Had the absolute pleasure of doing the voiceover for this beautiful animated short film: Eclipse by @ kanicomics (on ig). It's out now on YouTube (along with her other films). If you have a moment to watch it, please go congratulate Mina!

Do music practice journals work? Yes …and no.
It depends on what your goals are and while I don't have a definitive answer, what I can offer is several decades worth of practice charts and journals that I used throughout my studies (from Beginner to Doctorate) and teaching to give you some ideas of what worked and what didn't.
This video is mostly piano-based with a tiny bit of percussion/drums mentioned. There are also organization tips and practice strategies.

For any teachers who want to fold little gift boxes, especially around recital/holiday/graduation seasons. I make these to hold stickers, chocolates, treats, pretty much any small items for students to bring home. Same goes with board game pieces instead of using plastic bags. Great way to use sheet music photocopies that would have gone to recycling anyway.
