What do you think about essential oils
Do not ingest them ever, do not apply them directly to your skin without a carrier oil, and Doterra and Young Living are MLM scams who are never to be trusted. There is so little regulation that there's no guarantee oils contain what they say they do. The only studied usage is for aromatherapy.
Besides that? They're fine I guess. I don't use them.

La psicoterapeuta Sheri Heller dice que “la estimulación sensorial con agua fría puede combatir los sentimientos que acompañan a la ansiedad y ofrecen alivio inmediato de los niveles elevados de cortisol (hormona que se libera en casos de estrés)”.

Para la ansiedad a la hora de dormir Es importante tener hábitos de sueño. Eso quiere decir que debemos desconectarnos de todo aparato eléctrico 1 hora antes de dormir. Si queremos dormir a las 22:00 hrs, a las 21:00 hrs debemos estar desconectados del mundo. ¿Cómo hago este proceso más ameno? En un difusor utiliza döTERRA Lavender Peace; mezcla de aceites para el descanso, y aplica en la planta de tus pies con un masaje. Este aroma sin duda comenzará a calmar tu mente. La lavanda es un potente sedante natural, por lo que es un muy buen inductor del sueño. Shinrin-Yoku
O termo shinrin-yoku, que significa banho na floresta, foi criado pelo Ministério da Agricultura, Silvicultura e Pesca do Japão em 1982. Ele se refere ao ato de mergulhar na atmosfera da floresta, conectando-se com sua essência.
Essa forma de ecoterapia rapidamente ganhou popularidade no Japão. Os pesquisadores começaram a estudar os benefícios fisiológicos dos banhos de floresta na década de 1990, confirmando o que a maioria dos seres humanos sabe intuitivamente: passar tempo na natureza é benéfico para o seu bem-estar. No mundo urbanizado e fechado de hoje, a conexão humana com a natureza ficou distante. Em 1800, apenas 3% da população vivia em uma área urbana. Até 2050, a projeção é de que 66% da população global viverá em cidades. Estudos patrocinados pela Agência de Proteção Ambiental revelam que os americanos passam, em média, 93% de seu tempo em ambientes fechados.
