fuck, nadia thought to herself as she swiftly turned to face the other. fuck, fuck, fuck, she cursed several more times as the reality of how much this stranger looked like her hit her. the upir stood as tall as she could, her fists clenched as she prepared to defend herself if need be. "who the hell are you and why the hell do we look so much alike? i know for a fact i was an only child," she professed, her eyes glowing a bit brighter of a blue. she wouldn't use her glare just yet.

Josie tried to smile a little. She is relieved that her friend had made it here in, relatively, one piece. However, her mind had been racing nonstop while she waited for Hope's arrival. This school kept her mind occupied, but so did thoughts of her loved ones back in America as well. Of course she had to pick up on the languages spoken here as well. Magic came in nicely for that.

Yet none of that mattered once Hope had actually arrived. Josie swore they would focus solely on the tribrid. She mattered the most now anyways. Josie stood up and walked over towards Hope, holding her arms. "May I have a hug?"

cleo had spent most of her day with her family as both herself and her sister had come home for a small holiday. of course she had also come back to the gold coast to have a chance to go to mako island. it may have been mid-day, but she knew this was her best chance. she dove into the water and then began to speed her way through the water towards mako.

it took the mermaid a bit to find the tunnel, due to her time away, but eventually she found her way. as cleo lifted her head above the water she began to look around. despite how much it felt the same she knew the moon pool looked different. even with that feeling she couldn't help but smile.
