Israel is continuing its trend of kidnapping Palestinian doctors with the purpose of torturing, humiliating, and ultimately murdering them. Every doctor killed means dozens or hundreds more will die due to lack of care.

Israel also aim to break the spirit of Palestinians by subjecting people to horrific tortures and publicizing it. They want people to be afraid. They underestimate the resolve of the Palestinian people.

Edit: I want to clarify that Dr Al-Bursh was kidnapped by Israel in December of 2023 and his death was confirmed by Israel on April 19 2024. This was originally posted May 1, 2024, and has been getting a lot of attention in the weeks since then, so I wanted to make sure the timeline was 100% clear

Really interested to know how many people read the book(s). I was elated to find gems like “What a cunning boy you are!” amongst many others in the source material. The show is a lot more faithful to the book than I would have thought!

#read all the Harris books for Hannibal #I found them entertaining but I have to admit I saw Silence of The Lambs first #and I do like that movie #Hopkins was a great Hannibal #and the TV show is unbelievably good #mads killed it in that role
