Hey, I'm a queer black enby who desperately needs to get an abortion, but literally can't due to my state's (idaho's) restrictive bullshit abortion laws. I'm mentally ill and have a part time remote job, but can't hold more hours. my roommate/friend is a trans person with a full time remote job, so fortunately we can stay employed out of state. but with mounting bills and the soaring cost of living we need some extra help with being able to move to oregon.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm basically mobile bound for the next two weeks. Everything will be under a READ MORE due to surgery updates and what have you.

So I had my surgery done today on both wrists today. Needless to say it was successful especially with it being my first surgery. They're extremely tingly and numb right now but that's too be expected. I'll be able to start driving my car tomorrow. I also can't hold anything over 1 pound for the next two weeks (with the exception of my phone). That's the main reason I won't really be able to do anything over-the-top on here for a while. I'll be able to do smaller things on here in the meantime, though.

We'd like to thank Kendall and her incredible team for covering Nancy’s story. It is my understanding that you have the power to escalate Nancy’s case to the appropriate authorities in Guatemala because, as it stands, little is being done to investigate her disappearance. This is especially important to those in the RPC (and tend to enjoy roleplaying on Discord). So please spread the word. Not only that but class action lawsuits do go a looooong way if/when the lawsuit, itself, is a big freaking deal. I'm just saying. OPT OUT OF DISCORD'S NEW ARBITRATION CLAUSE

I'm sure many people in the U.S. have seen discord's new terms of service thing pop up today, April 15th 2024, but haven't actually read it. this is an update to make it so you can't sue them or participate in any class actions against them. these kinds of agreements should be illegal and stuff but they aren't so here we are. there's no easy button to click that says opt out. to opt out you have to email their arbitration opt-out email, [email protected], with the following subject and message:

I find the reactions of these articles and posts and comments being made on how Taylor Swift's newest album got leaked to be hilarious. Because ... like ... from what I understand, people are speculating the following:

Tay-Tay/Swiftie is using AI programs to help with lyrics.

The lyrics have to be AI Generated (+ not real) because of how horrendous they are due to the fact that most of the sentences make no sense??

The leaks are fake.

Taylor Swift then proceeds to state "Heeeeey, guys! Guess what?! This is actually going to be "a secret DOUBLE album"." in attempt to save her own ass. As someone whose passion is to write, write, and write some more I've got to say that ... like ... oof. This is really looking bad for her. I want to say that I expected more from her but IDEK if that'd be me telling the truth or me lying.

And I've gotta say ... some of the song names are hella cringe and make me wonder "How tf did you come up with these names??" because holy shit are they a hoot and a half, I shit you not. Either way I have zero respect for her and haven't for years.

Oooookay, so I've been extremely busy with a bunch of things all week and I hadn't been able to really talk about it until now.

I went to see the orthopedist this past Monday (April 14th) and I got everything set up for getting surgery done on my hands. It's set for Thursday, April 25th (which is next week).

I know I haven't really talked about it on here much but, long story short, I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands. I've had it since the midst of last year (2023) and it's only been getting worse. I wake up most mornings with my hands cramping and extremely sore. I can't hold a pencil, book, controllers, my cell phone, or even the steering wheel for thirty seconds to a minute without my hands going to sleep and hella numb. Hell, I can't even wash dishes for too long without my hands going numb. It really sucks.

And to add icing to the cake? I've been having constant nightmares about nothing and everything since this past Sunday night because of my surgery. I've never had surgery before in my life. What that means is that the surgery on my wrists a week from today is going to be my first ever surgery. I'm nervous. I'm scared. I'm petrified.

So with all of that being said, I'm not going to be able to do anything on my laptops for a while after I get the surgery on my hands. Because while the orthopedist did say that I'll be able to start using my hands immediately after I wake up and whatnot I most certainly won't have the strength to do much. It can be a couple of days up to one or two months before I'm able to use my hands to their full potential. The reason I say this because the healing process is different for each person.

I just wanted to be transparent and let everyone know what's going on and why I won't be too active for a while (as well as why I haven't been active as of late).
