I'm currently working on a cross stitch with about 500 stitches of a snow white that I decided to substitute with the silk snow white S5200. But by god, do I have to do one short strand of silk and then regular embroidery thread in a different colour because it is driving me insane!!!!!

I finally got an actual fabric marker!! No more gridding with threads

I just gridded a circular 8000 stitch piece I'm doing and found this 20cm hoop to be the exact measurements of the piece. Its perfectly centered and I only need to get the thread colours. I'll also be doing two of this size so I'm so happy to know I'll have a perfect display size hoop!

I just started my very first pattern only cross stitch where I had to get all the supplies and omg the DMC thread is so much better than the kit thread I got. I did so much research and I'm so happy with how it's going so far l.

I'm doing the Mini masterpieces from etsy and started with the Lovers by René Magritte because it's one of my favourite paintings ever, I'm only about 30% done I think but I already love it so much.

Just finished my second ever cross stitch ❤️

Its the Cherry Blossom kit from Loops&Threads (#10713298)

I skipped the french knots because I could not find the peace of mind to do them and after trying a couple I liked the piece more without them.

The back is an absolute mess because I figured out the pin stitches halfway through lmao

I still need to clean and iron it, if anyone has any tips on that pls pass them on :)
