Back To The Essentials with Bernadette Montana! Flu Bomb and Citrus Bliss Lip Balm This weeks video is about my experience in dealing with the flu and how I used essential oils to help me deal with this illness and making my own lip balm! I used a recipe call the "Flu Bomb" that is made with doTERRA On Guard Blend, Oregano and Melaluca (also commonly known as Tea Tree) Essential oils. Always remember to test for sensitivity when using ANY essential oils! I also recommend diluting oils in a base of fractionated coconut oil or almond oil.

Silent Night - a call for peace

January 10, 2015 • 7:00 p.m. local time.

Created by bridscloset, it’s a global initiative to help create a planet-wide wave of positive, healing energy and to promote peace across the globe.

Anyone and everyone is encouraged to participate - regardless of color, religion, lifestyle, size, gender, whether you belong to a group/coven or a solitary practitioner…whatever! Show the world that all kinds of people, organizations and groups can get together for a common cause regardless of their differences.

What To Do:

This is the suggested ceremony but feel free to modify it or create one of your own with the same intention!

Get together with a group (or by yourself) at 7:00 p.m. local time. Complete a small ritual, prayer, chant or meditation for Peace, Acceptance, Diversity and Love for all.

During that ceremony, take a minute out and be silent. Focus on a globe, a picture of the planet or whatever you choose to symbolize Earth.

Light a candle and then release that energy into that symbol.

When your ceremony/ritual/mediation/etc. is finished, make a short video of yourself and say something like this:

“I (name or magickal name) a member of (group/affiliation/tradition if you belong to one) light this candle for (your intention).”

Then post your video anywhere you’d like - Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, etc. *** No, you don’t have to post a video but it would be nice to share it with others in hopes of inspiring more people to focus on the good in this world. *** "Can you just imagine the amount of energy that will be sent WORLDWIDE!
