I have been so depressed lately I haven’t been able to post any sturgeons but I saw this on the Great Lakes aquarium Instagram his name is CRACKERS he is a BELUGA STURGEON they are TARGET TRAINING HIM so that he can eventually enter a sling comfortably to get his checkups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HE IS A HOOP GENIUS!!!! GENUIS AT GOING THROUGH A HOOP!!!!!!!!

I've been living in this house for like a year & a half and finally just met my next door neighbor today lol

#i know that sounds ridiculous but we've been going through a lot w/ my bf's mom being terminally ill & my dad dying #so we haven't really been as social as we normally are :/ #and then the neighbor said she's been having some medical issues so she's either been traveling for treatment or too ill to leave the house #so that's how it happened that it took us a year & a half to meet lol. i'm also just too introverted to knock on someone's door to say hi #but anyway she was super nice & seemed like she was maybe a few years older than me. i think we'll get along very well so i'm excited #idk it's weird everyone in this neighborhood is just so extremely friendly & it's peaceful here. i'm not used to this haha #p

#people can never figure out my last name but i'm used to it & i understand. it's finnish & it's easy to get the vowels mixed up #but it pisses me off so bad when people call me lauren instead of laura. i really don't understand that at all
