He looks weird bare faced

Maybe he got fangs and harder/sharper nails that look like claws (Able, in relation to the body-mod thing) if he didn't already had them

Comparing him to his brothers, sharper fangs and claw-like nails are modifications that he surely had later when he was with the daevas. Maybe Cain has fangs larger than average, but not as noticeable as Able's.

(This is, in fact, part of my agenda of Able with non-human characteristics)

I was referring more anatomically, knowing that what his insides are different from that of a human, but this is also good.

Beside the tattoos, I like to think that Able has other body modifications to assimilate more to the daevas.

It's a combination of three things.

The most important thing is that when he was making his design, something on his face seemed off, and adding the purple lipstick made the whole design come together, purple specifically to make it stand out and not turn to blue so abruptly.

The second is a small nod to the fact that lipstick was used in Sumer, which was mostly semi-precious gems that were applied to the lips.

Third, I like to draw Cupid's bow
