Links to tags for specific shows from 2022 and years from before that! All dates are formatted in the standard American way.
I did this mainly for my own reference, but any issues, please let me know!
Posts in which I couldn't remember/identify precise years have been tagged with the era (ex. "revenge") but posts that do have years are not also tagged with eras. I might be off for some of them, sorry. Most of these are in relation to Gerard, again sorry.
If there aren't any posts under the tag that means I haven't tagged anything yet and/or I am in the process of changing over tags :)

Her other notable films include The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Sofia Coppola’s The Bling Ring, Seth Rogen’s This Is the End, Darren Aronofsky’s Noah, and Disney’s live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast.

According to biographer Ron Chernow, Alexander Hamilton’s facial expressions shifted rather quickly. “Boston lawyer William Sullivan noted the contrasting expressions of his face: ‘When at rest, it had rather a severe and thoughtful expression, but when engaged in conversation, it easily assumed an attractive smile.’”
Basically, Hamilton had rbf.

Expect more price corrections in the housing market
Home prices are going to drop in many markets around the U.S., and this is according to Black Knight. The root of the problem seems to be that people will have less equity in their homes during the third quarter when compared to before July's decline home values were seen in June. According to Black Knight, home prices in July dropped 0.77 percent from the previous month, marking the largest single-month decline since January 2011. While July's home price increased 14.5% year over year and grew more than three times the long-term average, "backward looking metrics," such as these, can be deceptive because they may mask more current, pressing issues," said Ben Graboske, data and analytics president at Black Knight. Sell My House For Cash Seattle According to the American Gas Association, natural gas prices were down around 12% year-over-year as of June 30. Natural gas prices fell even further in July, by around 9% on average throughout the country and more than 85 percent of important markets have seen rates come off their peak levels. The average home price in San Jose, California has decreased by 10% in the past few months, making it the city with the most significant pullback. Other cities included Seattle, Washington (-7.7%), various locations in California such as San Francisco (-7.4%), San Diego (-5.6%), Los Angeles (-4.3%) and Denver, Colorado (-4). According to Black Knight, falling home prices have a far greater impact on tapable equity levels, which is the amount that a homeowner may borrow against while maintaining a 20% equity stake. Black Knight predicts that tappable equity will decrease in the third quarter, marking the first decline in three years, following a 10th consecutive quarterly record of $11.5 trillion in the second quarter of 2022. Since the pandemic, home values have increased, so nonbank lenders are now offering products like home equity loans and HELOCs. In the past, these types of products were only offered by banks. In August, Rocket Mortgage and its wholesale arm Rocket Pro TPO started offering home equity loans. Last month, Guaranteed Rate introduced a digital home equity line of credit (HELOC), which allows borrowers to draw for two-to-five years. loanDepot and New Residential Investment Corp. are planning on launching HELOC products as well in the near future. The deterioration in tappable equity has already prompted Black Knight to lower its expectations for the S&P 500 index's peak. The country's total tapable equity is down 5% over the previous two months, according to the firm. In July, the five West Coast housing markets with the most equity available reduced their tappable equity by 10-20% from what was available in April. These markets include Los Angeles and San Jose, California. Overall, Black Knight is confident in the market's ability to weather a downturn. The total leverage of the market as of the second quarter - including both first and second liens – was just 42% of mortgaged property values, continuing a trend that began in early 2017. A 5% national home price drop would bring just 0.9% of properties underwater, mostly affecting purchasers who purchased in 2022. “While a loss in lendable equity would certainly impact overall household wealth levels and likely have downstream impacts on equity withdrawals and related spending, the housing market is in a strong position to absorb such price declines,” Black Knight said in its monthly report. Data from Black Knight shows that the number of originations decreased 4% year-over-year in Q2, and they are expecting it to drop 15% more the next quarter. This is lower than what was seen before the pandemic began in 2018 and 2019. The number of people refinancing their loans fell 50% from the first to second quarter this year, representing a 70% drop from last year. This is the lowest point since early 2019.

I was born in Colorado and have lived here for my entire life. One of the things that I think Life is Strange True Colors actually did the best on was capturing the culture and general vibe of a small mountain town in CO. I wanted to note all the little details that made me feel right at home in Haven Springs, because this game deserves credit for recreating my home state’s vibe so well!
in no particular order, and under a cut, because it’s long:
1 - when Gabe says to Alex that becoming a Colorado local earns you a “pretentious love of craft beer, and a Subaru”
2 - when Alex and Ryan are near the cliff after Alex feels his joy vicariously, Ryan talks about a restaurant where a man in a gorilla suit chases a man off a cliff - that’s an actual place in Denver called Casa Bonita! there are cliff divers and performers in gorilla costumes and a bunch of other really strange stuff.
2a - fun fact - Casa Bonita was nearly shut down for good because of the pandemic (the food really is very mediocre and there is no reason to go there if not for the spectacle,) but the creators of the show South Park bought it and are renovating it. they’re also from Colorado.
3 - CO flags everywhere - that’s true. there’s a lot of state pride here.
4 - during one of her reflective moments (I think by the lake,) Alex muses to herself that the “price of admission to this tiny town is car sickness.” that’s real - you have to warn visitors from out of state about altitude and how to acclimate to it when you first arrive. people often find it more difficult to breathe. and the higher you go in elevation, the truer this is, which often leads to carsickness for people traveling in on the road.
5 - the general small mountain aesthetic was so good!! Haven Springs isn’t real, but I absolutely feel like the overall vibe was 100% on the mark. I’ve been to so many little tourist-y mountain towns that look almost exactly like Haven. even the emphasis on the mining history, and the presence of that old mill on the lake, the little two-story businesses and the pedestrian-only walkway - all of those little details made Haven feels so real to me.
6 - what was actually real were the zip codes, area codes, and town/city names. Golden, Grand Junction, Denver (obviously;) all the zip codes starting with “8;” the 970 and 303 area codes; the names of real rivers, landmarks, and roads... somebody really did their research. I think I can pinpoint approximately where they intended for Haven Springs to be based on all of that information.
7 - one of my favorite little details in the Wavelengths DLC was Steph and Gabe’s conversation about the weather:
Steph: IT’S SNOWING
Steph: IT WAS 90 DEGREES YESTERDAY
Gabe: Colorado baaaaabeyyyyy
what they’re describing is not an exaggeration - it’s totally possible to hit a high of 90 (Fahrenheit) one day and have snowfall the next, especially in the mountains.
8 - one new thing about my state that I learned is there WAS uranium mining happening in Colorado in 2008 - aka, the year Jed left some of the Hell Divers to die. I’ve always known about my state’s history of copper and silver mining, but never uranium. the last mining operations were in 2011, so obviously a current blast like the one Typhon orchestrated would be really weird. but that was a small detail added to make the storyline possible, so I’ll let it slide. coming up with a story to connect to Colorado’s recent history while also referencing so much of the past was really cool.
9 - weed/THC usage is very normalized here and it’s not uncommon for the average adult to take some gummies on a weekend. it’s not scandalous and is treated more or less like drinking alcohol. they definitely nailed that.
this is off the top of my head and I’m sure I’ll replay and find a bunch of stuff I missed! but I think they did such an amazing job. I’m always going to enjoy replaying, just to bask in such a beautiful and accurate representation of Colorado.

Taylor Swift Tours Masterpost
Hey everyone! For absolutely no reason at all, I’ve decided to compile a masterpost of all the regular setlists, surprise songs, covers, and guests on Taylor’s tours with links to YouTube videos when available (I’m only including videos that werent featured in official tour movies). I’ve noticed that, although there are posts like this for specific tours, like Red or reputation, some of this information is pretty hard to find, and it might be useful to some to have it all in one place. Also, I’m something of a Taylor Swift live performance ~connoisseur (💀), so I thought I might share. :) Here we go
Note: This is only part one. I don’t know when the posts for Red, 1989, and reputation will be up.
Part One: Fearless & Speak Now
Fearless Tour (April 23, 2009-July 10, 2010)
This tour did not feature a ‘surprise song slot,’ but she did sometimes change the setlist up a bit. She also brought out a couple of surprise guests (most notably John Mayer and Katy Perry), but not nearly as many as she did on her later tours.
Regular setlist: Fearless Tour
1. ‘You Belong with Me’
2. ‘Our Song’
3. ‘Tell Me Why’
4. ‘Teardrops on My Guitar’
5. ‘Fearless’
6. ‘Forever & Always’
7. ‘Hey Stephen’
8. ‘Fifteen’
9. ‘Tim McGraw’
10. ‘White Horse’ (x)
11. ‘Love Story’
12. ‘The Way I Loved You’ (x)
13. ‘You’re Not Sorry’ / ‘What Goes Around… Comes Around’ (x)
14. ‘Picture to Burn’
15. ‘Change’ (x)
16. ‘I’m Only Me When I’m with You’ (2009) (x) OR ‘Today Was a Fairytale’ (2010)
17. ‘Should’ve Said No’ (extended version)
Footnotes:
*Starting from the show in Uncasville, Connecticut on August 28, 2009, ‘Change’ was removed from the setlist. It was added back in Greensville, South Carolina on September 4, 2009. Starting from the show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 1, 2009, it was removed again.
*European shows on the 2009 leg often removed ‘I’m Only Me When I’m with You’ as well as ‘Change.’
*Starting from the show in Brisbane, Australia on February 4, 2010, ‘Today Was a Fairytale’ replaced ‘I’m Only Me When I’m with You’ in the encore.
Surprise songs:
1. ‘The Best Day’ - Evansville, Indiana (April 23, 2009) Note: This was actually the first show of the tour. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a video of this performance.
2. ‘Two Is Better Than One’ - Brisbane, Australia (February 4, 2010) (x)
3. ‘The Best Day’ - Moline, Illinois (May 8, 2010) (x)
4. ‘Jump Then Fall’ - Foxborough, Massachusetts (June 5, 2010) (x)
Surprise guest performances:
1. ‘Your Body is a Wonderland’ and ‘White Horse’ (already part of the regular acoustic set but performed as a duet here) with John Mayer - Los Angeles, CA (May 22, 2009) (x)
2. ‘The Way You Love Me’ with Faith Hill - Nashville, TN (September 12, 2009) (x)
3. ‘Hot N Cold’ with Katy Perry - Los Angeles, CA (April 15, 2010)
Speak Now World Tour (February 9, 2011-March 18, 2012)
Regular setlists:
Eurasia (February 9, 2011-March 30, 2011)
Note: All of the performances linked below are from the Eurasian leg. Therefore, their quality is questionable. I’m only including these because this leg had a slightly different wardrobe than the North American leg which was recorded for the tour movie. I’m not including videos from performances where the costume is the same.
1. ‘Sparks Fly’
2. ‘Mine’
3. ‘The Story of Us’
4. ‘Back to December’ / ‘Apologize’ / ‘You’re Not Sorry’ (x)
5. ‘Better Than Revenge’ (x)
6. ‘Speak Now’
7. ‘Fearless’ / ‘I’m Yours’ / ‘Hey, Soul Sister’
8. ‘Fifteen’ (x)
9. ‘You Belong with Me’
10. ‘Dear John’ (x) - I’m only including this video because she wore her hair loose lol
11. ‘Enchanted’ (x)
12. ‘Long Live’ (x)
13. ‘Love Story’ (x)
North America & Oceania (May 21, 2011-March 18, 2012)
This is based solely on the first North American show
1. ‘Sparks Fly’
2. ‘Mine’
3. ‘The Story of Us’
4. ‘Our Song’
5. ‘Mean’
6. ‘Back to December’ / ‘Apologize’ / ‘You’re Not Sorry’
7. ‘Better Than Revenge’
8. ‘Speak Now’
9. ‘Fearless’ / ‘I’m Yours’ / ‘Hey, Soul Sister’
10. ‘Last Kiss’
11. ‘You Belong with Me’
12. ‘Dear John’
13. ‘Enchanted’
14. ‘Haunted’
15. ‘Long Live’
16. ‘Fifteen’
17. ‘Love Story’
Notes:
Starting from the show in Toronto, Canada on July 15, 2011, Taylor started playing acoustic covers right after her performance of ‘Last Kiss.’
Starting from the show in Denver, CO, on September 27, 2011, ‘Ours’ was added to the encore, right before the performance of ‘Fifteen’. This marked the live debut of the song. If Taylor had a surprise guest, this was the song she would usually cut from the setlist.
Starting from the show in Perth, Australia on March 2, 2012, ‘Safe & Sound’ (x) was added to the encore. ‘Ours’ (x) was shifted to the acoustic set and was played right before ‘Last Kiss.’ It was only skipped at the show in Auckland on March 17. I’m including a video because, although the performance from the encore was featured in the tour movie, this version takes place on the B-stage and has a different costume (the purple Susan Hilferty dress she wore for half the show lol).
At the shows in Melbourne, Australia on March 12, 2012 and Auckland, New Zealand on March 16, 2012, ‘Fearless’ was skipped.
Surprise covers:
1. ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’ by Bon Jovi - Newark, NJ (July 19, 2011) (x)
2. ‘Dancing in the Dark’ by Bruce Springsteen / ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’ by Bon Jovi - Newark, NJ (July 20 & 24, 2011) (x), (x)
