beck would be from district 3, the one that primarily manufactures electronics and mechanical products

he’s gifted with technology but greatly envied the capitol for their freedom of entertainment and creativity

got reaped when 16 or somethin idk

was charismatic as hell in the pageantry stuff pre-games, he thrived in the spotlight and was a handsome young lad to boot so by god the capitol loved him

he gained plenty of sponsors ready to throw money at the theatrical pretty boy so he wanted for little during the actual games

he won through a combination of being smart as hell and also ruthless as fuck

the capitol continues to love him afterward, and as he grows up he takes advantage and starts producing new forms of theatrics for the wealthy, chasing his dreams of being a visionary

the capitol loves it and adores his work
