This is Aunty Esther. She is my waist bead connection here in Ghana. She is from the Ewe tribe and lives in the Eastern Region. I have never bought waist beads from anyone besides her in the six years I been in Ghana! This rising was the turning point of this retrograde drama in my life! 🤣 I woke up and went outside to relieve myself and right there in front of my eyes in the stream behind the house was a beautiful White Lotus smiling at me 😁 It was then that I knew that things would be just fine. I got back to Ghana 🇬🇭last week on Monday. I hit the ground running with the Independence Rock Showcase and thought I could just keep going 😳🙄🤣🤣...Fast Forward..It’s been three days since I last ate anything solid. This banana and pineapple smoothie is everything that I need right now. Until yesterday, I was managing a 102 fever 🤒 for three days. Not to mention, it’s hot as I don’t know what in Ghana 🇬🇭 right now! I was sweating like a race horse my whole first week back. I have been learning many valuable lessons during this mercury retrograde..including patience, clear communication, delegation & most importantly self muthaluvin care!! No matter what you have going on..remember to take care of yourself as well! Since beginning my fast three days ago, I manicured the nails on my hands and feet, got a fade and line up, washed/oiled my locks, did a sea salt body scrub, stayed silent and layed TF down all day if I wanted too 💁🏽‍♂️😜 Unfortunately, I could not be an active participant in My Brothers Healing Yoga Challenge organized by @blackboysom...But I am strong enough today to share the Brothers posts on my story 🙏🏾😊I’m Loving 🥰 What Im Seeing So Far!
