That is indeed the question on everyone’s mind. It’s something that keeps me up at night, to be sure. I toss and I turn thinking about that silver haired, mentally ill, gay silly goose, yet I still can’t find the right words to describe just what he is.

A blader? An agent? A friend? Maybe just a humble nomad? So many things, yet he presents so little of himself to the world.

Curious to get to know others, yet fronting as if he already knows everything. A working man first and foremost, but what he wouldn’t give to kick back and relax in the Summer. Graceful and elegant, yet actually Not At All when you really look at him.

All we truly know for sure is that he really could’ve killed himself or someone else here. What the fuck.

Mayblade 2023 Day Four: Sci-Fi.

I actually did the Cyborg Pluto drawing with the cane way back on April 11 when the prompt list first came out. I wanted to do an additional piece that referenced Akira but I didn’t want to bother with the motorcycle, so did the above artwork instead. I should eventually draw the full Pluto and Johannes sci-fi outfits. 

Pluto in the above piece has a robotic hand on his right hand as well because it takes place sometime after the cane drawing. I need to think more about this potential AU. I’ve actually had the Cyborg Pluto design (granted, with some edits) since last year…

Mayblade day 1: Past

I may not be able to do all the prompts for the month, but I can sure as hell trY to do sOme. I didn’t originally know what to do with this piece, but I knew I wanted it to be a little more somber and dark. I don’t usually draw Kyoya, but it felt fitting for this piece. Kyoya often gets stuck in the past of his lost battles and reflects too harshly on the things he could’ve done better, so now that I think about it, this prompt is pretty fitting for him. If anyone can not tell what the scar if supposed to mean (the big purple one I mean), it’s supposed to be a scar left over from when L-drago friCkin’ cAbObbEd Kyoya. I’m super happy with the coloring on this one. Slowly but surely I am making progress with the field of dIGitaL arT.
