After putting a lot of thought into it, I’ve decided to go forth and close down the group. There has been a lack in activity, which is no one’s fault, and new members have been few and far between. I apologize for taking so long to post this message as well, and I extend a thank you to those few who have joined. Feel free to make your blogs independent or affiliate them with another group. At this time, we have no plans for reopening. Thank you so much for giving this group a glance and to those who have joined. See all of you again soon!

Scintilla (n.) a tiny brilliant flash or spark, usually a small barely visible trace.

For as long as everyone can remember, people have always been born with a Spark. Big or small, bright or dim, it has always existed within. This Spark has only seemed to manifest when ones soulmate is first met, splitting from their body (usually the heart area) and meeting with the Spark of their soulmate to become a piece of matching jewelry. Those who experience this phenomenon, appropriately named Scintilla, are then bound in the eyes of society, destined to be together.

However, this system, wherever it may have originated from, is not perfect. Sometimes those lucky enough to experience Scintilla may not ever come to love the person their Spark paired with. Some may try to work it out, some may simply continue with their lives, and others desperate enough may seek for their bonds to be broken.

Our world takes place in Seoul, South Korea, where dreams go to thrive and love tries its best to flourish.
