Just my thoughts on the matter: having Clown Month in July puts it in direct competition with Art Fight. And on top of that, the first week of August is already International Clown Week, so moving to August—when, let's be honest, nothing else is going on—would be a thematically appropriate move... also an extra month to come up with prompts.
