On n'a vraiment pas l'impression d'avoir un alcool à 40°. Sur des arômes de pruneaux, épices (poivre en grains, coriandre), caramel. Une longueur en bouche interminable pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une magnifique finale sur les amandes torréfiées. 🌡️: 40° 📜 En résumé📜: Pour l'anecdote, pour un Armagnac Extra Old (XO), la loi exige un vieillissement minimal de 6 ans. Chez Clos Martin, notre Armagnac XO vieillit dans des fûts de chêne pendant au moins 15 ans avant d’être assemblé. Très sympa en dégustation avec un bon cigare.
