a (sort of) comprehensive analysis of the second opening

So, this opening from what I saw really got people think. There’s so much to unpack here.

Heavy spoiler warning.  Also, very long post.

1. The cat and Gojo   

Right on to the first, we see this cat with only one eye illuminated perching on the window. There’s an allusion to Gege - who always draws themself as cyclops cat. But then there’s a scene with Gojo with one of his eyes shaded white. The one opposite of the cat.

1. Both are vessels for demons/ curses.

2. Both were taken up by the organisations like for yuji jujutsu high took him in and for denji the tokyo devil hunters.

3. Both openly said what they want in women.

Megumi and Aki

Boy oh boy, there personalities are on the same pole!

1.The dark haired guy who doesn't speak much and thinks he's not powerful enough to protect people/ defeat enemies.

2.THE HAND SIGNS!!!

3. Megumi's shikegami 'Devine dogs' and Aki's 'Kon'

Nobara and Power

Going by shonen anime rules, a group of three friends has to have one female in it

1. Headstrong and powerful females

2. HAMMER!! Both their techniques need hammer.

Sukuna and Gun devil

Finding fingers of sukuna to feed itadori or finding gun devil's parts.

Gojo satoru and Makima

Both are the seemingly invisible leaders who have special eyes and the capability to control space in some way.

Hana Kurusu and Angel Devil

Hana kurusu aka Angel (self proclaimed) who appeared in the recent chapters has the ability to extinguish any cursed technique. While the Angel devil can take out the life span of human it comes in contact with and turn it into a weapon.

They are similar looking characters with a concept of taking something out from humans.

Curses and devils

Both seem to get energy from the negative emotions of humans.
