It has nothing to do with the images containing NSFW. It's a form of fetish mining. It doesn't always look NSFW but almost always is rooted in NSFW behavior.

There's nothing wrong with having a fetish! And I doubt most of you realize it was a fetish when you first became involved! But someone out there started this and has created this community for the sole purpose of fetish mining tickling art- which for the unaware- is a very real fetish that many minors are dragged into becoming involved with. So even if you don't have any sexual intentions behind it, someone else does, and is hiding it to further gain more content to pleasure themselves with. Tickling itself isn't the issue. It's the community of art dedicated to the sole act of tickling.
