Leonardo 💛 Giacomo

These guys will be featuring a bit in my gameplay coming up with For Rent, and I have a whole backstory for them so I figured I could fill you guys in and let you know a bit more about them if you're curious!

🍝 Leon Irving:

His real name is Leonardo Ianuzzi, but he goes by Leon Irving professionally. His family is originally from Tartosa, and he still loves to go these to visit and reconnect with his roots. Currently he is working as an agent/business manager for global superstar Keaton Westbrook. They met through Keaton's uncle Rob Knox who Leon went to university with.

Keaton keeps Leon incredibly busy what with managing his sometimes short temper and constant public antics. They have a really good relationship though, and over the past few years have become really good friends. Keaton's big personality is part of why he's been so hugely successful in the music industry, and honestly, Leon has never had a client that changed his life like Keaton has. Frankly Keaton makes him a TON of money and these days his lifestyle could be literally anything he wanted it to be.

Leon enjoys good music, good books and good food. His favorite hobby is trying new recipes in the kitchen. Living in the Spice Market of San Myshuno is great for learning about all different types of cuisine to try out.

As for his personality, he's the gentle giant type. Very soft-hearted, willing to do just about anything for the people he cares about. Wearing his heart on his sleeve has gotten him in trouble before, but he's somehow managed to keep from becoming jaded.

📸 Giacomo DeLuca:

Giacomo has had a rough go of things. Hailing from Tartosa, he was orphaned at a very young age. He always had big dreams though, and as soon as he was old enough and scraped together enough simoleons, he moved to the big city of San Myshuno to become a famous photographer. Couple things he forgot though: 1. Buy a camera, 2. Learn the language.

Despite the rough start, Giacomo is nothing if not a fighter. He taught himself Simlish, and started making a name for himself taking photos on his phone and posting to social media (follow him @/JustGiac on all platforms).

For money he spent some time on the other side of the camera too. Modeling was never something he aspired to but folks seemed to enjoy him! He managed to talk his way into doing some assistant work behind the camera as a result of the connections he made while modeling too.

One of Giac's greatest pleasures in life is a good bottle of nectar. They make the best nectar in Tartosa, but he's managed to find a few good places to grab a glass here in San Myshuno.

Giac can be as sweet as you like, but don't cross him he can fight and absolutely will if you push him! Sometimes he can take it a little too far honestly, but he never really had a firm hand to put him in his place before so sometimes he can be a bit of a brat too.

💘 Giac and Leon:

Giac and Leon met during a photoshoot for Keaton. The photographer never showed up and they were about to scrap the whole thing, when Giac offered his services. Leon was skeptical at first, but figured it couldn't hurt since they were all there anyway. Keaton and Giac had immediate chemistry since they have very similar personalities. Leon, for his part, was smitten as soon as he saw Giac wielding his camera. It was like magic.

Those photos went on to become Keatons most popular to ever be published. Leon kept Giac's phone number...just in case they ever needed a photographer again.

Of course Giac, being the go getter that he is called first.

"Hello, Mr. Irving." "Call me Leon." "Right. Well, I think you should hire me as Keaton's full time photographer and also I think that you should take me out to dinner."

And that was it. There was no way Leon could say no to either of those requests. Keaton is now exclusively photographed by Giac, and Leon is now exclusive with Giac too!

The dynamic between them is something special too. Leon adores Giac and all of his antics. He's bossy and outspoken and so full of life. Leon loves to just watch him go. Most of the time anyway. When Giac needs to cool down, Leon is right there to provide a firm hand and a stern talking to.

Giac adores Leon too. He's never had someone care about him and his well being like Leon does. His favorite thing is when Leon cooks them dinner. It's their love language. Leon makes the pasta, Giac picks the wine.

👖 KNT Jeans

I think my favorite jeans EA ever made are these from the Nifty Knitting pack, but I just HATE the belt that came with them so I decided to change it. Also improved the textures to be a little more...denim-like and of course did a million swatches. I split it into two packages (one has 45 swatches the other has 30), so if you only want one that’s fine though I can’t imagine why...just get both lol.

As usual custom thumbnails for each swatch, and they’re base game compatible.

🌊 LUV2SWIM ☀️

I could not have expected to enjoy the Poolside Splash kit as much as I did. As soon as I got my hands on it I knew I wanted to take it even further. Of course the speedos needed a bulge on them, but I actually loved the whole vibe and theme and decided I wanted to do my own spin on the whole thing. I had originally planned to put this off for a week since I’m going on vacation next week and didn’t think I’d have time, but inspiration hit like a truck and I just couldn’t sleep until I finished this.

Luv2Swim is 9 items from the kit all edited & recolored in a new palette I created just for this very creatively called…SPLASH. I’ve got to have my neutrals so you’ll see some of that as well as a selection of brighter shades and pastels. Something for everybody I hope! Also made a selection of 15 prints I really loved to use here. Some of them you will have seen on some previous items and some are brand new finds.

If you’re curious about what you’ll get, here’s a breakdown.

4 speedos: Personally I was really only a fan of the one speedo shape, however I’m so glad we got as many as we did. If course 2 of them are flagged feminine but I swapped that over for these items. Added a bulge to all of them of course. Also one of them seemed to be completely missing a specular map so I learned how to make one and added that too. You’ll get all the original EA swatches as well as a second package in SPLASH + prints.

2 trunks: I’ll be honest I didn’t do much with these. The shorter trunks got a very minor mesh edit to make em a lil fuller in the front but the longer ones got nothing really lol. That said they both come in the same solids/prints swatches as mentioned before, as well as 14 “extras”, that is a few cute gradients and color blocked styles as well. Also added a specular to the shorter trunks because…trunks should be shiny!! I didn’t add specular to the longer trunks as..frankly the kinda read more as sweatpants to me and sweat pants should absolutely NOT be shiny. (Also the longer shorts are literally just me taking the exact item from EA and making it BGC..that was an accident but..oh well you’re welcome!)

2 tops: Thank tank top is absolutely my favorite in the game now by far! I loved that open shirt too we always need more of those! Just recolored these in 20 solids each and added a bit of shiny to the open shirt cause I feel like it should be kinda silky looking no?

1 sandal: The shoes EA have been making lately have been so good, but these are absolutely my new faves!! That chunky ass sole is just…chefs kiss! This was recolored in SPLASH colors as well as 15 prints across the strap and a handful of color blocked swatches (the same ones the trunks came in)

Again everything is BGC and has all maps but LODs are…well..nothing is particularly high poly so it’ll be fine I promise (I mean it’s mostly speedos so that’s like… no poly lol)
