Do y’all think tobirama hated Madara because I most definitely do think he did? Part of me believes that he blamed kawaramas and itamas deaths on him simply because madara is an uchiha and an uchiha with power .
Im also 100% convinced that Tobirama was scared of madara and his power( and no one convict me differently)

Currently fucked up considering that the central point around which 79's agonies are built—yq's promise to come back when he was stronger and save sj—is a child's fantasy. Because even if he had come back? What could he do? Sj was considered qjl's property, it was legally within his rights to do whatever he wanted with him. He had money, now, but qjl would never have given up sj. Being a cultivator wouldn't have put yqy above the law, and exerting his newly-acquired strength to save sj by force would have only earned him a warrant.
Yue Qi becoming a cultivator wasnt some magical cure to everything. There would still be work and planning necessary in order to get him out of there without huge consequnces. And the thing is, I think sqq understands this. I think he understood this when he burnt down the qiu estate, perhaps even long before that. He probably considered plans for it—what to do once Yue Qi came back. But even when he understood, he waited, because the important partof their promise wasnt who precisely did the saving, it was that Yue Qi would come back for him, that Yue Qi cared about him, even if he found a better life for himself
Yue Qingyuan, i think, doesnt understand this at all. I think he really believes if he was just a little faster, if hed just gotten there sooner, if he hadnt been trapped in the caves, if he hadnt messed everything up, then he would have been able to show up in time to whisk sj away. The sentiment of the promise isnt so important to him—of course he loves sj, he always has put him first in all things, it goes without saying bc every single thing he does and says is an "i love you"—to him, the part of the promise that sat most heavily was the responsibilty. Its not enough to come back without strength, its not enough just to care—he had to save sj, and he failed.
Had sqq known he'd tried, he'd surely have viewed his failure as an inevitability, and it wouldnt have bothered him at all. To yqy, his failure is crushing. It is the basis around which every pathetic facet of his personality will be built for the rest of his life.

PROUD IMMORTAL DEMON’S WAY || Luo Binghe takes his revenge on Shen Qingqiu and the Cang Qiong Mountain sect
If you are a villain, you have to remember, never kick your talented disciple down a cliff no matter how much you despise him, alright? That’s because the harming will always end up as a blessing for him… With the grudge, our protagonist finally had a goal.

Shen Jiu Peak Lord Shen Qingqiu
According to a cliche script, our protagonist only needs a villain with a grudge. In order to be successful, our protagonist went to seek for a master and got himself the villain as his master. The one known as the Peak Master of Qing Jing Peak, Heaven’s Sky Clan, Xiu Ya Sword, Shen Qingqiu.

SJ had moments where he did undeniably good things, like sparing QHT from the fire, or trying to save LQG’s life, but he’s actually punished for both those good deeds along with the bad ones. He actually has more parallels with LBH than SY: they grew up in an environment that taught them they were worthless, and they became cruel as a defense mechanism (one took out his anger on kids, the other destroyed innocent lives while conquering the world). In contrast, SY was born into modern wealth and comfort, and had none of the baggage that shaped both SJ and LBH. SY also succeeded in saving LQG mostly due to a lucky break, since SJ did try to save him as well. So SJ makes more sense as a foil to LBH, but without the protagonist halo Bingge had, and without a more stable adult like SY intervening in his youth, which is what Bingmei had.
Yeah. The thing with SJ is that he isn’t evil. He’s a cruel and antagonistic man, but he’s not a monster. He could have been good! But all the different factors of his life collided in such a way that he... never managed it. It’s not really anyone’s fault, exactly, but... well, SJ does end up as a horrible person. It’s sad, but... yeah, he works well as a foil to LBH.

Lol why some fans are like:"poor bingge he probably was so heartbroken when sy rejected him" but same fans are saying that sj deserved his torture 🤡
Yeah, bingge stans are on another level on hypocrisy. "omg who cares sj was a child slave who was abused in every way, he beat up a 13 yo so he deserves the worst" but when it comes to bingge who is a torturer, mass murderer and a rapist suddenly they're like "aww poor bby got abused as a child ofc he would turn out messed up" like GTFO. Some of them don't even accept that he's a mass murderer and a rapist even though it’s clearly stated in the book, while they call sj a torturer even though it’s comical when you know what constitutes as torture in the book, which he was subjected to.

There will never be a day I won’t remind people that SJ killed to survive and LBH killed for fun.
You cannot use the reasoning “LBH was raised that way” and not also include SJ in that statement.
LBH faced pain within his peak mostly by other disciples and few really bad times from SQQ himself. That’s bad and should have been addressed appropriately.
SJ had been abused and beaten all his life. From slavers to the Qiu’s to his demon cultivation master who ultimately ruined his core, to his peak and even his sect martial siblings. While LBH chose revenge. SQQ chose to rise above all odds.
LBH: Murdered numerous children and innocent bystanders, burned down sects and asserted himself as the ONLY ruler. Many wives that some of which have a questionable recruitment. Allied with another demon and child murderer who got away scot-free (SQH and airplane too). Took pleasure in abusing his previous abuser but took it out on everyone, not just the abuser.
SQQ: rose to be the master tactician of a sect that belittles and devalues him daily. Questions his validity and makes baseless accusations on him and slander him. Only killed to survive ( Qiu manor, his previous master). Lqg doesn’t count as he never intentionally murdered him. A tactician wouldn’t risk their strongest any even if they can’t stand each other.
This is not a belittlement of eithers traumas. This is a “don’t tell me LBG/LBH did this because of his environment when SJ went through similar pain and only did one very bad thing” post
