Juncodapple trips over a trunk in the sand, spraining a paw.

Venti isn't recovering well from a wound received while out on his own, and infection has set in, leaving Splashfoot concerned for his survival.

Gullstar teaches Bronzekit and Goldkit how to play mossball so that Venti can get some much-needed rest.

A kittypet born and raised, Venti was content to be pampered, well loved by his twolegs and never neglected. The thought of leaving never crossed his mind – until he had his kits. With a sire he doesn't quite recall the name of, Venti had three kits; Bronze, Silver, and Gold. He was as happy as could be and pampered his kits to bits, watching tearfully as they took their first waddling steps and took their first bites of solid food. But, slowly, strangers began to come, touching his kits, petting them. All seemed well until one of them took Silver, never to be seen again. Venti was heartbroken, betrayed by his twolegs, and struck with grief so strong he was sure he'd never recover. Afraid they'd take the kids he had left, Venti made a break for it the first chance he had, running into the wild with Bronze and Gold never to be seen by his twolegs again.

Venti had never lived on his own before, and it was difficult; a strenuous experience even when you didn't also have kits to care for. But, he managed, wandering until eventually Tawnyspots came upon him and his kits seeking shelter in a bush. While Venti was a bit concerned at first, he settled readily into clan life and is eager to watch his kits grow and thrive as Gullclan cats.

Tansyspot has finally fully recovered from their wounds.

Laureldrop is hit by a monster on patrol, breaking their back.

Tansyspot comes across a kittypet while on a walk, and invites them to join the clan along with their two kits. Venti joins the clan alongside Bronzekit and Goldkit.
