. I'm just being me. My mind feels fine." Then a look of clarity went across Enid's face as she said, "Hold on. Your mind..."

Enid was sitting in an office in front of an older male doctor. The older male doctor held some scans out as he said, "Well Ms Addams, I took those detailed scans as you requested; and then looked at the last detailed scan done on your wife years ago. You're right. Something has changed with her brain." Enid looked nervous as she said, "But I don't get it. What changed? How did it get changed!?" Then old doctor then said, "Well... out of curiosity, I looked at the scans done on your own brain... and it would seem part of your wife's brain has been restructured somehow to resemble yours now. It's like nothing I've ever seen." Another look of clarity went across Enid's face as she said, "Wait. That old mystic woman. She said her special powers would heal Wednesday's mind with my own. I... I think her powers scanned my brain, and then used that as a template for what the damaged parts of Wednesday's brain were supposed to look like." The older doctor then said, "That's the best theory I have as well."

Then a confused and worried Enid said, "But... what does this mean? Is my wife some weird mental clone of me now?" The doctor turned his head and said, "No. The areas of the brain that contain Wednesday's memories are unaltered. However, the parts of the mind that are used to process new information and regulate emotion are what have changed. Your wife is still who she is. Her personality however is just a bit different now." Then suddenly a smiling Wednesday walked into the room as she excitedly said, "Hey Enid. Come take a selfie with me. You know, I just realized I have like millions of followers on Instagram; and yet have barely posted anything. We totally have to change that!" Enid then turned to look at her doctor, and with a concerned voice she said, "Doc, I think more than just my wife's personality has changed."

Early that evening, Wednesday and Enid walked into a fancy restaurant together. Enid was wearing a white dress, while Wednesday was wearing a similar dress that was pink. Enid kept turning her head to look at Wednesday's pink outfit, while a confused looking Wednesday noticed this and said, "Anything wrong?" Enid quickly turned her head and said, "Nothing. Just... not used to seeing you in that color." As Wednesday examined her dress, she said, "Yeah. I guess pink has never been my thing before. But now... it just feels so right." Then Wednesday noticed one person sitting at a table was holding a small dog in their lap. Wednesday then glared at the dog as she said, "That person brought a dog into this restaurant!?" Then Enid rolled her eyes and said, "Well I guess her real personality had to be unlocked by something." Then Wednesday immediately approached the person holding the small dog, and said, "Aww. Your little pooch is so cute!" The person holding the small dog said, "Really? Thanks. He's my emotional support animal; which is why they let him in."

Soon, Wednesday and Enid sat at a table together. A smiling Wednesday then looked at Enid as she said, "This is nice. You and me eating at a fancy place. Why don't we do this more often?" Then a confused looking Enid said, "Because you've told me countless times that agreeing to pay for overpriced food that we could make ourselves for 90 percent less money helps perpetuate the growing issue with the wealthy wasting their money on overpriced goods instead of improving the state of our near meaningless world." A smiling Wednesday then said, "I really said that? Well... maybe that's true... but isn't it fun to sometimes go to places like this and be served like we're princesses!?" Enid looked a little hesitant to smile as she said, "Well... yeah, it is."

Some time later, Wednesday and Enid were finishing their desert as a happy Wednesday said, "Oh God, that chocolate sundae was so freaking good! Why don't we ever eat stuff like that more often!?" Enid raised one eyebrow as she said, "Because you've often said you loathe the American ideal of paying higher prices for food that's designed to kill us more quickly." Then Wednesday shrugged as she said, "I guess that's true... but I also guess I now love sundaes. Thank you for recommending we do all this tonight Enid. I don't know where I'd be without you." Enid made a little smile as she casually said, "You'd probably have taken over the world by now if you didn't have me and the kids holding you back." Then Wednesday looked directly at Enid as she said, "No, you don't get it Enid. I... I feel like I'd be nowhere without you. I mean... you mean everything to me. You remember my first semester at Nevermore Academy, when we snuck into the Gates mansion that one night?" Enid nodded her head as she said, "Yeah. Tyler, who we didn't know was a Hyde yet, nearly killed us. You also lost your snood I made you... not that you really liked it."

Then Wednesday bent down as she went into her purse... and then pulled out her black snood as she said, "I went back to retrieve it the next day, and had Thing fix it." Enid's eyes widened with surprise, while Wednesday said, "Maybe I didn't like wearing it... but the fact that it was a gift from you... meant everything to me. In fact... after that night in the mansion, when we had our first fight and you left our dorm room... I curled up into a ball... and after hours of remaining still, and making sure absolutely no one could hear me... I cried. It was the first time I had done so since Nero had died. I think it was only then that I first realized deep down... I loved you Enid... because you only cry over losing the people you deeply care about." Enid's eyes widened in surprise as she said, "I... I never knew. I never realized."

Then Wednesday reached over and had one of her hands touch Enid's as she said, "Then know this. Enid... you are the one who makes my life better every day. For my entire life... I felt like my soul was always on the edge of being pulled too deep into darkness. For my entire life, all I could see was the evils in humanity in any person I met. Every day I saw a world burning, and kept seeing new things that made me want to wish I wish I would just finally kill myself. It became so much that every night I dreamed - I heard my inner self screaming every second I was subconscious. But then... there was you Enid. Despite being turned off from your bright colors and some of your odd habits at first... I saw you as pure light... the only pure light strong enough to keep my heart from being overwhelmed by the darkness. You were real, you were pure, you were true, and you were the first person I ever met that made me better, and made me want to keep being better. Also, thanks to you... the screaming in my subconscious finally stopped several years ago... and even though I still feel like so much of the world is still dark and burning... you've become my ultimate light of goodness I seek in the dark burning storm. You're more than my wife Enid. You're my soul mate, my comfort, my pleasure, my eternal companion, my world... my everything."

Enid's eyes had slowly widened as Wednesday finished speaking. Tears then began to come from her eyes, as Enid covered her mouth with both her hands. Then after a moment, Enid slowly lifted her hands down as she said, "Wednesday, I... I had no idea that all this time you truly..." Wednesday interrupted Enid as she said, "Well, I was never good at heartfelt speeches. But... it just suddenly feels easy for me now." As more tears appeared in Enid's eyes, she leaned over the table and kissed Wednesday. Then once the kiss ended, a smiling Wednesday then said, "You know... the only regret I have is that our relationship started on such unusual rocky ground. I wish I could go back in time to my first year at Nevermore Academy, and tell you in a more proper way how I felt about you. In fact... would you mind if I did that right now?" Then a curious and smiling Enid said, "You mean like role play we're teenagers again? Sure, I'm down for that."

Then a grinning Wednesday said, "Okay. So... imagine we're at Nevermore Academy right before we were all sent home at the end of my first semester there. I've just been given a cell phone by Xavier, and we're about to say our final goodbyes before I get into my family's limo. Now... go ahead." Then a smiling Enid turned her head away for a moment, and then turned to look right back at Wednesday as she said, "Well... see ya later roomy. I'll miss you." Then Wednesday put on a pretend nervous face as she said, "Enid... there's something I need to tell you. I know in the grand scheme of our lives, we've practically just met, and we still need more time to get to know each other, but... despite only just recently meeting... there's something important I need to tell you." Then a curious looking Enid smiled as she said, "What is it Wednesday?" Then violin music at a moderate tempo began to play nearby as a grinning Wednesday said, "You know... I've hated wishes all my life. They always gave me a fright. But as I look at this sight, I see great change for my life. Now I'd give my soul for a wish, for maybe one special kiss. I wasn't looking for this, but now you're in my way." Then as a guitar player and string quarter appeared in the restaurant playing accompanying music, a confused looking Enid said, "Wednesday, what's going on?

Then a grinning Wednesday began to sing, "Your grin was holding. Pretty dress, claws were spouting. Blood moon, werewolf howling. Where you think you're going baby?" Then Wednesday jumped out of her seat and was joined by a surprise flash mob of dancers as she looked straight at Enid while singing, "Hey, I just met you. And this is crazy. But here's my number. So call me maybe. It's hard to look right, at you baby. But here's my number. So call me maybe." Enid meanwhile had a big happy smile on her face, as Wednesday and her flash mob were doing a precise synchronized dance, while a happy Wednesday sang, "Hey, I just met you. And this is crazy. But here's my number. So call me maybe. And all those other boys, tried to chase me. But here's my number. So call me maybe."

Then a happy Enid jumped out of her seat laughing, and then hugged Wednesday. Many people in the restaurant applauded and cheered. Then once Enid was done hugging Wednesday, she asked, "Where did you hire a band and a flash mob so quickly?" Then a grinning Wednesday said, "Well apparently having my autobiography turned into a Netflix show has made me kind of famous. Also, it didn't dawn on me till now if I just asked people for favors very sweetly and nicely, a lot more people are willing to help you. So now then... shall we return to our hotel room?" Then Enid made a big excited smile as she said, "Yes, we shall!"

Wednesday and Enid lay naked next to one another in bed as a very pleased Enid said, "Wow Wednesday. Just… wow. I mean… it's not like we did any type of new positions, but… the way you moved your fingers and the way you kissed me… it was like I was having sex with you for the first time all over again. I mean just now you were so… soft, gentle, and patient. It felt so… magical." As Wednesday grinned, she said, "Enid, my love… you only deserve someone that loves you the way you love." Suddenly the two women heard screaming outside. The two women quickly got out of bed, and began to put their underwear on as they looked outside a nearby window. The two then saw the bear monster from earlier was in the middle of town running at people. As individuals fled in terror, a worried Enid said, "The monster is back. Come on. We have to do something."

A fully clothed Wednesday and Enid stood near the corner of an alley as they saw the bear monster slowly coming towards them. Enid then glanced at Wednesday as she said, "A lot of people are gonna be hurt if we don't do something. Okay... I'll wolf out and distract the creature. We're not in an open area this time, so I should be able to distract it. As I attack, you run up from behind with your sword and stab him to death." Wednesday suddenly looked shocked as she said, "Whoa! You want me to kill that creature!? But... what if that bear has a family with cubs that depend on it?" A confused Enid then said, "What the heck are you talking about Wednesday!? You never brought up these thoughts when you attacked monsters we faced in the past." Then a worried looking Wednesday said, "Oh God, I didn't. The Shtriga monster and all those lizard creatures I killed... what if they had offspring who then had to grow up without their parents? Oh my God! Am I the monster!?"

Then suddenly the old mystic woman ran onto the scene holing her scepter out. The old mystic woman hit the bear monster with scepter several times, causing the now injured bear to roar in pain. Then the bear monster used it's claws to hit the old mystic woman in the back, causing her to scream. The bear monster, which was also hurt, then ran away while growling. Enid then quickly ran over to the old mystic woman as she said, "Are you okay?" The old mystic woman slowly sat up as she said, "I will live... but I am not okay. I have been keeping that beast at bay for fifty years now, but that was the first time the creature has actually laid a claw on me. I am apparently finally too old for this. I have tried to keep the creature away from this town all my life without killing it... but it would seem we must finally end it's existence for the good of the many. The creature will likely return soon, so we must prepare. Do you know of someone that is capable of this task?" Enid then glanced at a nervous looking Wednesday while saying, "I thought I knew someone that was capable of that... but now I don't know..."

In an old abandoned warehouse, the old mystic woman laid against a wall looking weak, while Enid sat next to her. Wednesday meanwhile stood nearby at an open doorway looking concerned as she said, "What do I do if that monster comes back? It's my enemy... but I'm also it's enemy. Am I in the right if others believe me not to be?" Meanwhile Enid looked at the old mystic woman as she said, "So now my wife is caught in an ethical dilemma loop. It's like her dark memories and new bright personality are starting to become incompatible. What's going on with her?" The old mystic woman looked confused as she said, "I've never seen this happen before. Whenever I heal the wounds between loved ones, they always go back to normal. However... the way you describe your wife before I healed her... she doesn't sound anything like you."

Enid sighed, and then said, "Yeah, I'm aware of how different we both are. Look... is there a way you can restore my wife back to the way she was? To stop this creature, I think the tipping point is gonna require someone as dark and twisted as the true Wednesday Addams to save us." The old woman looked a bit concerned as she said, "Well... my magic scanned the structure of your mind to heal your wife earlier; which is indeed what caused her mind to become more like yours. Now with time, her old memories will better adapt to her new personality. However... if I perhaps focused on scanning all your memories of how your wife once was... that will cause her brain to snap back to the way it was. But I must say... anyone would think you'd be pleased to finally have a spouse that thinks and acts just like you. Why would you want your wife to return to the dark and twisted individual she used to be?"

Enid looked down for a moment, sighed, took a deep long breath, and then looked straight at the old mystic woman as she said, "Because that's who she is. That's the woman I chose to fall in love with... and that's the woman who chose to fall in love with me. Yes, sometimes I wish Wednesday was a little more... normal. There are moments occasionally when I wish Wednesday could understand my feelings better, and also be able to more clearly express hers. There are moments sometimes where Wednesday says and does certain uncomfortable things, and I wish she could fully grasp how uncomfortable those things she says and does makes me. There are days where I wish for just a split second that Wednesday could act just like me... but that's not who she is... and that's okay. Wednesday Addams is a cold and dark woman who barely knows how to grasp emotions and feelings... but despite all that... she still chose to marry me. The woman who had practically no room in her heart to love anyone... fell in love with me... and knowing that I was the one and only person in the world that Wednesday Addams chose to fall in love with... makes me the happiest woman in existence every day... even though I can't fully share in that happiness with her."

The old mystic woman sighed as she looked down for a moment. Wednesday then walked over the two, and sat down with a smiling face while saying, "Hey Enid. Sorry I've been so scattered brained today. You've been so understanding and supportive with me. Honestly... of all the things I've told you today, there's one very important thing about my feelings I still haven't said yet. You see..." Suddenly the old mystic woman put her hands on both Wednesday and Enid's heads. Wednesday immediately stopped talking as the three women's bodies glowed. As Wednesday looked like she was caught in a trance, a smiling Enid said, "I love you Wednesday Addams... but I can't love a woman who isn't 100 percent the real Wednesday Addams." A worried looking Wednesday then opened her mouth as she said, "Enid, I... I..." A smiling Enid then put one finger on Wednesday's mouth as she said, "Shh. It's okay. You'll tell me how you feel in your own way."

Suddenly the bear monster burst through a wall in the building and made a loud roaring noise. Just as the three women stopped glowing, Enid stood up and yelled, "I got this! Raaa!" Then Enid quickly wolfed out. Her body within seconds became a tall strong werewolf as she ran towards the bear monster. Enid threw several punches at the bear monster, but the bear monster deflected each attack with it's claws. Then the bear monster punched Enid in the stomach several times, causing Enid to lose her breath. Enid tried to attack again, but the bear monster quickly grabbed Enid and threw her hard to the ground. The bear monster then raised it's claws up ready to give a deadly blow to Enid, while a hurt Enid laid on the ground looking scared.

Then suddenly... Wednesday Addams jumped up with her sword in her hand... and immediately cut the bear monster's head off. Blood spat into the air and hit Wednesday's face and clothing, as the monster's body fell to the ground. Wednesday then stood still for a moment; a cold unfeeling look on her face, a sword in her hand, and spats of blood covering her face and body. Wednesday then looked down at Enid, and with a practical tone to her voice, Wednesday plainly said, "The creature is dead, the town is now safe, and we have survived. Let us return to our hotel room now." Enid then transformed back to her regular human form, and began to put a spare change of clothes on. However as she did, Enid had a small look of sadness in her eyes.

~19 Years Ago:

Teenage Wednesday Addams was typing on her type writer in her dorm room at Nevermore Academy, while all alone. Teenage Enid then suddenly walked into the dorm room as she said, "Hey. You missed a great party in Yoko's dorm. Anyway, I am so tired from all the dancing. I am heading straight to bed." Wednesday kept a straight face as she said, "Excellent. Perhaps I shall get a decent amount of sleep tonight, instead of hearing your music blasting from your ear buds. Now then... I must procure a new blanket for myself before heading to bed. Thing apparently cut up my old one in an attempt to build a small 'house' for himself." Enid then made a warm smile as she said, "You know... you could sleep with me in my bed to keep warm. That one time we slept together the other week... that was the most comfortable and deepest sleep I ever felt." Wednesday however looked slightly annoyed and worried as she said, "I... I... I would prefer to look for one of my spare blankets first."

Wednesday then went into her closet, as a smiling Enid said, "Well... the offer still stands indefinitely in case you change your mind." Then Enid laid down in her bed while laying on her side, with her back facing Wednesday's closet. Within minutes: Enid's eyes were closed, and her body was motionless. Then Wednesday slowly came out of the closet... and while wearing a black night gown, she slowly approached Enid's bed. Wednesday then stood still for a moment as she looked down at Enid. Then Wednesday moving slowly... got into Enid's bed, pulled the blanket over her body... and then laid beside Enid while hugging her. Wednesday's eyes then slowly closed as she drifted to sleep. However soon after Wednesday was fully asleep... Enid's eyes opened and she made a happy smile...

~Present Day:

Wednesday and Enid laid in their hotel bed naked together, as they had a blanket covering the lower halves of their bodies. As the two faced each other, a tired Wednesday said, "Tomorrow we shall head out and search for a group of criminals that my informants have told me are seeking to resurrect an ancient demon that once posed as a God to the local villagers' ancestors. We must ensure we carry extra holy water and explosives with us." Enid made a little smirk as she said, "Let me guess. In your mind, this is the perfect way to end our romantic vacation together." Wednesday kept a completely straight face as she said, "Of course it is. Now then... we must begin to sleep if we are to go into battle with sound mind and body tomorrow." Wednesday then closed her eyes as she moved her body into a comfortable sleeping position. Enid then made a warm smile as she said, "Is there anything else you wanna say to me?" As Wednesday's voice began to sound a bit groggy, she said, "No." Enid chuckled a bit, and then said, "Do you remember what you were gonna tell me before the old mystic woman fixed you up?" Wednesday began to drift to sleep, as she softly said, "No." Then after a minute of silence passed, a smiling Enid then said, "Wednesday?" However Wednesday was now fully asleep and didn't respond. Enid then simply laid her head on her pillow, and looked at her wife as she said, "Thank you for choosing me." Then Enid finally closed her own eyes, and the two married woman fell asleep beside one another.

EPILOGUE:

Wednesday laid asleep in bed, as her body began to toss and turn. As Wednesday slept, a very vivid dream began to enter her mind. In the dream, Wednesday saw herself in a dark place. Suddenly a dark cloaked figure began to walk towards her, as a mysterious sounding voice said, "How does it feel Wednesday Addams... to finally be completely defeated by the last person you ever expected to overpower you!?" Wednesday then suddenly opened her eyes, and saw she was still in the hotel bed next to Enid. Wednesday breathed heavily for a moment... and then closed her eyes while softly saying to herself, "That... that had to be dream. There is no chance that could have been an actual vision of the future. It... it simply wasn't..." Then Wednesday tried to drift back to sleep... while the memory of her recent dream continued to linger in her mind...

Sheriff Walker was walking through a hallway in the police station looking frustrated, when suddenly a young doctor ran over to him saying, "Sheriff Walker, I need to talk to you about my autopsy report." Sheriff Walker looked confused as he said, "You already finished it Doctor Anwar? We brought Garrett Gates' body in here just a half hour ago." Doctor Anwar then held up some photographs and papers as he said, "Yes, but it only took just a few minutes to notice something very strange about the Gates boy's body. There was some substance in a vial that broke in his jacket pocket that immediately went onto his skin. It only took one minute of testing to confirm what it obviously was." Sheriff Walker's eyes widened with frustration as he said, "My God."

Sheriff Walker then put the documents he had into a folder, then looked at Doctor Anwar as he said, "Did you make any copies of these?" Doctor Anwar turned his head looking confused as he said, "No. I wanted to show this to you as soon as possible." Sheriff Walker then looked at Doctor Anwar with a stern face as he said, "Listen carefully. I'll handle what comes next from this. You are not to speak of what you discovered here to anybody ever! It's a matter of the highest security. Do you understand!?" Doctor Anwar looked confused, but nodded his head as he said, "Of course. You're the sheriff. I'm just here to do my job."

Doctor Anwar then quickly walked away, while Sheriff Walker headed into his office. However as soon as Sheriff Walker entered his office, he saw Ansel Gates sitting in a corner drinking from a bottle of beer. A frustrated Sheriff Walker then said, "Ansel, what are you doing here?" Ansel then put his beer bottle down, and showed he had tears in his eyes as he said, "My son. My son is dead!" Sheriff Walker had a look of sympathy in his eyes as he said, "Yes. I see one of my deputies already told you the unfortunate news. However we need to talk about what Garrett was doing before his death, because it looks like..." Then a drunken Ansel interrupted the sheriff, as he loudly yelled, "He was supposed to kill the outcasts tonight! I sent him into that vermin academy with Nightshade Poison. Those outcasts were supposed to die tonight. Not my son! Not my son!"

Ansel then began to cry, as a furious Sheriff Walker said, "My God Ansel, how insane are you!? You've ruined all of us tonight! I just had to cover up Doctor Anwar's report that Garrett had Nightshade Poison on his skin when he was brought in! If we bring any information related to his death into the court system, it will take any lawyer or judge mere moments to realize what Garrett was trying to do. From there, not only will you probably be thrown in jail, but my job and any hopes I have to be town mayor will likely be thrown away thanks to my connection to you! Dear Lord; why did you have to do this days before the election!?" However a drunken Ansel just fell to the ground crying as he said, "Those outcasts... those outcasts did it. They made me do it!"

Sheriff Walker then angerly picked up Ansel from the ground, and with fury in his voice, he said, "Listen to me Ansel. You rid yourself from this town tonight. We'll all be better off if you never show your face around here again." A drunken Ansel cried as he said, "But this is my home. Where am I supposed to go?" Then an angry Sheriff Walker pushed Ansel out of his office while saying, "To hell for all I care! Now go!" Then a traumatized looking Ansel began to stumble out of the police station while continuing to drink from his beer bottle.

Then a moment later, one of the deputies walked into the office as he said, "Everything okay Noble?" Sheriff Walker looked very frustrated as he said, "No Don, it isn't. Listen... I just looked at everything surrounding Garrett Gates' death... and the evidence is too circumstantial. There's nothing concrete to prove that Gomez Addams killed him. So I want you to let him go." The deputy looked angry as he yelled, "What the hell do you mean by circumstantial!? The Gates boy was obviously stabbed, and we have an eye witness saying she saw Gomez Addams holding a sword."

Sheriff Walker glared at his deputy while saying, "And yet no one on our team was able to find a sword in that school with blood on it. Plus it was dark and raining. That witness could have been seeing things. Plus, our courts are already backed up with too many other cases right now. Lets not waste our judges' and prosecutors' time on a case we're obviously going to lose." The deputy looked angry as he said, "Noble, what kind of nonsense is this!? We seek justice in this town! If a kid dies under our watch, we always do something about it!" Then Sheriff Walker looked angry as he said, "Deputy, I am the sheriff! Now do as I say and let Gomez Addams go!" The deputy grumbled as he left the room. Sheriff Walker meanwhile looked out the nearby window... and looked remorseful as he did.

In the middle of the dark woods, Morticia was tied up to a tree as she still had an open wound in her chest. Meanwhile Laurel Gates (still dressed up as Wednesday Addams) was sharpening her sword on some nearby rocks. Laurel then turned to look at the weakened Morticia, and smiled as she said, "Enjoying the pain?" Morticia looked low on energy as she simply said, "Pain is something I typically enjoy... but forcing me to slowly leave this world without Gomez by my side... why would you subject me to such agony?" Laurel smirked as she said, "Because it's so satisfying. You outcasts had it coming after you spent so many years parading in your little school located on the land that belonged to my family. But torturing you was the icing on the cake. That seer girl that my father kidnapped yesterday... she wrote down in a vision that your future daughter would be the one that would finally end all plans our family would have to rid the world of outcasts. Luckily it looks like now I get to prevent that vision from coming true." Morticia looked horrified as she said, "Your father... he was the one that kidnapped and abused Raine!?" Laurel then rolled her eyes as she said, "Why do you outcasts still talk about yourselves like you're actual people with rights?"

Morticia then glared at Laurel as she said, "What I don't understand though is why you encouraged me to pursue Gomez? How would that have benefited you?" Then Laurel casually said, "Oh, I told you to peruse Gomez to screw with your head. Telling a teenage girl that all of reality depends on her getting a relationship correct; I knew would totally mess with your mind. I was surprised though when I saw that Gomez Addams showed up at Nevermore Academy earlier than we expected. I was going to tell my father about it, but he strictly told me to not make contact with him while I stayed hidden in the corners of the school grounds." Morticia's eyes then widened, as she sympathetically said, "Then you haven't heard... your brother Garrett is dead. He died while trying to attack Gomez."

Fury suddenly entered Laurel's eyes as she yelled, "What!? I... I... No! How!?" Morticia tried to remain calm as she said, "He was filled with fury and hate... feelings that were obviously instilled into him by your father. He wasn't thinking straight, and while trying to defend ourselves... he was killed. It was an accident... but it could have been avoided if he had just let go of his hatred." Laurel turned her back to Morticia as she looked up at the moon silently, while tears began to flow from her eyes. However after the quiet moment passed... Laurel turned back to look at Morticia with intense anger in her eyes as she yelled, "My brother died trying to rid the world of you damn outcasts! I will not let the sacrifice he made for our noble cause be in vain." Then Laurel suddenly pulled out of a nearby bag: a large container of gasoline, and several matches. Morticia's eyes widened, while Laurel made a crazed evil grin as she said, "Tonight Morticia Frump... you will burn like the witch you are!" Then Morticia closed her eyes, and with sadness to her voice, she said, "Gomez... all I regret... is not telling you the answer to your question..."

Gomez was walked out the police station by the sheriff's angry deputy who said, "I don't know who or how many people you paid off Addams, but I'm gonna dig into every dark corner of your life and look for every skeleton in your closet until I find what I need to seek justice." Gomez however simply smiled as he said, "Oh, do you not own any model skeletons sheriff? I can provide you the extra ones I have in my closet if you'd like. Although I'm not sure how they could help you seek anything." The deputy looked angry, and then walked away. Gomez however took only a few steps from the police station... when suddenly he felt his heart beat quickly. Gomez closed his eyes for a moment as he said to himself, "My heart... it's as if it has become one with Morticia's... and that is how I know... she is in trouble!"

A bloody and weak Morticia was tied around a tree as Laurel (still dressed up as Wednesday Addams) was pouring gasoline around it. Morticia was slowly feeling her life drain from her, while Laurel (as she poured the gasoline) casually said, "You know... that vision your friend wrote of... that was only one possible future she saw. She also wrote of another vision... a vision that I was planning to make a reality... a vision where a woman of the Gates family would infiltrate the outcasts, pretending to be one of them. You see I wasn't going to just have you think I was your daughter. After you and Gomez would mysteriously run away together after leaving a note for your parents, I would inject myself with special chemicals my father acquired to halt my aging. In a few years, I would then show up on your mother's doorstep, claiming to be the illegitimate child you and Gomez conceived, but say that you both sadly just passed away. Eventually I'd enroll at Nevermore Academy myself. Then according to the vision: somehow, through a means even I still don't understand, using the blood of one of Gomez's cousins - I was to revive my ancestor and we'd destroy Nevermore Academy together. We even had a picture to go with that vision; although it somehow mysteriously disappeared. Regardless, it shall be deliciously ironic when all outcasts are killed by someone carrying both your family's name and that of the Addams."

Morticia was losing the last of her strength as she slowly said, "You will not succeed Laurel. Becoming mad in hatred and fear never works out in the end. However when you're madly in love... no obstacle can stop you." Then Laurel lit a match as she angerly yelled, "Just shut up and die witch!" Then Laurel threw a match at the gasoline around the tree. However suddenly a large bucket of water was thrown down on the match and gasoline from up above. A confused Laurel then yelled, "Who dares!?" Then suddenly, swinging down on a rope that was attached to a high tree branch was Gomez carrying a large water bucket. Gomez quickly dropped the bucket, and then took out a sword that was behind his back as he happily said, "I dare young fiend!"

Morticia suddenly looked far more lively as she said, "Gomez!" Gomez glanced at Morticia as he gleefully said, "Tish! That tied up and bloody look really works for you. Although I'm assuming you'd rather be freed and receive medical attention." Morticia now looked very calm as she said, "At your earliest convenience, if you could." Then Laurel took a sword out as she said, "I may be young, but my father has trained me in how to battle with a sword since I was five years old." Then a grinning Gomez said, "Really? My father trained me in how to battle with a sword since I was five months old." Laurel then screamed in anger as she ran at Gomez with her weapon out.

Gomez and Laurel then began to duel against each other with their swords. Laurel swung her weapon many times at Gomez, but Gomez blocked each attack. As Gomez remained on the defensive, he said, "Listen child. Your brother has already died tonight doing this exact same thing. I have no desire to let one more member of your family meet their demise the same way." Then Laurel screamed, "Just die you filthy outcast!" Gomez continued to defend himself against Laurel's attack, while a tied up Morticia called out, "Oh Gomez. Maybe this isn't the best time, but I thought you'd like to know... the answer to your question is yes." A confused Gomez kept his eyes focused on his battle as he said, "Yes to what?" Morticia made a big happy smile as she said, "Yes, I'll marry you."

Gomez's eyes lit up with happiness, and then he quickly kicked Laurel in the stomach very hard. Laurel fell to the ground hurt as Gomez immediately ran over to the tied up Morticia. Then Gomez leaned his head forward and immediately he and Morticia kissed for a moment. Then once their kiss ended: Gomez began to untie Morticia, while a calm Morticia said, "There's something you should know Gomez. I have visions of the future sometimes... and I learned that if I marry you, we'll have children. Is that okay?" Upon fully untying Morticia, Gomez suddenly had a panicked look in his eyes as he said, "But I know so little of children. I don't know if I'm ready to raise any. I... I need some time to think this through." Morticia kept a calm face as she said, "Take all the time you need." Gomez sat silent for three seconds... and then said, "Okay. I'm done thinking. Having kids sounds great! Babies crying at night, little children nagging us all day and getting into trouble... that sounds like a beautifully dreadful way for us to spend our lives together!"

Meanwhile an angry Laurel stood up and screamed, "Face me you outcast scum!" Laurel then ran at Gomez quickly. However since Gomez was preoccupied with Morticia, he wasn't able to move fast enough. Laurel then used her sword to knock Gomez's sword out of his hand. Gomez and Morticia then had slightly worried looks on their faces as a grinning Laurel said, "Finally... you two thorns in my side will die!" Then Morticia turned to look at Gomez as she said, "At least I know I'll die next to the man I love." Gomez looked at Morticia with a warm smile as he said, "Cara mia..."

Then Gomez and Morticia while holding their arms up, held hands. However as they did, Gomez's hand brushed up against the pendant Morticia was wearing around her neck. Suddenly the pendant began to glow very brightly, as a great light came out of it. Laurel felt herself being blinded by the light as she said, "What witchcraft is this?" Meanwhile the light from the pendant touched Morticia, and healed her injuries. Gomez then looked at Morticia confused as he said, "What's going on Morticia?" As Morticia starred at the pendant, she said, "I don't know. The light... it feels so warm. When she gave it to me, Raine said this pendant had mystical properties... but she also said it had the ability to help me see and make a strong connection with a possible future."

Then suddenly the light shot out of the pendant and began to take the form of a person that stood before everyone. As the person in the light took solid shape, Laurel saw the person's face first, and then looked scared as she said, "No! How can this be!?" As Gomez began to see the individual take form in the light, he looked confused as he said, "I don't know who that is." Morticia however smiled as she said, "You will one day. When Raine said that pendant had the ability for me to see and make a strong connection with a possible future... she literally meant I would see and connect with my future... our future Gomez. Our daughter!" Then from the light, Wednesday Addams appeared holding a sword out. Wednesday kept a straight face, and raised one eyebrow as she said, "Apparently even before I'm born I need to be called upon for assistance, as it seems I'm the only one in this family that's effective at getting anything done in any time period."

As an angry Laurel pointed her sword forward, she asked, "How can you be here!? You were just an idea, a possibility, a potential thing that could happen one day. Those two being able to actually see someone from their future and literally interact with them was just a bunch of nonsense I made up." Then Wednesday stepped towards Laurel as she said, "With most, that concept would indeed be impossible. However you forgot one important fact that is a fixed point in the space time continuum... no one screws with the Addams Family!" However as Laurel continued to look more crazed and angry, she gripped her sword tightly as she said, "But I was to take on the identity of their child. I was to be the one that would revive my ancestor and destroy Nevermore Academy under the Addams name! You're not supposed to be the real Wednesday Addams. I am!" Wednesday then calmly raised one eyebrow as she said, "I must admit your plan was fiendish, deadly, and intriguing. It's certainly the type of ruthless deed typically only an Addams would be capable of. However... you could only get away with playing me for a little over three hours total at best. I however am to receive the honor to be the one true Wednesday Addams for far longer than you."

An angry Laurel then ran straight at Wednesday with her sword out. Wednesday immediately blocked Laurel's sword with hers. The two girls seemed evenly strong, as their feet remained still, but their upper bodies were trying to use their respective swords to knock over the other. Then eventually Wednesday flipped back, while kicking Laurel in the face. Wednesday then spun around while trying to hit Laurel with her sword. However Laurel blocked Wednesday's attack. Then Laurel tried to swing her sword at Wednesday, but Wednesday quickly dodged. Meanwhile Gomez and Morticia just watched the battle with awe, as a happy Gomez said, "Just look at that Tish. It's our actual future daughter battling against a crazed lunatic that tried to dress up as our future daughter. I've never felt so proud and happy." Morticia began to tear up as she said, "I... I can't believe my daughter... our daughter... could be such a cold, precise, and deadly warrior. It... it warms my heart so..."

Meanwhile Laurel swung her sword upward while trying to hit Wednesday's face. Wednesday however ducked down, and swung her sword towards Laurel's legs. Laurel jumped back as she tried to swipe her sword downwards at Wednesday's head again. However Wednesday deflected the attack with her own sword, and then used her strength to push Laurel away. Then Laurel tried to run around Wednesday fast while trying to lunge her sword at the back of Wednesday's head. However Wednesday, without even turning her head, swung her sword 180 degrees behind her head, and stopped Laurel's sword from touching her. Then Wednesday spun around as her sword went straight at Laurel's head. Laurel stopped Wednesday's sword with her own. However again, the two girls were evenly matched as they each remained still while trying to overpower the other with the strength of their sword. Then as Laurel tried to push back Wednesday with hatred in her eyes, Wednesday suddenly used one of her feet to kick Laurel's sword from her hand. As Laurel was caught in the moment feeling stunned, Wednesday used her other foot to kick Laurel hard to the ground.

Laurel then laid on ground weak, as Wednesday stood over her while pointing her sword at Laurel's head. While looking up at Wednesday's emotionless face, Laurel squinted her eyes and bitterly said, "What are you waiting for? Finish me. My brother is already dead. Let me join him." Wednesday glared down at Laurel as she said, "No. Ending your life of dark misery here in battle would be too easy. Dealing with one's misery and darkness is something that should be fully embraced and experienced. For only true enlightenment can be reached through the battle against the darkness within one's self." Then Wednesday bent down towards Laurel and whispered, "But know that if you try to defeat me in the future... no matter how clever you think you are... you will still lose." Laurel then had a scared look in her eyes as she backed away... and then ran off from Wednesday as fast as she could.

As Morticia and Gomez got up and walked over to Wednesday, Wednesday turned to look at the two as she said, "Are you both well?" Gomez made a grateful smile as he said, "We are thanks to you. But tell me... are you really our daughter from the future?" Wednesday stood silent for a moment... but then looked directly at Morticia and Gomez as she said, "The pendant you hold mother simply called upon someone that could be your daughter in a potential future. Time is like the trees around us. They branch off in many directions. There are many versions of the two of you and myself in many potential futures. The future you both could lead is still full of endless possibilities. The daughter you both may have one day could wind up being very different than myself." Morticia looked a bit disappointed as she said, "Oh... I see."

Wednesday again stood silent for a moment... but then looked directly at Morticia as she said, "However... in the future I am from... you will become a loving wife and ideal parent alongside father... and in part, that will even inspire me to eventually open my heart to love and become a wife and mother myself one day... much to my own surprise. But like I said... the future is still not set in stone... so raise me well... or else!" Then Wednesday turned to look a Gomez as she bitterly said, "And don't you dare juggle me and toss me around like a ball when I'm a baby! ... Instead, save that activity for my brother when he is an infant." Gomez chuckled a bit, and then said, "I will." Suddenly Morticia's pendant glowed, and it made a bright flash. Then within a quick moment... Wednesday was gone, and Gomez and Morticia were standing alone in the woods. The two teenagers stood silently for a long moment... until Gomez broke the silence by saying, "So... do you want to get married tomorrow, my love?" Morticia looked directly at Gomez while glaring as she said, "Tomorrow? Really Gomez?" Gomez looked down with disappointment as he said, "Oh. I see." Then Morticia made a big smile as she said, "How about tonight!?"

Raine laid in a hospital bed with a crazed frantic look on her face as she kept tossing and turning. Morticia then walked into the room with a warm smile as she said, "Hello Raine. How are you doing?" Raine meanwhile was barely able to lay still, as her body kept jerking around while saying, "Burning. Nevermore Academy burning. Fire will rain. People will die. Rowan will die." Morticia then moved close to Raine as she said, "Raine, I'm fairly certain of which vision you're speaking of. However it's been prevented now. You see, Gomez and I..." Then Raine looked up at Morticia with wide eyes as she said, "I saw your daughter destroying Nevermore Academy... or maybe it was someone else pretending to be her... or maybe I saw that someone else will pretend to be someone else and enact their plan that way. Their plan. Ran. Fan. Fire. Fire will rain. Rain. Dain. Die. People will die. My son will die. Noooo! Nnnnooooooooo!" Raine then began to shake violently as a helpless looking Morticia backed away. Two nurses then ran into the room as one of them said, "Quick, get her on those meds fast!" Morticia then looked at Raine with sad eyes as she said, "I'm sorry what happened to you Raine. I only hope one day you and your future family find peace."

Then as Morticia walked out of the room and into a hospital hallway, she immediately saw Larissa walking her way. Morticia and Larissa both stopped to pause as they looked at each other silently for a moment. Morticia then finally broke the silence as she smiled while saying, "Hello Larissa. I was just here to visit Raine." Larissa kept a straight face as she said, "How is she?" Morticia kept calm as she said, "She... isn't in the best state of mind right now." Larissa remained still as she said, "I see. I... I hear they let Gomez out of jail." Morticia smiled as she said, "Fate has smiled upon us this evening. In fact... Gomez and I are to be married in just two hours." Larissa's eyes widened in surprise as she said, "Two hours!?" Morticia sighed with happiness, and then said, "I know. We would've started the ceremony already, but I first wanted to come here to see if Raine wanted to be one of my brides maids... but like I said, she isn't in the best state of mind right now. Would you like come to the wedding though? I was planning to ask if I saw you."

Larissa looked a bit nervous as she said, "I... I don't think that would be appropriate considering what I said early this evening. So... I suppose then you and Gomez will be getting your own quarters for the rest of the semester?" Morticia smiled as she said, "Yes, we are. But I will miss sharing a home with you Larissa." Larissa made a small smile as she said, "I'll miss sharing a home with you too Morticia. I... I wish our time together could have been far longer." Morticia smiled as well, then turned her back to Larissa, and began to walk away. However before she could get too far, Larissa called out, "Morticia!" Morticia turned to look at Larissa once more as she said, "Yes?" Larissa looked hesitant for a second... but then said, "If you ever need a favor any time... even when we're old women... I'll be there for you my friend." Morticia smiled as she said, "Thank you Larissa." Then Morticia turned away once more, and left the building. Then once some time had passed, and Morticia was far enough away... Larissa fell down onto a bench in the hospital hallway, and covered her face as she began to cry.

As the night became very late, Laurel Gates stood in the back yard of her home with anger and tears in her eyes. To her left, Laurel looked at her dead mother who was hanging from a tree with a noose around her neck. Then to her right, Laurel looked at her dead father who was sitting in a car that had crashed into a tree. Broken windshield glass and tree branches were going through her father's head, while a beer bottle still laid in his fallen hand. Laurel's hands shook, and then she fell to the ground crying as she said, "The outcasts did this. They pushed my parents to do this!" Then Laurel slowly got up, and with hatred in her eyes she said, "On the souls of my father, mother, and brother: I swear revenge on all outcast kind. Even if I have to create another identity for myself, and wait decades for the perfect opportunity... I will destroy those outcasts, and that damn school with them!"

In an old abandoned house, Gomez stood in a black suit alone while he smiled with anticipation. Suddenly, Gomez heard some rustling sounds above him. Then Gomez smiled as he looked up, and saw Fester coming down with a dagger in his mouth. Fester tried to tackle Gomez to the ground, but Gomez quickly grabbed Fester, and judo flipped him to the ground. Fester then jumped back up, and immediately Gomez and Fester had their foreheads smash into each other. The two young men then laughed with excitement. Once their laughing ended, Fester said, "Thanks for inviting me to your wedding Gomez. But are you sure you wanna end your bachelor days so soon?" Gomez grinned as he said, "Oh Fester. I could live in agony as a single man for the rest of my days... or I could have more agony by marrying a woman. I choose the latter!"

Then Cousin Itt quickly ran into the building as he happily said, "Tdsld sfdsk fbufsds!" Gomez smiled as he said, "Why hello Cousin Itt. Thank you for coming! How are you on this dreary late night?" Cousin Itt then hesitantly said, "Khfdf dfbjf kwfj kfbaf wlfb slds fndt." Gomez looked a bit startled as he said, "Oh my. You may want to have a doctor look into that. I mean things like that will inevitably happen after you fool around with thirty girls in your dorm room." Then Cousin Itt quickly said, "Ydrvm aue ldfhy rjsmxzal!" Then Gomez looked surprised as he said, "Oh! You mean you that happened after you fooled around with your doctor!?" Cousin Itt sounded a bit guilty as he said, "Qkfd dnlp zmal kecn."

Then suddenly Gomez's mother ran into the building as she yelled, "Gomez! What's going on here!? I come all the way back here after I'm told you've been arrested. Then once I arrive, I hear you're instead getting married to a girl that's not the one I set you up with!" Gomez looked a bit concerned as he said, "Mother, I can explain." Then another woman walked into the old abandoned house, and pointed at Gomez as she said, "You! Are you Gomez Addams; the young man that plans to marry my daughter: Morticia?" Gomez's mother then angerly looked at Morticia's mother while she said, "That is Gomez Addams. However I'm his mother, and I won't let..." Then suddenly Morticia's mother took a large stash of cash out of her purse while saying, "Please take this as my wedding gift to the family. I don't need any dowry, as my family is quite wealthy. Also, if you ever need anything, my family is always ready to help yours now." Gomez's mother immediately grabbed the money with happy eyes, and then said, "Gomez, this Morticia is all right in my book."

Then Fester stood at the center of the room as he said, "Well, I guess it's time I begin leading this ceremony." Gomez looked confused as he said, "Wait Fester. You have the authority to officiate weddings?" Fester shrugged, and then said, "Maybe. I don't know. I took some stuff from a guy I dealt with last week; which included his license, birth certificate, and seminary degree. It turns out he was ordained. So I guess I am now." Then Fester got out a kazoo, and began to play the traditional wedding march on it. Morticia then slowly walked into the old dark house wearing a long black dress, while holding a bouquet of roses (with all the petals cut off). Gomez's eyes lit up in pure delight as he watched Morticia walk towards him. Soon Morticia stood at the front of the room before Gomez. Gomez and Morticia then each wrapped one arm around the other while looking deep into each other's eyes. Morticia had pure joy on her face, while a captivated Gomez said, "Morticia... that black dress you're wearing... it brings out the pallet of your skin, the blackness of your hair, the angles of your bones. It drives me wild. It's perfect for you." Then a content looking Morticia said, "Then I will never wear any other type of dress for the rest of my life."

Then a curious Fester asked, "Hey, wait. Where are the rings?" Then suddenly from nearby, the living hand: Thing rushed over the ground as it carried a small box on the top of its' smooth wrist. Then Thing threw the small box up into Gomez's hand. Gomez opened the small box and saw two wedding rings inside of it. Gomez smiled as he said, "Why thank you my Best Hand." A curious Morticia then asked, "Why, who is that?" Gomez glanced at Thing while saying, "Well that's my lifelong friend: Thing." Then a slightly worried looking Gomez turned to look at Morticia as he said, "You don't think he's strange, do you?" Morticia however made a warm smile, and looked directly at Thing while saying, "Of course not. We must accept our friends as they are." Thing then began to blush as it moved away, and then went over to sit on the shoulder of Gomez's mother.

Then as Gomez's mother, Morticia's mother, Thing, and Cousin Itt watched the ceremony; Fester looked at everyone while saying, "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of family to join my brother and his hot girlfriend in unholy matrimony. Marriage is an insane covenant by two really horny people; as they enter into a lifelong commitment that involves one honeymoon full of bliss, and then a lifetime of arguing as they fight for control over who really runs the house. Now if there's anyone who doesn't want to see these two crazy kids make fools of themselves, speak now or forever hold your peace." Morticia's mother then raised a hand as she said, "Oh, Morticia... I'll fully support any decision you make... but I must ask... do you truly believe it's smart to marry someone you have only formally known for just a day?" A smiling Morticia then looked at her mother while saying, "Well we may just have met... but getting married seemed like the best way to get more antiquated." Morticia's mother sighed, and then said, "Okay. I just hope you understand that rushing into a marriage this fast could lead to a lifetime of torture and nasty surprises." However Morticia turned her head and looked deeply into Gomez's eyes as she said, "Why mother... that is my fondest hope."

Then Gomez and Morticia put rings on the others' fingers, as a smiling Fester said, "Well... by the power invested in me by some guy's identity I stole, I now pronounce you... Addams and wife!" Then a smiling Morticia looked into Gomez's eyes as she said, "Mon cheri." Then Gomez's eyes widened with excitement as he said, "Cara mia..." Then Gomez and Morticia wrapped their arms around each other and immediately kissed. Fester, Cousin Itt, Gomez's mother, and Gomez's father all immediately clapped for the two for a long solid minute as Gomez and Morticia passionately kissed one another. However after that long minute passed, the clapping ended, and Gomez and Morticia were still kissing one another.

The newlyweds then had their hands move up and down the others' back, while their kiss began to get even more intense as their tongues moved into the others' mouth. Then the two moved their bodies slightly, and fell down onto a nearby old dusty couch that sat near a fireplace (with Gomez on top of Morticia). As the two continued to kiss, Fester rolled his eyes as he said, "Yeah. They're like this on their wedding day; but lets see how long they can keep this up." Then Fester, Cousin Itt, Thing, Gomez's mother, and Morticia's mother left the building. After some time passed though, a storm outside began. Gomez and Morticia then stopped kissing for a moment, and sat up on the couch to look at the storm. A smiling Morticia then said, "Ah. A lightning storm. A perfect omen for the rest of our lives." Gomez leaned his head near Morticia's, and then put an arm around her as he said, "Are you unhappy, darling?" Morticia then put a hand on Gomez's chest as she simply said, "Oh, yes, yes! Completely." Then an incredibly content Gomez and Morticia kissed each other once more, as the rest of their life together began...

*Author's Note - Thank you to everyone who read this three part story from start to finish. This was literally the hardest thing I've ever had to write, as I did WEEKS of research on all incarnations of Addams Family media to make an origin story for Gomez and Morticia that felt true to the characters, and could even fit into the continuity of most incarnations of the Addams Family. However as difficult as it was, the writing and even the research was an amazingly fun experience. I hope you all liked this story as much as I liked making it. Gomez Addams was walking through an empty hall at Nevermore Academy. All was silent... until Gomez heard one faint sound of movement for a second. Gomez stopped moving his feet, as he turned his head to inspect his surroundings. Then suddenly a figure in a black cloak jumped down from the ceiling holding a small dagger in their right hand. Gomez dodged the cloaked figure's attack, and immediately grabbed his own small dagger (which was attached with velcro to the bottom of his right shoe). Both Gomez and the cloaked figure swung their daggers at each other several times; each dodging the others' attacks. Then Gomez finally hit the wrist of the cloaked figure hard, causing the figure to drop their dagger. Gomez then made a big happy grin as he said, "Very nice. You almost had me... brother."

Then the figure took off his cloak, revealing himself to be Gomez's brother: Fester. Fester then made a big smile as he said, "And I can see this school hasn't softened you yet." Then Gomez and Fester, in the midst of excitement - bashed their foreheads against one another. The two young men laughed, as Gomez said, "Ha ha. Your skull is still as strong as ever Fester. But why are you here? I've been at this school for less than 24 hours." Fester made a sad sigh, and then looked at Gomez as he said, "And it's been so boring for me back home. I've got no one around the house to electrocute or try to stab now. So I thought I'd check out your new pad." Then Gomez padded Fester on the shoulder as he said, "Well, it's good to see you brother. However I must go. I promised someone I would help our dormitory win a special school competition today known as the Poe Cup." Fester suddenly looked cross as he said, "You're gonna ditch family for a new friend?" Then Gomez grinned as he said, "Not a new friend at all. Just another member of the family."

Then suddenly a large stack of walking hair appeared around the corner, and rushed over to Gomez as it said, "Hdsads sfgfgth gffgfdgf dmfddn." Fester immediately looked very excited as he said, "Cousin Itt! That's right. I heard you were attending here as well. How are things going?" The Cousin Itt immediately sounded upset as he said, "Yhfddf dfdss dfhkdk fbdfba pdmssd." Fester then with a caring voice said, "Oh. I'm sorry you're down a man for the Poe Cup. Hey! I know I'm not a student here, but do you think they'd let me join your team and help out?" Then Cousin Itt excitedly said, "Rmfd ffdssldk nfdu amvdb." Gomez then happily patted both Fester and Cousin Itt on their shoulders as he said, "Excellent. With three Addams men together, we are sure to meet victory today!"

Near the river that came close to Nevermore Academy, many students were gathering in preparation for the Poe Cup. Several boats were being placed into the water by teams wearing different matching costumes. Amongst them were Morticia and Larissa (wearing black cat outfits) who were pushing their boat into the river. As the two women checked on the condition of their boat, a smiling Larissa said, "So Morticia... ready to lead us to victory again this year?" Morticia looked a bit preoccupied as she said, "What? Oh, um... yes, of course. Sorry Larissa. My mind is... elsewhere in this moment." Larissa made a sympathetic smile as she said, "I know what's on your mind Morticia." Morticia suddenly looked worried as she said, "You do? How!?" Larissa then calmly said, "It's Raine. We're all worried about her too. However she's with the best doctors in town now. There's nothing more we can do."

Then Francoise walked over to the two ladies as she said, "Looks like the principal let one of the boys dorms get some new participants last minute. Is that allowed?" Then a curious Morticia asked, "Which boys dorm?" Then Francoise motioned nearby as she said, "That dorm." Then Morticia and Larissa noticed Gomez, Fester, and Cousin Itt pushing their own boat into the river. Gomez and Fester were dressed as pirates (which included black pants, white shirts, and black vests), while Cousin Itt only wore an eyepatch tied around near the top of his body. Larissa made a warm smile as she said, "Ah, it looks Gomez is joining Itt's team this year; and they must be dressing up as Captain Kidd and his pirate crew. I suppose that works since they were used in one of Edgar Allen Poe's stories. So nice to see Gomez is getting so involved in school activities already. He certainly is a respectable man. Wouldn't you say so Morticia?" Morticia however looked like she was a bit lost for words as she said, "Um..."

*Several Hours Ago:

Morticia stood surrounded by fog in the cemetery as a shadowy female figure walked towards her. Morticia looked confused as she said, "What is happening here? I demand to know your name!" Then suddenly emerging from the fog was a girl in a black dress and dark braids. The girl then glared at Morticia, and while keeping an emotionless tone to her voice she said, "My name is Wednesday Addams... and I've traveled from beyond to assist you in this important turning point of your life... mother."

Morticia stood in complete shock as he said, "You.. you called me mother... but how can that be? I was told people with my abilities could sometimes be contacted by the spirits of our ancestors... but how can I be contacted by the spirit of someone who has not yet been born? This makes no sense!" Wednesday then stepped towards Morticia as she said, "Desperate times call for desperate measures mother, and the next 24 hours are a crucial fixed point in the space time continuum... which is slowly starting to become 'unfixed'. Needless to say: if my existence, and the existence of so many others are to be preserved, it is imperative that I ensure your future marriage is to occur as history says it should."

Morticia then began to look a bit worried as she said, "Wait. You said you were my daughter from the future, and that your last name is... Addams. Then... does that mean..." Wednesday nodded her head as she said, "Yes. Gomez Addams is to be your husband one day, and my father. It's hard to explain, but there are forces at work that are trying to erase your marriage to him, and erase my very existence. However I cannot allow that to happen." Then a frustrated Morticia asked, "But why him? Why not follow my own heart? Am I to be forced to marry a man just because a fortune teller says so? Why should I marry Gomez Addams!?" Then Wednesday looked directly at Morticia with cold eyes as she said, "Because there is no soul more perfect for Morticia Frump, than the soul of Gomez Addams." Then Wednesday walked away as the fog around Morticia got thick again. Morticia began to feel a bit dizzy as she fell to the ground. Then the fog began to lift away... and a confused looking Morticia stood up.

In the present, Morticia looked lost in thought as she stood near the boat. The Morticia turned her head to look right at Larissa while saying, "Any woman would be fortunate enough to have a man as noble as Gomez Addams in their life." Then Larissa smiled as she said, "Any woman would be fortunate enough to have you in their life." A confused looking Morticia then asked, "What do you mean by that?" Then Larissa blushed as she nervously said, "I meant... never mind. Just silly words coming out of my mouth." Then both Morticia and Larissa heard Francoise say, "Do you both find it hard to control your urges when that person you find so attractive is right near you?" Suddenly, both Morticia and Larissa looked very nervous as Morticia said, "What do you mean?"

Then a smiling Francoise looked away as she said, "Itt... he's so handsome. That big hairball look is just magnificent. I'd try to take a chance with him... but he already has the eye of too many." Then the three girls noticed that nearby: Cousin Itt was surrounded by twenty attractive female students that were all gently petting his hair. Cousin It sounded very happy as he said, "Tsdfdn fdksldm dsgdos mfsm." Then one of the attractive female students petting Cousin Itt said, "Oh Itt, you and your naughty jokes. So... are the rumors true that you never settle for less than ten girls sharing a bed with you at one time?" Then Cousin Itt wiggled his body around as he playfully said, "Rdsd lknds fgbu aznk." Then all of the girls surrounding Cousin Itt began to giggle. Morticia meanwhile looked a bit confused as she said, "Frankly, I don't see the appeal... Not to say I'm hairball-phobic... as I do consider myself an ally."

A short time later, all of the teams competing in the Poe Cup were in their boats, and ready to go. The female school principal then proudly stood near the water as she loudly said, "Welcome everyone to the Edgar Allan Poe Cup; one of Nevermore Academy's proudest annual traditions. Today, we shall watch as each team here shall row to Raven Island, pull a flag from Crackstone's Crypt, and then return here. Aside from making sure their boat is not sunk, no other rules apply. First team to successfully make it back with a flag: wins the cup, along with bragging rights for the rest of the school year. Now then... let the Poe Cup begin!" Then immediately all of the boats with different students took off down the river.

Near the water, a female siren stood on a small beach as she took a small lizard creature out of her bag. The female siren smirked as she looked at her small lizard while saying, "Now my tiny little beast. Swim through the water, bite through the wood of all of the boats that do not belong to our sisters, and then we shall win..." Then suddenly a figure with a shovel hit the female siren in the head from behind, knocking her out. The figure then emerged from the shadows as Ansel Gates, who immediately tossed his shovel down. As Ansel's son: Garrett followed behind him, he looked concerned as he said, "Dad, did you really need to knock her out?" Ansel then casually picked up the siren's lizard creature as he said, "It only takes a siren one second to brainwash you Garrett. Couldn't take the chance. Now did you bring the formula?"

Garrett then reluctantly handed a bottle with a strange formula in it to his father while saying, "Yeah dad. It's here. What is this stuff anyway? Some magic potion?" As Ansel opened the bottle, he said, "No. Just science. If you want to outsmart the outcasts, you have to out-think them. You see I've been doing research on not just the outcasts of Nevermore, but also some of their ridiculous pets... and I learned of a formula than can add a little more growth to these pets some sirens have." A skeptical looking Garrett then asked, "Are you sure we should be doing this dad?" Ansel smirked as he said, "Just a little prank Garrett; that's all. But if it gets out of hand... well... sometimes unexpected things just happen in life." Then Ansel immediately dumped the strange formula out of the bottle, and onto the small lizard creature.

Gomez, Fester, and Itt had their boat reach the island in the middle of the river first. The three then jumped out of the boat as an excited Gomez yelled, "To the flag men, and then to victory!" Then Gomez's foot immediately hit a wire that was on the ground, and then suddenly a large net sprung up from the ground and captured Gomez, Fester, and Itt inside of it. As Itt struggled to get free, he yelled, "Edssa dngral dhenl!" Then Fester angerly said, "You said it Itt! Whoever did this to us, deserves to be shot in the back!" Then suddenly the three heard Morticia's voice say, "Maybe we can play that game later." Then the three men turned their heads, and saw Morticia, Larissa, and Francoise walking towards them with smiles.

Gomez then began to look very happy, and made a warm smile as he said, "Hello Morticia." Morticia smiled a bit as she said, "Hello Gomez." Larissa however stood proud and composed as she said, "As you can see, it's not always smart to be ahead at first. Morticia spent quite some time last night putting this trap together. Now then, Morticia - you get the flag. Francoise and I will stand watch and make sure no one sabotages our boat." Morticia nodded, and then ran off. Fester however looked annoyed as he said, "Aw come on. Being detained in a trap set up by some girl... this is humiliating." However as Gomez saw Morticia running off, he smiled while saying, "On the contrary Fester... I'm quite impressed."

Morticia was running in her black cat suit through the woods. She soon saw the location where the flags were set up for the teams to grab. However, just as Morticia grabbed one of the flags: she saw smoke appear, which began to slowly surround her. Morticia paused for a moment as she felt her head begin to feel a bit dizzy. Then from the smoke: Wednesday appeared glaring straight at Morticia. Morticia looked confused as she said, "You're returned. Why?"

As Wednesday kept a very straight face, she folded her arms while saying, "The timeline is beginning to become undone. I have come to tell you that you must repair it by..." Then Morticia angerly glared at Wednesday as she quickly said, "No! You will not tell me who to love, who to marry, and who to have children with. I decide my fate! The future is always filled with possibilities, and who is to say that by creating a destiny that is different than what you speak of could not make a better world."

Wednesday then stepped towards Morticia as she angerly said, "You don't understand though. If you break the sacred timeline... then you will also break yourself." Then suddenly more smoke began to surround Morticia as she began to cough. Wednesday then disappeared into the smoke, while Morticia fell to the ground and began to pass out. Then as the smoke slowly began to disappear, a large lizard monster appeared walking towards Morticia.

Gomez, Fester, and Itt freed themselves from the net as a happy Gomez said, "Excellent. We're free. Good work Fester." Fester meanwhile was chewing part of the net in his mouth. Then Fester stopped for a moment, smiled, and said, "My pleasure. Chewing through rope that I'm tied up in brings back lots of fun memories of my first, third, and twelfth girlfriends." Then suddenly the three men heard a strange roaring sound from nearby. A startled Itt then yelled, "Rfsdn fpfhy xldsh!" A concerned Gomez turned to look at Itt while saying, "I don't know Cousin Itt, but that noise is coming from the direction that Morticia was running in. So I say we investigate!" Gomez, Fester, and Itt then quickly ran through the woods... but stopped when they saw a 16 foot tall lizard monster was knocking over trees, roaring... and holding an unconscious Morticia in one of its claws.

Gomez had a worried look in his eyes, but then turned to look at Itt as he said, "Itt, go find us allies to help us stop this beast. In the mean time, Fester and I will do all we can to vanquish this creature and save Morticia." Itt nodded as he said, "Ythsd dfkdd!" Then as Itt ran off, Gomez turned to look at Fester while saying, "Fester, remember that fun game we played at Uncle Macabre's wedding anniversary?" Fester made a big grin, nodded his head, and then said, "You got it Gomez." Then Fester suddenly grabbed Gomez's body with his arms, and then threw Gomez high into the air. Then Fester shot small bolts of lightning out of his hands at the lizard monster while yelling, "Hey ugly! You remind me of my fourth girlfriend's hot mother!"

Gomez meanwhile, while flying into the air, grabbed a hold of a long strong vine attached to a tree. Then as the lizard monster was distracted by Fester, Gomez took out a sword that was hiding behind his back. Then as Gomez swung towards the lizard monster, he yelled, "Unhand that damsel you foul beast!" Then Gomez had his sword make a deep mark on one of the lizard monster's hands. The lizard monster shrieked in pain as it let go of Morticia. Gomez then swung quickly on the vine, and grabbed a hold of Morticia. Fester meanwhile kept the creature distracted as he shot more lightning from his hands at the beast.

As Gomez reached the ground safely with Morticia in his arms, Morticia slowly opened her eyes. Morticia, seeing the scene, quickly looked confused as she said, "What's going on? What happened to me?" Gomez smiled as he said, "A beautiful but dishonorable creature grabbed you with its foul claws Morticia. So I came to save you." Then Morticia calmly said, "Oh my. I thought I was being squeezed by my pet cobra I keep in my dorm room. I should've known better though, considering my body didn't feel quite as near death as it typically does during my usual mid-day naps." Then a confused Gomez asked, "Do you know where that creature came from?" Morticia looked curious as she said, "It looks like a pet of one of the sirens I know at school. However it's obviously grown quite a deal. I am confused though, as that species of creature isn't typically violent."

Then as Fester continued to shoot bolts of electricity at the lizard monster, the creature grew angry and had it's claws punch at the top of a large hill that contained a cave under it. Suddenly, many werewolves in the cave ran out howling with anger. The many werewolves immediately tried to attack the tall lizard creature, but the monster began to easily swat away the many werewolves in its' path. A concerned looking Morticia then said, "Oh dear. That creature is attacking those poor werewolves. Oh, I do love hearing them howl every full moon. It would be a shame for their howls to never be heard again." Then a grinning Gomez said, "Then we shall have to put that beautiful beast out of it's misery. Do you need a spare sword?" Then Morticia suddenly revealed that she was hiding behind her back: her own very large sword; which she immediately held out proudly as she said, "Oh, I am quite prepared." Gomez made a large grin, until the lizard creature immediately ran at Gomez and Morticia with its' claws out.

Gomez and Morticia then immediately moved in unison together as they ran around the creatures' sides. Then the two ran under the creature; with both of them striking their swords at the monster's two legs in the same moment. The lizard monster roared in pain, as Gomez and Morticia ran over to a nearby tree. Gomez and Morticia immediately realized the strange tall tree before them had no branches for the bottom 40 feet of its' trunk. However Morticia immediately took out a small rope from her pocket, held it out around the tree, and then gave one end of the rope of Gomez (while holding onto the other end herself). Without any time to talk or look at one another, both Gomez and Morticia ran up the tree; holding the rope with one hand, and using their other hand to hold onto the others'. Both the rope and the others' body helped balance Gomez and Morticia's bodies as they ran up the tree.

Then once Gomez and Morticia reached a set of strong branches they could stand on, both of them immediately found a strong vine they could grab onto. Morticia and Gomez gave each other one look, smiled, and then swung off the tree while holding onto their respective vines. The creature looked confused as Gomez and Morticia swung around it multiple times... until the two each grabbed onto their vines tightly, and the creature realized (too late) that the vines were now wrapping around it's neck. Then Gomez and Morticia each threw a sword into one of the monsters' eyes, blinding it. Now unable to see anything, the large group of werewolves were able to run at the lizard monster, and began biting at its' legs. Then the lizard monster finally fell to the ground. Fester immediately shot a large bolt of electricity from his hands at the creature's head... and then finally the monster was dead. The werewolves immediately made a victorious howl into the air, while Gomez and Morticia together happily said, "We did it!" Then Gomez and Morticia immediately upon instinct hugged one another with happiness and excitement all over their faces... but then after a moment, the two let go of each other, looking a bit nervous.

A short time later, police had arrived on the scene and were preparing to remove the body of the dead lizard monster. Morticia and Gomez meanwhile stood near some of the werewolves (who had all recently transformed back into human form, and were now wearing loose clothing). A young werewolf man then approached Gomez and Morticia as he said, "Thank you for helping save my pack. If you hadn't injured that creature in those strategic points like you did... some of us may not have survived." Gomez made a warm smile as she said, "We were just happy to help my werewolf friend." The young werewolf man then said, "I must say though... your methods may have been different... but you battled as if you had inner werewolf spirits within you. Where did you both learn to combat like that?" A smiling Morticia then said, "Well, I can at least say that much of my training comes from the self-defense courses taught at Nevermore Academy. I am just one of a very large number of students there that are well trained in many forms of combat."

The young werewolf man looked impressed as he said, "Interesting. Werewolves are often taught that our ways are superior to all... but perhaps if I have children of my own one day, I shall send them to Nevermore Academy where they could perhaps benefit from the teachings and culture of your school." Then a smiling Gomez said, "Well I've only just started attending the school myself... but I can say with great certainty now that it has already proven to be quite life changing." Then as many of the other werewolves prepared to leave, a young werewolf woman yelled, "Come on honey. Stop talking to those wimpies. We have to go!" The young werewolf man made a little sigh, and then said, "My newlywed wife. She became so demanding immediately after the wedding. Anyway, I must go. It was a pleasure to meet you two." Then before the werewolf man could leave, a curious Morticia asked, "Sir, before we part company... can we ask you your name?" The young werewolf smiled as he said, "The name's Murray... Murray Sinclair."

Meanwhile, far away... Ansel Gates was standing behind a tree as he was watching the police take away the body of the dead lizard monster. Ansel immediately looked incredibly angry as he said, "Those damn outcasts... they're like cockroaches. Not even a lizard monster can eliminate them. Well... I suppose it's finally time for my endgame plan."

Gomez and Morticia were walking back towards Nevermore Academy together as a grinning Gomez said, "Oh, that battle was magnificent. Morticia: your skills and your grace... I never thought I'd ever meet a woman with abilities as amazing as yours." Morticia smiled as she said, "You really think so? You know the very few boys in my life I fancied found my interests and skills to be... too overwhelming for them to handle." Gomez however looked at Morticia with awe as he said, "Then they can't see the perfection that I view before me." Gomez and Morticia then paused for a moment as they found themselves just looking into each other's faces. Then the two looked down... and realized that somehow by instinct, they were holding the others' hand. Then the two found their faces slowly moving towards the others'... until they heard Larissa say, "Morticia!" Gomez and Morticia then both nervously turned their heads and saw Larissa running towards them. Larissa however had just seen what had happened, and had a nervous look in her own eyes.

However Larissa tried to remain calm as she said, "It... it's good to see you're all right. I heard about what happened with that creature. However... no one has returned to the school with a flag yet, thus technically the Poe Cup isn't over. So I must ask... did you grab the flag from Crackstone's Crypt?" Morticia then quickly took a flag out of her pocket while saying, "Why yes, I did." Larissa then quickly took the flag from Morticia, and ran off with it... while she had a few tears in her eyes. Morticia then looked at Gomez briefly as she said, "I should join the other girls from Ophelia Hall now." Then Morticia walked away. Meanwhile Fester ran over to Gomez holding a flag out as he said, "Gomez. I got your team's flag! Quick! Lets get it to the finish line before that girl does!" Gomez however remained perfectly still and happy, and as he watched Morticia walk away - he said, "Fester... for the first time in my life... victory means nothing to me... for only she does now."

Many students were partying right outside of Nevermore Academy, as two girls from the Ophelia Hall dorm proudly held up the Poe Cup trophy. Morticia meanwhile stood off to the side, smiling as she watched the festivities. Suddenly Garrett appeared from nearby. The young man smiled and approached Morticia as he said, "Hello Morticia." Morticia looked troubled as she said, "Garrett, what are you doing here?" Garret then put his hands up calmly as he said, "I just wanted to make sure you're okay. I... I didn't mean for things to get out of hand the way they did." A confused looking Morticia then asked, "What do you mean? Regardless, you must leave now. This is not your school. You are trespassing... which isn't smart considering many police officers are currently on the school property due to what just happened." Then Morticia saw a police officer nearby, as she yelled, "Oh, officer..."

Garrett however looked angry as he said, "Enough! You think that scares me? My father has the sheriff in his pocket!" Morticia looked a bit nervous as her body began to tremble... but then she quickly blurted out, "I've found someone else Garrett. There's another man I've fallen in love with. If you really care about me, you'll accept that and leave." Garrett suddenly had a heart broken look in his eyes. Then upon seeing that several curious police officers were coming his way, Garrett ran off with tears in his eyes. Morticia then turned and walked in the opposite direction... not realizing Larissa had been standing not far behind her, and had heard everything that Morticia had just said as well. Then Larissa turned away with tears in her own eyes.

Morticia was walking towards her dorm as she walked through one of the hallways at Nevermore Academy. However Morticia suddenly felt her head feel disoriented as smoke began to surround her. Then from the smoke, Wednesday showed herself as she said, "There are things we need to discuss." Morticia nodded her head as she said, "Yes, there are." Wednesday then looked directly at Morticia... then paused as some uncertainty appeared on her face... and then said, "It was wrong for me to push you to follow the destiny I set out for you. You do deserve free will... as I simply should have aided you in discovering your destiny, rather than directing you to it."

Morticia then looked at Wednesday with loving eyes as she said, "Thank you. However the truth is... I do love Gomez. I've loved him since the moment we first made formal introductions with one another. But... I don't know if I can be good enough for him. I don't know if I have the ability to truly fall in love with a man, become a housewife, or start a family." Wednesday raised one eyebrow, and then said, "No one truly ever thinks they're good enough to take on a new role in life... but if you act like you are long enough... then the act may soon enough become real." Then Wednesday walked back into the smoke as Morticia began to feel disoriented again. Then within a moment: Wednesday was gone, and soon the smoke subsided again; leaving Morticia all alone again in the hallway.

Larissa sat in Nevermore Academy's garden with a sad look on her face. Francoise then walked into the garden, and immediately saw how upset Larissa looked. Francoise then sat down next to Larissa as she said, "For someone whose team just won the Poe Cup a few hours ago, you don't look happy." Larissa looked down as she said, "Maybe I helped win the Poe Cup... but I feel like I've just lost something important." Then Francoise casually said, "You mean Morticia?" Larissa suddenly looked nervous as she said, "I... I... How did you know?" Francoise then made a warm smile as she calmly said, "I have my own side that I keep well hidden, so I know what disguising one's nature in plain sight looks like. So... have you ever tried to tell Morticia how you feel?" A few tears appeared in Larissa's eyes as she said, "It's not proper. It's not appropriate for a woman to have these types of feelings for another woman." Then Francoise nudged Larissa as she said, "What are you talking about? Nevermore was created as a safe haven for all outcasts to learn and grow, no matter who or what they are... and that doesn't just apply to special abilities, you know."

Larissa just looked down, and began to wipe away tears that were appearing in her eyes. Francoise looked up for a moment... and then looked directly at Larissa again as she said, "Look... right before Raine disappeared yesterday... she told me how she always felt comfortable visiting you and Morticia in that dorm of yours. According to Raine... she sensed that one day a great love would be born in that dorm room. She didn't say from whom that love would be born from... but maybe you should see if Raine was perhaps referring to you and Morticia. I mean... Morticia can't decide how she feels about you if she doesn't completely know the real you. You should take the plunge." Larissa took a deep long breath... and then stood up, smiled, and looked directly at Francoise as she said, "Thank you Francoise."

As the sun began to set, in another outdoor area of Nevermore Academy: there was a large outdoor train set located under a pavilion. Gomez was standing near the train set, as he was controlling several of the model trains. From nearby, a smiling Morticia walked over to Gomez as she said, "Why hello Gomez. I see you found the school's model train set." Gomez smiled as he said, "Of course. Designing and playing with model train sets is a hobby of mine." Morticia happily grinned as she said, "Really? Me too. Well, I did prefer more to chop off my dolls' heads when I was young. However, my father would always ask me to play model trains with him every Sunday evening growing up. Those trains always took my mind away from so many of life's more difficult challenges." Gomez smirked as he said, "They certainly do that. Come. Join me."

Gomez then moved to the side, and allowed Morticia to take a turn with the controls that operated the model trains. As Morticia operated the trains, she looked at Gomez somewhat nervously as she asked, "Gomez... the Raven dance starts in about two hours. Have you already made plans to go with anyone, like Larissa?" Gomez turned his head and then said, "No. Larissa is nice... but she's not the girl I have my eye on now." Morticia then turned to look at Gomez, and immediately the two paused as they looked into each other's eyes. The two then slowly moved their faces towards one another... but then Morticia nervously pulled her face away, and turned her eyes back onto the model train set while saying, "I just had an idea. Wouldn't it be more fun if you had the two trains on this model set crash into one another?"

An excited Gomez's eyes lit up as he said, "Brilliant idea Morticia! In fact... why not take it a step further, and blow them up just as they crash!" Morticia's face then became very excited as she said, "What a splendid idea!" Then Gomez took a hold of the controls, and changed the directions of the two small trains on the model set. Then Gomez turned to look at Morticia as he excitedly said, "When they meet at the bridge, you hit the explosion switch!" Morticia made a giddy smile, as she prepared herself. Then just as the two model trains began to crash, Morticia pressed a button - and then the two model trains were destroyed in a large fiery explosion. Gomez looked at the explosion with great pleasure in his eyes, while a very happy Morticia exclaimed: "C'est merveilleux!"

Suddenly Gomez's face looked like it was caught in a trance as he said, "Morticia... you just spoke French. Somehow... it caused me to feel... things I have never felt before." A curious Morticia then asked, "Like what?" A confused but smiling Gomez then said, "I'm not sure. However... could you speak in French again... please?" A confused looking Morticia then simply said, "C'est merveilleux?" Then a very excited Gomez put his heart over his chest while he said, "I... I feel something strange coming over me. For the first time in my life... everything feels so clear." Then a smiling and happy Morticia said, "Si magnifique."

Then suddenly Gomez's eyes widened, and then he gently grabbed Morticia's right hand and kissed it. As Gomez looked at Morticia's face briefly, he said, "I'm sorry Morticia. I don't know what I'm doing... but I can't help it." Then Gomez began to make kisses up Morticia's arm; while a smiling Morticia said, "I can help it... but I don't want to." Then a very excited Gomez looked directly at Morticia as he said, "Morticia, say something else in French. Say anything in French! Excusez moi. Soup du jour. Moulin Rogue. Anything!" Then Morticia made an excited smirk as she simply said, "Wala."

Then an over-excited Gomez immediately grabbed Morticia in his arms... and immediately the two teenagers kissed one another, while holding the other tightly. Then after a long moment of kissing, the two had their lips part (but still held the other close) as a passionate Gomez said, "Morticia... ever since the moment we made formal introductions with one another... I've felt deeply romantic feelings towards you." A smiling Morticia then happily said, "And I have felt the same. I didn't wish to speak of it at first because I thought you'd find me mad for having such intense thoughts for someone I just met." Then a happy and passionate Gomez said, "Then let us be mad together!"

Then Gomez grabbed a hold of Morticia once again, leaned her back, and the two teenagers kissed once more for a very extended period of time. As their long kiss continued: the sun set behind them, while the moonlight began to shine over them. However as Gomez and Morticia continued to kiss... Larissa came walking around the corner with a smile on her face. However as soon as Larissa saw Morticia and Gomez kissing... sadness entered her eyes, and she immediately walked away. Also in the same moment, from another direction - Garrett came sneaking in behind a bush. However Garrett too stopped as he saw Morticia kissing Gomez. Pain entered his face... and then Garrett reluctantly left the scene.

Eventually Gomez and Morticia stopped kissing, as a smiling Morticia said, "Oh Gomez... I've never felt my spirit so lifted before in my life." Then a grinning Gomez said, "I could say the same. So with that being said..." Then Gomez got down on one knee, and took a ring out of his pocket as he said, "Morticia... will you marry me?" Morticia's eyes widened in surprise as she said, "You're asking for my hand in marriage after knowing me for just a day!?" Then Gomez casually said, "Well it worked out for Romeo and Juliet, and they had a wonderful life together." Morticia smiled as she looked up briefly, and then said, "Ah, yes. Three days of marriage before committing suicide and having their remains lay together for all eternity. However... as delightful as that sounds Gomez... I would prefer to have some time to consider your proposal before answering." Gomez then stood up as he said, "Of course. Take all the time you need. But... could I at least request you be my date to the Raven dance tonight?" Morticia happily smiled as she said, "But of course."

In the mansion of his home, Ansel Gates was mixing together a blue formula in the kitchen. Just as Ansel poured the contents of his blue formula into a small vial, Garrett walked into the kitchen looking very sad. Ansel only casually looked at his son while saying, "Garrett, get your coat. It looks like it's about to rain, and we're going to be out tonight with work to do." Garrett then sat down in a chair looking devastated as he said, "I can't father. Morticia Frump... she's fallen in love with another man... who stole my love away from me!" Ansel rolled his eyes as he said, "Well good riddance to bad rubbish. I was already planning to have her be the first outcast we eliminated tonight after she and her friends made all those annoying calls to the police." Then Garrett looked down, with deep sadness in his eyes, as he said, "I just don't get it. How could Morticia pick Gomez Addams over me?"

Ansel suddenly had a furious look in his eyes as he said, "Addams!? Gomez Addams is at Nevermore Academy right now!?" Garrett looked up at his father with a confused face as he said, "Yeah. What does that mean to you?" Ansel then prepared to get his own coat on as he angerly said, "Gomez Addams is a direct descendant of Goody Addams: the outcast witch that murdered Joseph Crackstone and took our family's land from us! But on top of that... that psychic outcast I kidnapped yesterday, wrote down a vision she had that said Morticia Frump would marry Gomez Addams one day, and have a daughter that would be the one to end our family's work. I had already put multiple plans in place to prevent that from happening... only to realize now that I have to step up the time table of my game plan." Garrett meanwhile just look more confused as he said, "Wait. Are you say you kidnapped Raine yesterday?" Ansel then threw a coat at Garrett as he said, "Garrett, the future of our family and town is at stake. So get in the car and do as I say, now!"

The Raven Dance was beginning at Nevermore Academy in a large social hall. Many students walked into the event together, and many immediately went off to dance, eat, drink, and talk. Gomez and Morticia meanwhile walked into the dance room holding hands while smiling. Gomez was wearing a refined black suit, while Morticia was wearing a long black dress, with her hair running fully straight down her back. Gomez looked at Morticia with awe as he said, "The way you dressed and did your hair tonight Morticia... it's so hauntingly beautiful." Morticia blushed as she said, "Why thank you Gomez. Now then... do you know how to waltz?" Gomez grinned as he said, "Doesn't every man?" Then Gomez took Morticia's hand, and immediately led her into a slow waltz on the dance floor. As the two danced together, a smiling Morticia said, "You should be glad your cousin isn't here. He usually steals the show with his wild and elaborate dance numbers." Gomez chuckled, and then said, "Well then I suppose I should be glad Cousin Itt was suspended this afternoon after one of the teachers discovered him having a wild sex party with thirty girls in his dorm room." Then Gomez and Morticia brought their bodies even closer together, as their waltz continued.

Suddenly Larissa walked into the dance alone with pain in her eyes. She didn't talk to anyone, and just kept on walking to the middle of the dance floor where Gomez and Morticia were having their waltz together. Larissa then stopped right in front of Morticia and Gomez as she angerly said, "Having fun you two?" Gomez and Morticia immediately stopped dancing, as Gomez suddenly looked guilty while he said, "Larissa, I'm sorry. I hadn't told you for sure if I was still interested in being your date for the dance or not." Then Morticia looked guilty as she said, "No Gomez, I believe Larissa is mad at me. The two of us had come to the dance together as friends the last three years, and I hadn't informed her yet that I was planning to break our tradition." Larissa meanwhile simply looked furious as she said, "The fact that you don't even know the real reason I'm upset... is why I'm even more upset... or perhaps I'm upset because maybe this is all my fault really. Errgh. I... I hope you two are miserable together."

Then Larissa furiously walked off to another corner of the dance room. Gomez kept a calm face though as he said, "What a kind thing to hope for us. Although... I'm not sure she was completely sincere about it." Morticia then looked right at Gomez as she said, "Gomez, perhaps we could leave the dance. I'm not sure why Larissa seems so troubled, but I think we're causing it. We should create some space with her for now to give Larissa some peace of mind." Then a confused Gomez asked, "You want to cut our date short?" Then Morticia made a big smirk as she said, "I said I want us to leave the dance... I said nothing about cutting our date short. Perhaps we should go outside to catch our breath." Then Gomez made a big happy grin as Morticia motioned for him to leave the room with her.

As it started to rain, a car pulled up outside of Nevermore Academy. Inside of the car was Ansel and Garrett sitting beside one another. Ansel then tried to hand Garrett a small vial of a blue formula while he said, "You've broken onto these school grounds before, so do it again. I used the notes given to me by that psychic girl I took in yesterday to finally crack the formula to create Nightshade Poison in its' most deadly liquid form. That dance they're having tonight with all of those outcast scum gathered in one room will give us the perfect opportunity to sneak something special into their drinks. It'll take awhile for the symptoms to kick in... but by the time the outcasts realize they've been poisoned... it will be too late." Garrett however looked nervous as he said, "Dad, I... I can't. I can't kill Morticia."

Then Ansel suddenly looked furious as he said, "My God Garrett! Your little sister is more of a man to you. When I give Laurel a long list of instructions, she follows each command to the letter like a good soldier. Errgh. Listen to me Garrett. Those outcasts will only hurt you in the end. Just like with our ancestors, they will do more than break your heart. They'll eventually take our home, just like they did our family's original land; and sooner than we think... they'll end our lives! It's us or them Garrett! We can wait for them to make normal people like us an endangered species, or we can exterminate these vermin from our lands after hundreds of years tonight!"

Garrett however had tears in his eyes as he said, "I... I can't dad. I... " Then Ansel slapped Garrett hard in the face, and then yelled, "Prove to me you are still worthy to be called my son! Kill all those outcasts! Sneak into that dance and spike the punch bowl! End them... or I will end you. Understand!?" Garrett then took the vial with the blue formula from his dad, nodded his head while looking deadly afraid, and then said, "Yes father." Then Garrett stepped out of the car, and walked towards Nevermore Academy. However as Garrett put the vial with the blue formula in his pocket, he slowly said to himself, "Fine father. I'll kill the outcasts... but not before I kill with my own bare hands: the one who ruined everything for me first... Gomez Addams."

In one of the dark halls of Nevermore Academy, Gomez and Morticia were in the middle of kissing one another. Morticia then stopped kissing Gomez for a moment, as she happily said, "Un si bon embrasseur." An excited Gomez then said, "Oh Tish. The way you speak French terrorizes my soul in all the ways I love." Then Gomez and Morticia grabbed a hold of one another, and began to passionately kiss once more. Suddenly from nearby though, an angry Garrett ran up a set of stairs towards the two. With his hair wet, and murderous intent showing in his eyes, Garret yelled, "Addams!" Gomez and Morticia, clearly seeing what Garrett's intentions were without any other spoken word, slowly backed away. Morticia then glanced at Gomez as she said, "Go. Get out of here. He won't hurt me." Gomez then began to run up a set of stairs, as Morticia tried to stop Garrett. However Garrett immediately went right past Morticia, grabbed a sword from a nearby display, and ran towards Gomez with it.

Gomez then reached a higher floor of the school which was under construction (and missing a wall). As Garrett lunged at Gomez with his sword, Gomez grabbed a nearby pipe and stopped the sword. Garrett then tried to swing his sword at Gomez several times, while Gomez deflected each attack with the pipe. As Garrett swung his sword, he yelled, "Morticia was supposed to be mine! When you took her away, you ruined me, my family, and everything!" As Gomez defended himself, he looked at Garrett with compassion as he said, "You may wish to murder me Garrett, but I have no wish to murder you. A man with wonderfully sadistic passion like yours could still find a woman to have a long miserable life with. I would never want to rob someone like yourself from that." Than a furious Garrett swung his sword at Gomez again as he screamed, "Will you just shut up!" Gomez continued to defend himself with his pipe; but as he did, he looked at Garrett with pity while saying, "Garrett, I may be madly in love... but you are mad in hatred and fear... and that is a type of madness no man should bury his soul in."

Then a raging Garrett kicked Gomez in the chest, and then swung his sword towards him. However Gomez was finally able to knock Garrett's sword out of his hand, and pushed his body hard into a pillar. However, moving quickly: Garrett was able to use his fist to punch Gomez hard in the face, and then shove him to the ground. As this occurred, Morticia walked up the stairs and saw what was happening. As the battle between the two young men continued, Morticia yelled, "Garrett, no!" However Morticia's words could not be heard by the two men, as Garret got on top of Gomez, and began to throw punch after punch at his body. Morticia meanwhile stood unsure of what the best course of action to do would be as she yelled, "Garrett! Garret, stop! Leave him alone!"

However Gomez was able to get the upper hand, and then pushed Garrett off of him, and then tried to get on top of Garret's body. But then Garrett got the upper hand again, and pushed Gomez off of him, causing Gomez to roll several feet away. As Gomez laid on the ground hurt, Morticia ran to his side. However at the same moment: Garrett stood up and looked directly at Morticia and Gomez with primal rage in his eyes, and foam starting to appear from his moth. Then Gomez and Morticia looked at the fallen sword laying right near their feet. Both Gomez and Morticia then looked into each other's eyes with reluctance for a split second. Then a crazed Garrett quickly ran at Gomez with a growling sound coming from his voice. Then... the sword from the ground was lifted up...

Larissa was preparing to leave the Raven Dance, as one of the other students said, "Larissa, you're already leaving? The party only just started." Larissa simply had an upset look in her eyes as she said, "I didn't get enough sleep last night, so I think I'll turn in early." Then Larissa put on her coat, stepped out of the dance, took out an umbrella, and then walked into the school court yard. But then suddenly without any warning... the body of Garrett Gates fell down to the ground right before Larissa's feet. Larissa immediately screamed in terror, then looked up... and saw standing on the unfinished top floor of the school... was Gomez Addams holding a bloody sword in his hands.

Within an hour, many police officers were on the grounds of Nevermore Academy investigating the scene. Garret's dead body was already being put in a body bag as Sheriff Walker was talking to Larissa. As Larissa had a troubled look on her face, she had difficulty looking at the sheriff as she said, "I think he had a sword... and they had certainly had issues." Then Larissa suddenly found herself able to easily look at Sheriff Walker in the eye as she angerly said, "I don't like to tell tales Sheriff Walker... but it's all Morticia Frump's fault. They were fighting over her."

Within minutes, Morticia was right outside the school as she stood before a police deputy while saying, "I saw the whole thing. It was all an accident. I swear. My boyfriend... he wasn't trying to harm anyone." Then the deputy rolled his eyes, and said, "Yeah, and I just heard he's still a suspect in the investigation surrounding his own cousin's death. I wonder what other bodies your boyfriend's trial will turn up." With a pleading voice, Morticia quickly said, "All I know is that he couldn't have possibly done..." Then suddenly another deputy began to walk by while pushing along Gomez (who was in handcuffs). Gomez then turned to looked at Morticia as he said, "Tish!" Morticia then turned to look directly at Gomez, and tried to put on a calm brave face as she said, "I don't know what to say Gomez. Seeing you in handcuffs... accused of murder... I've never loved you more." Gomez made a little smile as he said, "Cara mia..." Then the deputy next to Gomez said, "All right, that's enough Addams. Lets go." Then Gomez was shoved into the nearby police car. As the police car was turned on, Morticia made a strong brave face as she said, "I'll wait for you Gomez! No matter how long it takes, I'll wait for you!"

Then as the police car began to drive away, Morticia stood still as she watched the back of Gomez's head (through the police car rear window) slowly begin to disappear from sight. Then Larissa appeared walking over to Morticia from nearby. An angry Morticia then turned to look at Larissa as she said, "How could you tell the police that Gomez murdered Garrett out of hate and spite!? I thought you were my friend Larissa!" Larissa's face, which had been filled with anger for the last several hours... suddenly was filled with a realization of the sadness her friend was feeling. Larissa then turned her head to the side as she said, "I... I'm sorry Morticia." Then Larissa walked away, just as all of the other police officers left the scene. Morticia stood alone looking brave for a moment... until her brave face broke down with sadness and tears. Morticia now began to look horrified and distraught as she began to walk into the nearby woods alone.

Suddenly though, smoke began to appear as Morticia felt momentarily disoriented. Then from the smoke... Wednesday emerged as she said, "Hello mother." Morticia then angerly looked at Wednesday with tears in her eyes as she said, "What is going on!? I thought it was my destiny to marry Gomez. Now he's being sent to jail, accused of murder; a murder that he didn't even... Errgh. Why is this happening!?" Wednesday then stepped towards Morticia as she calmly said, "You need to calm yourself mother. I know things may seem confusing, but this is all part of a greater plan." As Morticia looked up at the sky with sadness in her eyes, she said, "What great plan? Was I to fall in love with a man on this day, only to have but a few mere hours of pure happiness before he was taken from me?" Wednesday then stood behind Morticia as she said, "I understand that your young hormonal feelings for Gomez Addams, combined with my prophecy I shared with you: have confused your senses and clouded your judgment. However there was a reason for that." Then as Morticia closed her eyes, tears still came from them as she said, "And what reason would that be?"

Then without any warning... Wednesday took out a sword and stabbed Morticia through the back with it. Morticia's eyes widened with great confusion as she fell to the ground, while blood immediately began to flow out of the gaping wound in her body. Then Wednesday stood over Morticia while smiling as she said, "And you thought this night couldn't get any worse." Morticia looked up at Wednesday with pain in her eyes as she said, "How can you stab me? You're supposed to be just a spirit." Then Wednesday rolled her eyes as she said, "Actually, no. That smoke that always appeared when I showed up... I had it laced with mild hallucinogenic gases to confuse your senses. Apparently you've only just started to get visions, so that provided me with the ultimate opportunity to show up in a little puff of smoke pretending to be your daughter from the future. So glad we had notes and a drawing from the prophecy about your actual future daughter to help make me more convincing." As Morticia began to feel weaker while more blood flowed from her wound, she said, "I don't understand. Who are you Wednesday?" Then the dark girl with a pale forehead and long braids stood over Morticia as she said, "I am not Wednesday Addams. My name is Laurel Gates... and tonight Morticia Frump, is the night you die!"

Summary: It's the much anticipated "Wednesday" prequel that finally gives the origin story to television's greatest couple; in this dark comedy thriller involving romance, stalkers, pirates, fencing matches, giant monsters, and murder! *Click "Keep Reading" to read the first chapter for free right now!

On a large yacht that was resting comfortably in the water near a resort, many rich teenagers were partying above deck. One male teenager however stood on a small podium before his peers while holding up a large stuffed jackalope shaped creature. The lead teen smiled as he said, "My fellow Preston Prep peers... tonight we don't just celebrate our football team's victory over Cemetery High... but also that we stole their ugly mascot! Now lets party!" All of the teenagers on the yacht cheered, and continued to party. One other teen however walked over to the lead teen as they said, "Are you sure we should have stolen the mascot of Cemetery High Chuck? I mean, you know how crazy some of the people from that school can get when we screw around with them." The lead teen: Chuck, smirked as he said, "Relax. We've got nothing to worry about when it comes to those creepy and kooky characters."

Meanwhile, coming towards the yacht in the distance... was a pirate ship sailing across the ocean. As the pirate ship moved towards the yacht, a teenage boy named Gomez Addams stood at the front of the ship looking proud. He wore a white shirt with black coat, along with black pants, black boots, and a white bandanna tied around the top of his head; while his uncombed hair flowed in the wind. As Gomez saw the yacht coming into view, he made a huge happy smile. Gomez then turned around and looked at a group of teenagers behind him all dressed in black sailor uniforms. As Gomez looked at his crew with a big smile he said, "My friends; the time has come for us to seek vengeance against those that would do us wrong! For if our enemies of Preston Prep think they can take our jackalope, then we shall retaliate by taking their ship!" Then Gomez pulled out from behind his back: a sword, and then lifted the sword to the sky while a big grin was going across his face. All of the other teens in Gomez's crew took out swords and various other weapons, and then lifted their tools to the sky as well.

Meanwhile all of the rich teenagers on the yacht looked confused as the pirate ship came towards them. Meanwhile on the pirate ship, Gomez stood at the wheel as he yelled, "Thing, fire the canons!" Then suddenly the living hand: Thing jumped up and quickly lit multiple fuses attached to canons around the ship. As the fuses began to quickly spark: all of Gomez's crew smiled, while all of the rich teenagers on the yacht looked very confused. Then Gomez pointed his sword forward and yelled, "Once more unto the breach dear friends!" Then in a fiery explosion, the canons shot large canon balls at the yacht damaging it. Then the pirate ship crashed into the yacht causing many of the rich teenagers to panic.

Gomez, using a rope from his ship, then swung towards the yacht. In an instant, Gomez flew above the teenagers on the yacht, and then did a flip in mid-air as he came down towards his enemies. Gomez then had his feet hit two rich teenagers' heads on the way down, and then put one hand on a fallen teen's back as he kicked several more teens down. Then as two rich teenagers ran at Gomez with their fists out, Gomez made a big happy grin as he judo flipped them to the ground. Gomez giggled, and then yelled, "Now Fester!" Then Gomez's brother Fester jumped onto the yacht and began to shoot bolts of electricity from his hands, shocking many of the rich teens. Then Fester looked at Gomez as he pleaded, "Come on Gomez. Let me shoot them in the back!" Gomez smiled as he excitedly said, "No Fester, we must ensure everyone here lives so that they can spread the tale of our glorious victory today!" Then one teen tried to run at Gomez with a baseball bat, but then suddenly Thing sneaked up from behind him and threw several sparklers down his pants. The teen immediately screamed as he ran off feeling pain under his pants. Gomez then laughed as he said, "Oh Thing. You trickster, you!"

Many of Gomez's other crew members then began to throw sparklers, small sticks of dynamite, and stink bombs at the rich teenagers. Meanwhile two co-joined female teenagers were throwing scorpions all around the yacht, causing more rich teenagers to scream. Gomez looked impressed as he said, "Why Flaura and Fauna, you two are in excellent form today." Flaura smiled as she said, "Really. Is my form excellent enough to maybe go to the school dance with you?" Then an angry Fauna said, "Back off sister. I called him first." Then Gomez proudly said, "Why Flaura and Fauna, don't you know? Gomez Addams' heart belongs to no one!" Then suddenly a group of large muscular teens angerly ran at Gomez as they yelled, "Get him!" Gomez's eyes then went wide with excitement, and he made a giant smile while saying, "Oh, the course of chaos never did run so smooth!"

Then as the large muscular teens ran at Gomez, Gomez instantly judo flipped one teen, but then grabbed his legs and twirled his body around while using it to hit several other teens. Then three teens ran at Gomez with baseball bats. However Gomez spun his sword around, and in a blur: he cut the baseball bats into many pieces. Then another teen ran at Gomez with a large chain in his hands. However Gomez quickly slid his body under the teen, grabbed his chain in a blur, and then Gomez quickly tied up the teen up in his own chain. Then eight of the largest teens surrounded Gomez and tried to body slam him. However Gomez dug his sword into the floor, and then while holding onto the sword's grip with one hand to balance his body, Gomez launched his feet up and spun around while kicking every teenager in the face. Instantly all of Gomez's opponents hit the ground knocked out. Then one last teenager ran at Gomez screaming angerly. However Gomez simply smacked the front of his head hard into the other teenagers' head, and knocked his opponent out. An incredibly satisfied and smiling Gomez then proclaimed, "I came, saw, and overcame!"

Meanwhile Fester just rolled his eyes and simply said, "I still think it would've been more fun if we just shot them all in the back." Then Gomez saw one last teenager, the leader of the rich teens: Chuck trying to run off the yacht. However, Gomez quickly cornered Chuck with his sword out and yelled, "Stop right there fiend! You have dishonored me this day by stealing the mascot of my institution. From here on out, you will live the rest of your days knowing you have a blood feud with my family." Chuck meanwhile looked confused as he said, "A blood feud with your family? Gomez... I'm your cousin!" Gomez then had the tip of his sword come less than an inch from Chuck's neck as he said, "Indeed. So for that alone... I will allow you to keep your ship... or rather what remains of it." Then Gomez turned his head and yelled, "Now Thing!" Then Thing quickly lit a fuse, and within seconds: an explosion came from the center of the yacht. Gomez's crew quickly jumped on board their pirate ship, while all of the rich teens left on the yacht screamed in terror. As a smiling Gomez stood proudly on the exploding yacht, he held out his arms as he passionately proclaimed, "Cry Havoc, and let slip the dogs of war!"

The next day, Gomez was sitting in a limo looking upset while facing his mother. Gomez was sitting in a suit, with his hair well combed now. Gomez's mother meanwhile had a look of disappointment go across her face as she said, "Now Gomez... we have a lot to talk about; especially with all of these charges that were recently brought against you." Gomez then glared at his mother as he said, "Mother, I assure you I committed acts of bodily harm to far more people than were filed. I swear." Then Gomez's mother angerly said, "That's not the problem Gomez. The real issue is... you let them all live! You do realize when you start a job, you need to finish it. You know if your father were still with us, he'd agree with me... but unfortunately he's still serving his fifteen year sentence in maximum security prison." Then a confused Gomez said, "I thought it was just a ten year sentence."

Then Gomez's mother casually said, "He extended it by causing a few riots. Your father actually wanted to stay there longer, since he finds the environment so pleasant and comfortable. But the point is Gomez, you haven't been acting like a son of mine for some time now. You don't even shoot your enemies anymore like your brother does. Outside society has made you too soft. So to sharpen your mind and skills, for your final year of school - I'm sending you to the perfect place for regular people like us... Nevermore Academy. I have a friend of mine named Obsidian who serves on the board. She pulled some strings and is allowing you to enroll mid-semester. While there, I'd also like to introduce you to her daughter. Obsidian and I have talked quite a great deal, and we think her daughter would make a fine wife for you."

Gomez suddenly looked very frustrated as he said, "A wife!? Mother, don't you know? Gomez Addams' heart belongs to no one!" Then Gomez's mother used a stern tone as she said, "Nonsense. You're too unhinged Gomez... and not in a good way. You need a woman to settle your spirit. Plus, Obsidian has already promised to babysit any future grandchildren of mine once a month for a year if we ask, as long as you at least go on one date with her daughter... which you will do, and then you will marry her." Gomez rolled his eyes and then said, "But mother, aren't arranged marriages too much of an outdated custom now?" Gomez's mother then crossed her arms as she said, "Ridiculous. Arranged marriages are an Addams family tradition! We've been doing it for centuries, and there hasn't been a divorce yet! ... Just a few untimely deaths. Now then... would you at least promise to go on one date with Obsidian's daughter and see how you feel about her?" Gomez sighed, and then said, "Very well. What's her name?" Gomez's mother made a happy smile as she said, "Why her name is Larissa Weems."

Outside of Nevermore Academy in a large garden: a giant mutant Venus Fly Trap looking plant was emerging from the ground. The mutant plant had huge vines popping out of its' body that were starting to move towards an average height teen girl with brown hair. The brown haired girl backed herself into a corner, as fear and anxiety went across her face while saying to herself, "Breathe Francoise. Breathe. You can't let yourself get too shaken up or traumatized." Then suddenly, the brown haired girl: Francoise found the mutant plant's vines were starting to tie her up. Francoise then closed her eyes as tears started to appear. Then suddenly Francoise heard a female voice say, "Oh Ptolemy, stop throwing such a fit." Then Francoise turned her her head and saw walking into the garden was Morticia Frump. Morticia walked with a calm demeanor wearing a knee high black dress, while her hair was nicely combed with two long braids going down her upper body (with two ribbons attached to her two braids).

The mutant plant then made a roaring sound causing Francoise to look more scared. Morticia meanwhile took out a sword, and grasped it firmly as she simply said, "Alas, I suppose you're in need for some good pruning." The mutant plant then immediately shot several vines at Morticia. Morticia however made quick fluid movements as she dodged and ducked away from each vine thrown at her. Then Morticia made quick slashing movements, and her sword cut away many of the attacking vines (including the vines holding Francoise, causing her to be freed). Then just as the mutant plant shot many vines into the sky, Morticia cut a hole near the large stem of the mutant plant. The mutant plant made a piercing scream... just as a smaller mutant plant burst out of the large mutant plant's stem. The large mutant plant then calmed down and quickly shrank in size, as a smiling Morticia said, "There, there now. That wasn't so bad." As Francoise felt a bit more calm, she now looked very confused as she said, "What just happened?" Then as Morticia looked calmly at Francoise, she said, "Oh, our school plant: Ptolemy was just giving birth."

As Francoise continued to look confused, she asked, "Is that normal around here? Giant plants giving birth?" Morticia smiled as she picked up the small baby mutant plant and said, "Only in the fall season. The headmaster said I could keep Ptolemy's offspring once it was born. I think I'll call her Cleopatra. Oh, I'm Morticia by the way. You must be new here. I saw you trying out for the school fencing team last week." Francoise nodded her head as she said, "Yeah. I'm Francoise." Then Morticia immediately shook Francoise's hand while saying, "Well it's a pleasure to finally make formal introductions with you. How have you enjoyed Nevermore Academy thus far?" As Francoise looked at her surroundings briefly she said, "It's a school... that's certainly full of surprises."

Then suddenly the two teenage girls heard another female voice say, "I knew I'd find you here Morticia." Morticia turned her head and saw a petite red haired teenage girl wearing a purple dress walking towards her. Morticia made a small smile as she said, "Francoise, allow me to formally introduce you to one of my esteemed peers. This is Raine. One of Nevermore's most accomplished seers. If you're ever looking for something you've lost around campus, Raine can be quite helpful at foreseeing where you'll find it." Francoise held out her hand as she said, "Hello there." Raine shook Francoise's hand, and then Raine's eyes suddenly glowed while saying, "Ah, yes... your future husband is currently working for the sheriff in town. You should stop by the police station in Jericho sometime." Francoise then stepped away looking a bit startled as she said, "Um... okay, I guess. Anyway, I should get back to my dorm room. Nice meeting you two."

As Francoise walked away, Morticia glared at Raine while saying, "So how did you know I'd be in the garden Raine? Did you foresee I'd be here?" Raine gave Morticia a warm smile as she said, "Well I know you'd be here because spending time in the garden helped me calm down too when I first got my visions." As Morticia put her new baby mutant plant in a pot of soil, she glared at Raine while saying, "Did you use your powers to learn that I just started..." Raine put her hands up for a moment while saying, "No, no. Larissa told me. She said you wake up often in the middle of the night believing you're going mad... and not in the fun way. You know you could have talked to me about it." Morticia turned her head to the side, looking slightly embarrassed as she said, "It's not quite the same. Raine... you see visions of just the future. I however see visions of both the future and the past. I see images of both what I experienced long ago as a child, and of myself looking into the mirror and finding that I am an old woman. It is... confusing and difficult to endure."

Raine looked up at the sky as she said, "They will make more sense in time Morticia. The past is past, and as for the future... well you may eventually find comfort in seeing what is to come. For me, the picture is still incomplete... but the day I saw a vision of my future self marrying a kind man with telekinetic powers... that's when I knew I could stop worrying." Then as Morticia looked down, she said, "But I've read the research. Visions for the future aren't completely accurate. So how do I know what visions of days to come are certain or not?" Raine paused for a moment... and then handed Morticia a pendant as she said, "Morticia... this pendant has mystical properties... which includes the ability to help you see and make a strong connection with a possible future in your life." As Morticia put the pendant around her neck, Raine continued with saying, "I want you to have it. Maybe it will help you with your visions going forward."

Then suddenly the two heard a male voice say, "I can help you with anything you want going forward Morticia." Morticia and Raine turned their heads and saw a tall teenage boy with long blonde hair walking towards them while holding several dead flowers in his hand. Raine looked very annoyed as she said, "Garrett Gates, what are you doing here? You don't even go to this school!" Garrett smiled as he said, "I just thought I'd give Morticia these dead flowers from my lawn. They smell of your favorite pesticide." Then suddenly from around a corner of the building, an African lion sprung out and immediately tackled Garrett to the ground. Garrett immediately screamed, while a calm Morticia said, "Garrett, you're such a lovely creepy boy, and I'm so glad you've enjoyed our conversations we've had at the home improvement store about insecticide and weed killers; but my sweet Kitty has always been a reliable judge of character for me. So if he doesn't approve of you, then we simply cannot be." Morticia's lion then got off of Garrett. Garrett then stood up and began to walk away as he pleaded, "I'll prove myself to you soon. There is a connection between us. I know it's real. You must know it's real too."

As Garrett walked away, Raine giggled while a smiling Morticia gently patted her lion. Then from nearby, a teenage girl with white hair walked towards Morticia and smiled as she said, "I see Garrett Gates just had his heart broken again today." Morticia smirked as she said, "It he keeps coming back, is it really broken Larissa?" Morticia's friend: Larissa then began to look slightly worried as she said, "I don't know how you put up with that boy always stalking you Morticia. Haven't you tried calling the police?" Raine then raised a hand up briefly while saying, "Actually I have on Morticia's behalf; but they've honestly been no help. Guess being the son of the richest man in town has its perks." Morticia maintained her calm demeanor as she said, "I'm certain Garrett will eventually find another girl that will appreciate how revolting he is. As for Garrett's father, I'm sure he takes his role in guiding his son's actions very seriously."

In the living room of a dark mansion, Garrett Gates was punched in the stomach by his father: Ansel Gates. Ansel then hit Garrett in the back, causing Garrett to fall to the ground. With hatred in his eyes, Ansel said, "What the hell do you think you're doing chasing after an outcast Garrett!? Those people took land that rightfully belonged to our family and built their filthy school on it." As Garrett slowly stood up, he spit some blood out of his mouth, and then said, "That was hundreds of years ago dad. Plus... Morticia Frump is different. She's beautiful, kind, and a kindred spirit." Then Ansel punched Garrett in the face, and angerly yelled, "Her kind are the scum of the Earth. And now I have to pay off the sheriff again thanks to those stupid complaints that scum keeps making. My God Garrett, what good are you if even scum doesn't want you?" Then Ansel kicked Garrett in the chest and knocked him into the nearby wall. As Garrett fell to the ground hurt, Ansel's wife walked into the room with a disturbed look on her face. Ansel then casually glanced at his wife while saying, "Clean up your son." Ansel's wife had a few tears in her eyes, but then calmly nodded her head as she said, "Yes dear."

Gomez sat with his mother in a limo as it slowly approached Nevermore Academy. As Gomez looked out the window, he said, "My, what a dark and dreary penitentiary." Gomez's mother rolled her eyes as she said, "It's not a prison Gomez. Don't treat this like your vacation to juvenile hall when you were twelve. This is a proper school." Gomez then simply glared at his mother while saying, "There is nothing more confining than the prison we don't know we are in." Gomez's mother sighed, and then said, "Well the sooner I find Obsidian and introduce you to Larissa, the sooner I can turn you into a proper man."

Morticia and Larissa were walking near the edge of the school as Morticia calmly said, "So for the Poe Cup tomorrow, I was thinking we could all dress up as black cats. All of our costumes are supposed to have an Edgar Allen Poe theme to them, and his story: The Black Cat was a favorite bedtime tale of mine growing up." Larissa smiled as she said, "I'm sure the team won't mind. After all, you've led Ophelia Hall to victory in the Poe Cup the last three years, and are already captain of the fencing team, and leader in the Nightshade Society." Morticia looked at Larissa with warm eyes while saying, "You give me too much credit Larissa. Leaders are nothing without their right hand. And you've been there right beside me, being my trusted confidante through all of my trials and tribulations. My name may be on all the trophies, but rest assured: people will remember the two women that achieved great fame and victory in this era of..."

Then suddenly Morticia found her body shaking, and her eyes became very wide. Morticia suddenly saw flashes of herself as an adult looking into a cracked mirror in a living room while saying, "I know you're behind me mon cherie." Then in the vision, a male voice from behind her was heard saying, "Tish. That's French! You know what that does to me!" Then just as a male figure began to touch her, Morticia suddenly regained her senses and saw Larissa standing by her side. Larissa looked concerned as she said, "You had another vision, didn't you?" Morticia nodded her head as she said, "Yes. The visions of my past, and my ancestor's past have become easier to cope with. But when I see visions of what must be the future... they confuse me." A curious Larissa then asked, "What are you seeing of your future?" Morticia took a deep long breath, and then said, "I'd rather not say. Raine has given me a pendant that is supposed to help me make a better connection with the days to come though. So perhaps I shall gain clarity soon."

Suddenly the two women heard a car honking sound. Then they heard Larissa's mother from far away yell, "Larissa, get over here!" Larissa then turned to look right at Morticia while saying, "Ah, yes. Speaking of the future, my mother wants to introduce me to the son of her good friend. She says he'd make a wonderful husband for me." Then Morticia kept a calm face, while smiling as she said, "Well good for you. I wish you all the best Larissa." Then Larissa looked slightly worried as she said, "Well... I mean... Nevermore Academy's rules are if two students of legal age did get married, they'd have to live in a special room in the teacher's quarters. So if that did happen... we'd no longer be room mates. Wouldn't you miss me?" Morticia shrugged, and then said, "Well I'd rather neither of us miss out on seizing our destiny." Larissa had a slightly annoyed look on her face while saying, "For someone so insightful Morticia, there's still so much you miss." Then Larissa quickly walked away, while Morticia remained where she was looking confused.

Then just as Morticia walked away, Gomez stepped out of a nearby limo, followed by his mother. Larissa and her mother then quickly approached Gomez and his mother. Gomez's mother looked very happy as she said, "Obsidian, good to see you old friend. How's the body burying business going?" Then Larissa's mother smiled as she said, "Oh, you know. The Fall season is always when business is slow. But when we get close to Valentine's Day, there's always tons of people offing their spouses to make room for the new sugar baby they're going after. Anyway Gomez, this is my daughter Larissa." Gomez simply nodded his head, and said "How do you do?" Larissa made a very false smile as she said, "Quite well. I must admit, you are more grotesque than my mother described you." Gomez then made a genuine smile while saying, "Flattery will get you many places." Then Gomez's mother looked very happy as she said, "See. She's insulting you already. You're perfect for each other."

Gomez looked slightly annoyed again, but then looked directly at Larissa with simple kindness while saying, "Perhaps we could begin our courting tomorrow morning?" Larissa nodded her head while saying, "Agreed. Perhaps we could take a walk by the nearby river in the early morning. After that... would you care to be my date to the school's special annual dance tomorrow evening?" Gomez nodded his head and simply said, "I vow that I shall go on one date with you tomorrow morning, with the possibility of a second that evening." Then Gomez's mother leaned over and said, "Perhaps before your first formal date, you could ask Larissa to give you a tour of the school." Larissa smiled as she said, "Oh yes. I'd love to check out... I mean, check up on my room mate who is training with our school fencing team right now." Gomez suddenly looked excited as he said, "Fencing!? Oh, give me a foil and show me to your school's greatest champions. I will defeat them all and become their new king in mere minutes." Larissa looked slightly confused, but then said, "But of course. Right this way." Then as Gomez and Larissa walked off, Larissa's mother looked at Gomez's mother while saying, "Ah, those two will make a fine pair... as long as you deliver me the dowry you promised in full on their wedding day."

On the side of a road, a young man stepped out of police car. From nearby, Ansel Walker approached the young man while keeping a straight face. Ansel Walker then stopped near the young man as he said, "Sheriff Walker." The young man: Sheriff Walker, nodded his head as he said, "Mister Gates." Ansel then handed Sheriff Walker an unmarked envelope while saying, "As requested, here's my monthly contribution to your campaign, along with the extra amount for the agreed upon favor." Sheriff Walker briefly glanced in the envelope while saying, "Yes. That shall do quite nicely." Then Ansel kept his eyes away from the sheriff while saying, "Just remember when you win the election and become mayor next month, don't forget your friends that helped you." As Sheriff Walker put his envelope in his large coat pocket, he said, "I will... but don't you start pushing how far our friendship can take you. You know there's only so many paper trails I can erase before I have state and even federal authorities coming in and asking me questions." Then Ansel finally made a little smile as he said, "And I'm sure if something like that were to happen, you'd have plenty of answers... considering you'd also be protecting yourself now." Ansel then walked away, while a nervous looking Sheriff Walker got back into his police car. Then Sheriff Walker quickly drove off.

Meanwhile Ansel began to walk towards his nearby mansion, when he saw Garrett coming out the front door. As Garrett approached his father, Ansel angerly said, "Where are you going? Off to that scum school that's sitting on our land?" Garrett looked a bit nervous as he said, "No. Just... taking a walk." Then suddenly Ansel and Garrett noticed Raine appeared far away in their view, and was starting to walk towards them. Ansel had an angry look in his eyes... but then glanced at Garrett while saying, "You've been in that school. Tell me. Are all the records I discretely acquired on their students correct? Is that girl one of the Nevermore's only two individuals that can see into the future?" Garrett nervously nodded his head, and then said, "Yeah. That's Raine. From what I heard, she can see glimpses of the future at times, but it's never a full picture." Ansel then smirked as he said, "Well if she could, she wouldn't be walking by here right now." Then Ansel suddenly gave Garrett an angry look, while yelling, "Go!" Garrett suddenly looked scared and then ran away.

Then just as Raine was about to cross paths with him, Ansel suddenly acted like his leg was hurt, and he fell to the ground while screaming in pain. A concerned Raine ran over to him and said, "Oh my gosh. Are you okay sir?" As Ansel pretended to be in pain, he said, "It's my leg. Oh. It's an old war injury acting up. Please. Could you help me to my house. It's right over there." As Raine helped Ansel get up, she said, "Oh, of course sir. Don't worry. You'll be okay." Then Ansel and Raine slowly moved towards the front door of the mansion. Then once the two got inside the mansion, a sympathetic Raine asked, "Okay. We're here. Anything else I can do for you?" Ansel then made a big grin as he said, "Just let yourself be knocked out." Then Ansel suddenly moved fast, grabbed a large baseball bat, and hit Raine in the head with it. Raine then hit the ground knocked out, while Ansel wiped his hands clean on a rag. Then Ansel's wife walked into the room with a shocked look on her face. Ansel then casually glanced at his wife while saying, "Put her in the vault downstairs." Ansel's wife had a scared look in her eyes, but then calmly nodded her head as she said, "Yes dear."

In a large room at Nevermore Academy, Morticia was wearing a full fencing suit with a helmet covering her head. Morticia was facing another opponent, and with a few strokes, she hit them. Morticia then took off her helmet briefly, and looked at 12 other students surrounding her while saying, "Remember everyone. It is important to not extend your arm for as long as possible. Don't anticipate the moment when an opening will occur. Let the moment come to you." Then as Morticia put her helmet back on, Larissa entered the room with Gomez (who was already wearing a full fencing suit). As Gomez proceeded to put a fencing helmet on, Larissa rolled her eyes and said, "Come now. What are you trying to accomplish here?" Gomez smiled as he said, "Victory. For war gives the right to the conquerors to impose any condition they please upon the vanquished."

Once Gomez had his fencing helmet on, he stepped forward into the middle of the room as he said, "I, Gomez Addams, newest student of Nevermore Academy, challenge any would be champion of this class to a duel. And to the victor, go all the spoils and privileges the ruler of this small army would have." Morticia (still wearing her fencing helmet) turned to look at Gomez while saying, "I see that with men: events of importance are still the result of trivial causes. To answer your question, I am the captain of Nevermore Academy's fencing team. Do you wish to challenge me for my title?" Then Gomez happily said, "It is war's prize to take all vantage." The Morticia chuckled and said, "Well... to whom God will, there be the victory."

Gomez and Morticia then took fencing stances, and then moved their bodies forward prepared to duel. Gomez and Morticia instantly had their foils strike at each other. Each individual found themselves moving forward several steps multiple times, only to find themselves moving back several times. The two began to strike with repetitive movements, constantly attacking and blocking the other. Over time, Gomez began to put more effort into moving his entire body with great speed. Morticia meanwhile made many simple fluids movements as she defended herself from Gomez with no display of strain. At one point as they battled, Morticia calmly asked, "Ready to give in?" However Gomez loudly proclaimed, "I'll fight, till from my bones my flesh be hacked!"

Then suddenly Morticia extended her arm and had her foil move towards Gomez. Gomez quickly ducked, but the tip of Morticia's foil suddenly hit Gomez's helmet. Gomez then extended his arm, but due to Morticia trying to dodge, the tip of Gomez's foil hit her helmet. Gomez and Morticia then quickly lifted their foils, and each pulled off the others' helmet in the same moment. Gomez and Morticia suddenly paused for a second as they saw the others' face for the first time. Gomez suddenly felt his heart race, as he found himself unable to move. Morticia in the same moment also saw herself freeze briefly, unable to understand why. Both Gomez and Morticia then quickly attempted to hit the other with their foil again. Morticia made quick fluid movements against Gomez's attacks. Gomez was able to stop Morticia's attacks several times, but soon found his eyes beginning to focus just on her face.

Then just as Gomez began to lose concentration in mid-lunge, Morticia saw an opening, and then extended her arm and had her foil's tip hit Gomez in the chest. Gomez immediately froze as he looked up at Morticia's face with both confusion and amazement in his face. Morticia then smirked as she lifted up her foil and said, "I came, saw, and overcame." Then Morticia turned to her fellow students who all cheered for her. Meanwhile Gomez remained standing in the same position as he longingly watched Morticia. Larissa then walked over to Gomez as she said, "Are you all right?" Gomez nodded his head as he said, "I am. But... who was that?" Larissa made a little smile as she also longingly watched Morticia while saying, "That's my room mate... Morticia Frump." Gomez then made a big smile as he said, "Morticia... what a dreary name."

In his mansion, Ansel was walking up the stairs from the basement. Ansel then walked into the kitchen where he saw Garrett was getting some food. Ansel didn't make eye contact with Garrett as he proceeded to get his own food. Garrett then had a nervous look in his eyes as he said, "So, dad... um... we got a phone call earlier. It was one of those Amber Alert calls. Apparently one of the students from Nevermore Academy went missing... and it was Raine. Since we saw her just this morning, I just wanted to know if you heard something about..." Then Ansel turned to look at Garrett with anger in his eyes while saying, "If you know what's best for you, you'll stop wasting my time with pointless questions!" Garrett quickly nodded his head and then rushed out of the mansion. Ansel meanwhile continued to look angry as he headed back down to the basement.

Once he reached the lowest level of his home, Ansel went over to a heavily locked door, and then opened it. Then Ansel walked into a room where he saw sitting before him was a beat up looking Raine who was chained to the wall. Raine had tears in her eyes as she said, "Please, let me go. I promise I won't tell..." Then Ansel suddenly yelled, "Tell!? The only person you're gonna tell anything to is me! I want to know everything about the future! Tell me every secret about the other scum at Nevermore who can see into the days to come like you! I want to know the names and intimate details of anyone that will one day be capable of stopping me and my family!" As Raine began to sob she said, "It doesn't work that way. My visions simply happen on their own. I can't just conjure up specific details of the future on a whim." Then Ansel suddenly began kicking Raine very hard multiple times as he screamed, "Well maybe what you really need is more motivation!"

Raine then began coughing up blood, as her eyes closed. Ansel then groaned in frustration... until he saw that Raine's shirt had become undone. As Ansel looked at Raine's more exposed body, he glared down as he said, "Just about the only thing you scum have in common with us real people are your bodies... and for all the terrible things your kind did to my family, I deserve some form of compensation right now." Ansel then began to take off his clothes, and soon after began to peel the clothes off Raine's body. Then Ansel's wife walked into the room with a mortified look on her face. Ansel then casually glanced at his wife while saying, "Give me a blanket and a pillow. I want to have some comfort while enjoying myself here." Ansel's wife had a distraught look in her eyes, but then calmly nodded her head as she said, "Yes dear."

Very early the next morning, Morticia was walking by the river before the sun had begun to rise. As Morticia walked by the river, she was taking roses she saw growing in ground, and immediately cutting off their petals. However Morticia's activities halted when she saw nearby was a funeral that was in the middle of its' proceedings. Standing around an open grave was a small crowd of people. However Morticia saw standing at the back of the crowd was a well dressed Gomez. Gomez then turned his head, and instantly his eyes locked with Morticia's. As the moon still shined in the sky, Morticia's face became pale as the moonlight touched her skin. Other people in the funeral crowd also began to find themselves glancing at Morticia, while Morticia began to slowly walk towards Gomez. Wanting to act like she was invited to this event, Morticia quickly put some of the roses she picked (which had all their petals cut off) in a vase that was sitting on a table. Morticia then quietly stood next to Gomez, as another individual in the funeral crowd began to give a eulogy. However as the eulogy concluded and a coffin was lowered into the ground, Morticia and Gomez found their eyes consistently trailing back to the other.

Eventually the rest of the funeral crowd began to leave, as Morticia looked directly at Gomez while saying, "Apologies. I didn't mean to intrude, but... I've never been to a real funeral before. I mean I've read books and seen pictures... but I never dreamed it could feel so... magical." Gomez smiled as he said, "It's quite all right. The funeral was for my cousin Balthazar. His home is coincidentally near the school. Still, I'm quite surprised they let me attend considering I've been suspected of staging his alleged suicide." Morticia suddenly looked excited as she said, "Is it true?" Gomez laughed a bit, and then while grinning he said, "I would never directly shorten the life of any tormented man... but I may have played a part in causing him to become quite mad. Honestly, I didn't think my methods I tortured him with were that effective." Morticia chuckled for a moment... but then composed herself slightly as she said, "We have already dueled and had one conversation now without making formal introductions. We certainly cannot acknowledge we've actually met until we do. So with that being said... I'm Morticia Frump."

Morticia then held out her hand. However Gomez leaned his head forward, gently kissed Morticia's hand once, and then said, "And I am Gomez Addams. It is a pleasure to finally meet you properly for the first time. Might I ask Morticia, what is a girl like you doing wandering around a dreary place like this so early in the morning?" Morticia smiled as she said, "I like to find any roses I can that are growing near the school, and prune away all those awful petals. All that bright color makes the land surrounding the school look so cheery." Gomez nodded his head as he said, "Indeed. You are doing a great service to the community. I too like taking long walks in the morning. However I prefer to do it when it's raining with lightning and thunder." Morticia looked very excited as she said, "Oh, I do love walking in the midst of a powerful storm. All the rain and wind pushing against my body. And in those rare circumstances where I can be electrocuted... oh, the surge of pain and power coursing through my body; feeling my heart nearly stop... it's the most beautiful sensation one could ever experience." Gomez's eyes lit up in admiration as he said, "I never thought I would meet someone else who understood..."

Then suddenly the two heard a roaring sound in the distance. An excited Gomez then said, "Well what do you know? I believe that's thunder. It may turn out to be a pleasant morning after all." Morticia suddenly looked worried as she said, "Oh no, that's..." Then just as the sun began to rise, Morticia's African lion suddenly appeared from nearby and was running straight at Gomez. Gomez's eyes immediately lit up as he said, "My, what a magnificent creature." Morticia began to look more worried though as she said, "Gomez, you may need to run because my pet..." Then suddenly Morticia's lion stopped right in front of Gomez... and began to gently lick him. Gomez laughed and began to pet the lion as he said, "What a ferocious feline you have here. Mmm. And his breath smells of postal service workers. You certainly have a feisty one here Morticia." Morticia stood with wide eyes of amazement while saying, "Umm... yes. Kitty sure is full of surprises." Then suddenly the two heard Larissa's voice say, "Morticia?" Gomez and Morticia turned their heads and saw Larissa walking towards them with confusion in her eyes. Gomez looked a bit nervous, but then smiled as he said, "Hello Larissa. While I was waiting for you, I bumped into your room mate. You certainly surround yourself with fine company. Shall we go on our date now?" Larissa smiled as she said, "Lets."

Then Gomez and Larissa began to walk away together... but as they did... Gomez found his head turning back to look at Morticia one more time. As Morticia watched Gomez and Larissa walking away, she found a few tears coming from her eyes. Suddenly though Morticia found her body shaking, and her head jerked up. Morticia suddenly saw flashes of Gomez at various adult stages of life. Then for an instant, Morticia saw the backs of two young children hugging an adult Gomez as they said, "Hello father!" A confused Morticia then said, "Father?" Then Morticia saw multiple images of adult Gomez at various ages jumping back and forth between one another, with the one thing they all had in common was Gomez lovingly walking towards Morticia as he said, "Ma femme chérie." Suddenly Morticia could see her regular surroundings again. As Morticia looked shaken up, she said, "Ma femme chérie? Why that's French for... my darling wife."

In the basement of Ansel Gates' home: Raine lay on the floor completely naked, while locked in chains attached to the wall. Raine's face meanwhile looked possessed as her hands moved quickly while writing many notes on sheets of paper, along with also making several drawings using colored pencils. Raine was breathing in and out heavily as her hands began to move at almost inhuman speeds while her writing and drawing continued. Ansel then walked into the room, and smiled as he saw the many notes and drawings on the floor. As Ansel picked up many of the papers, he said, "Excellent. I knew with enough motivation you'd finally sing like the freak canary you are. Now what information do we have here about the future of outcasts at Nevermore?" Suddenly Raine's eyes widened, and her voice sounded more raspy as she said, "Death and doom is coming. Death and doom is coming. In 30 years and eight days from now, I will die... and then Rowan... oh my God, my future son Rowan is going to die at the hands of a Hyde. Oh God, my son. How can I mourn for the death of a child who has not been born yet!?"

Meanwhile Ansel's eyes were focused on the notes he was reading. Ansel smirked as he said, "Nice. Very nice. You've written up and even drawn full size pictures of what the most dangerous students in Nevermore's future will look like, along with detailed family histories. You've even written up statistics on all their strengths and weaknesses. Oh, this is like winning the lottery!" Then Ansel's wife walked into the room carrying a brown coat, while having a sad look on her face. Ansel then casually glanced at his wife while saying, "Put the outcast scum in that coat, and then dump the cheap beer all over them. When the police or whoever find her, they'll think she was just out getting drunk." Ansel's wife had a painful and hesitant look in her eyes... but then calmly nodded her head as she said, "Yes dear." Ansel then walked out of the room, while Ansel's wife began to unchain Raine, and cover her body in a coat. However as this occurred, Raine grabbed one drawing from the floor (that Ansel had failed to notice), and quickly put the drawing in a pocket of the coat.

Morticia was beginning to walk into town as she headed towards the main cemetery of the town. There was a light rain outside, but Morticia looked very pleased as her skin and clothes were beginning to become wet. Morticia then stopped, and starred at many of the graves from afar. Morticia sighed, and then said to herself, "I always dreamed I wound find a nice boy to be buried alongside one day... but what do I do when I have visions telling me who that must be. It is like choosing between wanting to read the words of a script, against following my heart... but what if my heart is wrong?" Then Morticia heard a male voice behind her say, "My heart can't be wrong when it thinks of you Morticia." Morticia then turned her head and saw Garrett walking towards her, holding a fencing foil (with a bow) in his hand

Morticia looked a bit startled as she said, "Garrett... what are you doing here?" Then Garrett smirked as he said, "I've been following you and memorizing your typical route for days now. I wanted to pick a spot and time where we'd likely be alone. I know you like fencing, so I bought you a new foil as a present." Morticia looked a bit unsettled as she said, "Garrett, as flattered as I am to have a boy stalking me, you need to know that..." Then suddenly Morticia's eyes widened, and her head jerked up. Suddenly Morticia saw a vision of the near future that involved Garrett angerly running towards her inside of Nevermore Academy while holding a sword out. Morticia suddenly looked frightened, and both in her vision and in reality, she yelled, "No Garrett! Stop!"

Meanwhile nearby, Gomez and Larissa were walking down a sidewalk near the cemetery while Gomez was holding an umbrella. Suddenly the two heard Morticia's yelling, as a concerned Larissa said, "Is that Morticia?" Gomez then saw Garrett in front of Morticia, as a scared Morticia (still having a vision) yelled, "Stay away Garrett!" Garrett meanwhile looked confused as he said, "But why?" Then Gomez glared at the scene while saying, "No man should torture a woman that does not welcome it." Then suddenly Gomez pulled a fencing foil out of his umbrella and ran towards Garrett. Meanwhile Morticia saw in her vision, a crazy looking Garrett was swinging his sword towards Gomez. Morticia looked frightened as she said, "Stop this!"

Meanwhile in reality, Gomez ran at Garrett with his foil out. Garrett quickly noticed this, and immediately stopped Gomez's foil with the foil in his hand. Gomez immediately began to swing his weapon several time at Garrett, but Garrett fought back by block blocking Gomez's attacks, all the while Garrett also tried to hit Gomez. The two young men each tried to lunge forward at the other, but each was able to dodge the others' attack. Meanwhile Morticia saw both flashes of reality, and flashes of her vision where an angry Garrett was attacking Gomez in the middle of the night with his fists. In Morticia's vision: Gomez looked like he was slow to reaching his death, causing Morticia to be frozen in terror as she yelled, "No! Stop!"

Then in reality, Gomez was finally able to knock Garrett's foil out of his hand. and knocked him to the ground. Morticia then snapped out of her vision, and saw only reality again. Garrett looked scared, while a heroic Gomez point his foil down at Garrett's face while saying, "This dreary woman has asked you to leave young man. Do as she says, or your throat shall meet my weapon!" Garrett looked confused and frustrated as he said, "What the hell is wrong with you!? I didn't mean any harm." Then Gomez smirked as he had the tip of his foil stop right near Garrett's throat while saying, "But I do. So make your next choice carefully." Garrett then reluctantly walked away as he said, "We're still meant to be together Morticia. You'll realize it one day."

Then once Garrett was gone, Gomez put his foil back into his umbrella. Gomez then looked at Morticia with concern while saying, "Are you unwell Morticia?" Morticia then made a grateful smile as she said, "Only now that you're here. Thank you Gomez. That threat you made at Garrett was so... alluring to hear." Then Larissa walked over to the two, cleared her throat, and then said, "Well Gomez... shall we continue our date now?" Gomez quickly nodded his head and said, "Ah, yes. Of course."

Then Gomez and Larissa began to walk away together... but as they did... Gomez found his head turning back to look at Morticia once more. However as Morticia watched Gomez and Larissa walking away, she found herself beginning to get light headed. Suddenly a fog of smoke began to surround Morticia's body as she said to herself, "My senses... are beginning to feel so strange. What's going on?" Then Morticia heard a female voice say, "I believe I can explain that." Then Morticia turned her head, and looked confused as she began to see a female figure that was hidden in the fog. A confused Morticia then asked, "Who are you?"

Francoise was walking out of Nevermore Academy with an umbrella in her hand, when she saw a figure beginning to walk towards the school. Then Francoise realized the figure was a disturbed looking Raine, who was walking towards the school wearing nothing but a coat. Francoise suddenly looked very concerned as she yelled, "Raine!" Then Francoise ran forward, just as an exhausted Raine fell to the ground. As Francoise tried to hold Raine up in her arms, she said, "Raine, where were you? We called the police, but no one could find you. What happened!?" Raine however had wide eyes and a scared look on her face, and her body began to shake as she said, "I've seen death and doom. Death and doom. I've foreseen the end of my life, my son's life... and the end of Nevermore Academy!"

Then Raine pulled a drawing out of her coat pocket, and handed it to Francoise. A confused Francoise saw the drawing was of a dark man in a Pilgrim outfit standing near a girl in a dark dress and braids, while an image of Nevermore Academy burning was behind them. As Francoise looked at Raine she said, "What is this?" Tears appeared in her eyes, as a crazed Raine yelled, "The future! Nevermore Academy will one day meet it's end at the hands of Joseph Crackstone... and the one who will claim to be the daughter of Morticia Frump and Gomez Addams!"

As Morticia stood surrounded by fog in the cemetery, she saw a shadowy female figure walk towards her. Morticia still looked confused as she said, "What is happening here? I demand to know your name!" Then suddenly emerging from the fog was a girl in a black dress and dark braids. The girl then glared at Morticia, and while keeping an emotionless tone to her voice she said, "My name is Wednesday Addams... and I've traveled from beyond to assist you in this important turning point of your life... mother."

Great amounts of time have been taken to make this series not just align with the Wednesday TV series, but to also borrow/adapt from every incarnation of the Addams Family (to help make this story also feel like a prequel to any incarnation of the famous fictional gothic family).
