Is there any other Mortal Engines blogs you could recommend? The Mortal Engines community seems really small on here and I can't find any except for this and one other.

we’re small but we’re still here! 

i’m gonna list only blogs that are mostly or entirely mortal engines in the interest of conciseness – this is by no means exhaustive and there are quite a few blogs that post other things as well as mortal engines. you could look in the tags and such for them, or most of us hang out in the discord server nowadays so you can find people through there too.
