When he falls in love... is a bit more complicated, at least in my headcanon lol I feel like he fell in love from the very start, but only realized it around “Qpid”, and even then he wouldn’t fully admit it.

a.) Q first develop an interest in Picard?

b.) Q truly fall in love with Picard?

~I personally think Q was first fascinated by Picard in Encounter at Farpoint the very moment Picard challenged him in his courtroom with, "Therefore I say, test us!" I mean, get a look at Q's expression when Picard says that! Q turned his head like, "What? Hold on a minute. This creature is...different. "

Q was not expecting that.

I think his interest in Picard just grew stronger after that, and at some point, he was deeply in love with him.

I'm curious to know your thoughts!
