Hello, starlight. I'm so tired, I'm ready to fall into a coma. I swear if I get to relax, I'll simply melt into my bed and disappear to a yandere land. Would it be normal for harems/poly relationships and same sex couples to exist in yandere!barbarians universe bcs of the lack of females? Harems and poly relationships are acceptable among the barbarians. In their community, generally having more than one lifelong partner significantly elevates your status. If you are able to provide and protect more than one partner, then that means you're a wealthy and mighty warrior and thus deserve more respect.  Same sex couples are also acceptable. There's really no problem with male being interested in another male or female not being interested in courting male and instead choosing to tie her soul with another female (then I imagine females have some type of sign to show their choice. Perhaps they cut their hair short or have a special tattoo in a visible place?)(Maybe males also have some symbol then?). In both cases, they still have to perfom their diuties (males provifing/raiding villages/hunting and females managing camp/preparing medicine/praying and performing religioius rituals). BONUS: Same sex couples can and should take in children to raise to be a proper barbarians. They definietly can adopt/take in/kidnap a child from the raided village. Imagine a poor child! reader who is kiddnapped adopteb by [platonic!] yandere! barbarian couple only to be spoiled and showered in affection.

Nooooooo the tags!!! The tweels in HBE!!! Imagine Jade having a thick album, completely mushroom-themed (the hobby must be nurtured and passed down from youth, he said), and the first few dozen pages were just X-ray photos of baby tako. Floyd lamented that there were too many repetitive pics and Jade should just spare those pages for when baby tako was born, but Jade insisted on keeping those and said he could always get another album when this one ran out of pages (except it never did 😭 and now it just sits in a corner far away from Azul's or darling's eyes...)

And Floyd!!! The shoes, the baby shoes he went on a shopping frenzy for when the pregnancy was announced! And he's gonna have matching shoes with the baby. They were gonna be the coolest duo ever. If he couldn't find the miniature version of his favorite style, he's gonna decorate a pair himself. Doesn't matter if he's got one too many pairs, Jade's just jealous he couldn't have matching shoes with the baby (except they couldn't be the raddest looking duo ever. The mini shoe collection stays in a corner with Jade's album, but he still washes them regularly. And whenever he puts on a new pair of shoes he thinks of a mini version of it just to realize no one's ever gonna wear them anyway...)

Yes I thought I had finally recovered from the angst in HBE (Mera I love HBE but it surely hurts 😭) yet the uncle tweels brainrot is too strong. They could have been the coolest uncles ever, and they would fight to be baby tako's favorite. If only they still had that chance 😭😭😭

And those years will never come to pass. The twins were so excited, so ready to be the best uncles in the world (and yes they're fighting to be number one uncle), so happy for you and Azul. The photo album and the shoes were once mementos filled with promise and endless enthusiasm as the twins eagerly await the day when they can fill the album with more photos, match with baby tako, and document every wonderful moment alongside you and Azul. They're practically part of your family with how close all of you are.

And now things like the shoes and the album are just bad memories overshadowed with gloom. It's so heartbreaking because it's a reminder of what could have been and what should have been... :(

Is there a term for an alter who cannot think for themselves? We have a split who cannot create any ideas that their source hadn’t already thought of, and they can’t feel any physical pain, it goes to their source. Our host, their source, went dormant a bit back without us realizing and the split had been in their place, thinking they were the host. We eventually realized that they weren’t and we had trouble academically as the split can’t learn anything new, or think of anything new. Basically a carbon copy of our host but they physically cannot become other than that source… kinda??? It’s really confusing but we’ve been trying to find a term for it and we haven’t been able to that didn’t seem too endo-y

If readers kid would be like the spitting image of yan!househusband or have many features in common,it would drive yan!assistant crazy at seeing a exact copy of his 'enemy' and a constant reminder that they failed to snatch reader away from yan!hubby

But if the childs features mostly reassembled or were exactly like readers,yan!assistant would get that push to adore that child and trick themselves into thinking that its actually their and readers child.

Lowkey feel that if yan!assistant goes crazy enough,they would try to get close to readers and yan!househusbands child,make the kid call them their 'work mom/dad' and tell them they love them like their own kid.Bring the kid snacks or little toys to keep them entertained and show reader what a good parent they can also be.See yan!househusband go red at the sight of the homewrecker trying to steal his family even after they had a kid together.Maybe even try to kidnapp the kid and get reader to surrender

Yan!Househusband would highkey be the type to bring reader lunch and have sex in readers office,leaving the door a bit open for assistant to hear them moan,or just be a little extra loud for assistant to hear them if the door is fully closed

Wouldn't be surprised if yan!househusband dressed kid to match with them in a formal work dinner/party

Would also give kid a huge smooch in the cheek and leave lipstick stain for assistant to see when kid goes to work with reader

Overall,I feel like even if yan!assistant and red flag!reader had a little one night stand or a fling,yan!househusband would still walk around with the "they come back to me anyways", "you're a little something,im everything to them", "they come home to me" trophy up high
