Despite knowing the rule that his parents and elders always repeated to him-- what was it --never talk to strangers-- it seemed rather impossible to follow such a rule at a time like this. While the woman began to give her explanation, Zelo couldn't help but let his eyes quickly glance around, wondering if anyone else was around. Of course, there was no one. Letting out an annoyed huff of breath, almost by accident, he then looked back at the other, not quite sure how he was supposed to react to her words. Was she someone who was simply trying to scare him? No. The marks on her body proved otherwise. "Really though, who would do such a thing? I just-- I don't really understand." The words that left his mouth barely made any sense, and he knew it. As the woman began to weakly walk away, Zelo took a quick step to follow her. "Please, at least let me help you!" But, what could he even do to help? Before he had time to answer his own question, he watched as the other harshly tripped, landing on the sidewalk. "Ah- Hey!" His expression changed to a look of worry as he made his way over, swiftly leaning down onto his knees and lightly placing his hand on the woman's shoulder, slightly leaning down further to try and look at her face. "Are you alright?"

Once the boy took a step away from her she dropped her hand, it limply hanging by her side as she scoffed quietly. “Nevermind being formal then.” She already knew that the other that she was crazy- just by his wide eyes and his stand-offish stance. But what did she have to lose by answering his question? The proof was literally all over her body. “You’re already having a hard time believing me, I’m getting that vibe from you. Lets just say I wandered into a very powerful mans home, I spit in his face so he tortured me. Kicked me in the face, choked me, made me eat glass and tied me to a bed.” As the woman explained this her expression remained rather suttle, and her tone was bland, as if not caring about her well being anymore. Lucifer’s gaze lingered on the male just a few moments longer before ever so slowly making her way past him, almost limping. “I’ll be on my way, then. This is utterly pointless.” Though she didn’t get far, and ended up tripping up over her own feet and falling to the ground, a loud yelp emitting from her. Embarrassed, she simply stayed put; cursing at herself under her breath.

As much as she wanted to cause harm to others it was nearly impossible. Her limbs were still sore and it as still rather painful to walk, but, her mind told her to get the Hell out and try to stir up whatever mischief she could. The boy staring at her tattered face only amused the woman, though it didn’t show in her face. Her expression remained rather blank as she returned the same stare; her tired eyes gazing up into his. “I was tortured, to say the least. But that is not of any importance now.” Slowly, she extended her trembling hand out to the boy.. even though it hurt her to do so. “I’m Lucifer, it’s a p—”, she winced slightly before continuing, “A pleasure to meet you.”

As clueless as he could be at times, it wasn't hard for him to tell that something was obviously wrong with this whole situation. There was something wrong with the woman too; the way that she moved, as if it pained her to even take a simple breath. But, what was he supposed to do, or even say? Nothing came to mind. Listening to what seemed to be her explanation, Zelo slowly began to raise his eyebrows, the way someone would to show that they weren't exactly believing what they were hearing. "You're telling me that you were.. tortured?" His expression stayed blank for another moment until his eyes slowly widened, realizing that what she spoke was the truth. But, how could it even be the truth? Glancing down in order to watch as she extended her hand, (she seemed so weak.. physically weak), he just stared in disbelief. Either he was dreaming, or this woman was crazy. The second option seemed more possible. "You're-- Ah, it's.. nice to meet you too." Quite the opposite, really. He hadn't repeated the name that she gave, mostly because he hoped that he had misheard her. Staring back up to look at her face, he took another half step back, trying to make the action was invisible as possible.

This whole situation was difficult for him to wrap his mind around. Still considered a child, he acted as a child; still thinking that nearly all of the people in the world were good. In fact, he was so naive that it was almost impossible for him to think that anything bad could actually happen to him. He was living in a made up world. Finding it hard to look away, Zelo continued to stare at the Woman. There was something about her that seemed different than everyone else, but he just couldn't put his finger on what it was. From the reaction that she gave when he attempted to get closer, he quickly took half a step back, not sure what else to do. "I--  .. Are you-- .."  Not even a proper sentence could leave his lips. At this moment, he secretly wished that he could just keep on walking and go home. "No need to apologize.. It was just as much my fault as yours, I guess. We're both to blame, really." He murmured in response, continuing to stare. Sure, at this point his staring would normally be considered rude, but he didn't exactly care. "Did.. something happen earlier? Do you need help?"

This is why the elder had second thoughts about wandering around in a public place. She came off as weak, defenseless and worst of all.. harmless when she was something so much more than that. At least in her mind anyways. Once the boy inched closer to her face she let out a quiet hissing noise, stumbling over her own feet in attempt to back away from him. “Don’t get near m— I mean.. yes, I’m fine. Just riled up is all.” Once settling into the normal mindset she had; that of the Devil, she shook her hair away from her face and looked up at the male. “Apologies on my behalf for running into you.”

Walking along the streets of Seoul could allow your eyes to see many different things. Usually, it was simply filled with normal and somewhat boring people. But, sometimes you saw something so different that it could even be described as interesting. After a busy day of not doing much at all, Zelo was walking down one of the many sidewalks in order to get home and rest for the night.  Maybe it was because he wasn't paying enough attention, he later thought to himself after bumping into the stranger. After the impact, he couldn't help but blink a few times, letting himself glance over towards the woman who appeared older than him. "Ah.. I'm sorry about that.." He began to say, keeping his eyes on her. "You're alright, aren't you?" He began to lean down a bit, trying to catch a glance of the woman's face.

Aimlessly roaming the streets, no particular place in mind to go to she drug her feet along the concrete in a seemingly effortless attempt to get herself where ever she needed to go. Still dazed from the aftermath of her torture, her eyes stayed glued to the ground. Though she wished she would’ve paid attention; looking up and before giving herself a chance to stop in her tracks, the elder ran into someone and she stumbled back, almost losing her footing. “Watch it.” The woman hissed, looking down once more to hide her bruised and beaten face.
