Have you seen the Sleepaway Camp sequels? They’re very pro-transgender and make fun of typical slasher movies, Angela straight up just being a trans woman who happens to be a slasher villain for unrelated reasons, who likes being one, is good at it, and who consistently wins. Like her being transgender is completely irrelevant to her being a slasher villain in the films. And she has never lost once, across five movies. Truly an icon.

I actually haven’t seen those, but it sounds cool! It’s not really my thing- I don’t really do horror/slasher/etc. type films. I don’t know what it is, but something about fake gore bothers me. I’ll publish this anyway, cause maybe it’ll be someone who reads it’s thing!
