Another Untamed inspired magical item, although using talismens to create a subclass base could be fun.

I watched Hook and had the urge to be a lost boy....that’s about it.

After a bunch of flu medication and binging some TV we’re back in action.
This spell is inspired by the Untamed. To attempt to balance the lower level, I worked in a higher chance of failure. I also wanted to experiment a bit with a different kind of spell growth with the higher level feature.

@jacob-the-gun The Warden has a nail polish with rattlesnake venom in it, when Mr. Sir brings Stanley to her when he thinks Stanley stole his sunflower seeds she claws him across the face with a freshly painted set of nails. She makes the comment it’s harmless when dry, but still has a venomous effect when wet. I exaggerated the effect for the magical item.
Was watching Holes with some friends and decided why not? Have a fun magic item.

I love watching two people who can just fight perfectly together, and was like ‘how would you translate this to D&D?’ This is the first attempt, will probably take some tweaking to make it valuble but not overpowered.

Always thought that Psychic Paper would be nice to have in D&D.

Playtesting addition; if your battles are often quick instead of your flasks lasting a minute you may chose to have them last a number of rounds equal to your intelligence modifier.
The Tempest is one of my favorite rogue sub-classes from Dragon Age Inquisition, so I decided to do a little D&D conversion. Cause who doesn’t want to break flasks on their heads and then charge in to stab someone in the back?

Again based off of a character, this spell is designed for the more up close and personal magic user, such as an Eldritch Knight or Arcane Trickster.
